This place is AMAZING! The service is impeccable and I absolutely love coming to this place even though it’s a dentist! Professionalism doesn’t even begin to cover it. If I could rate this higher I would! Love the staff love the environment all are just an excellent service!

I honestly recommend this place for any dental needs, they really been my go to dentist ever since I moved up to CT from NC. The staff are so friendly and very informative with my appointment times and make sure I get what I need done.

My daughter loves going to the dentist because they are so gentle and go above abs beyond to make her feel safe. She’s had a crown, fillings, and an extraction. She still loves coming. Dr Min Zhang and Kaitlyn are wonderful!!

Level of care is 5 stars. VIP treatment . Friendly staff from beginning to end. Gentle and caring. My only regret is that I didnt discover CT Dental sooner. Highly recommend.

I had had an extremely good experience in the Ansonia office today and wanted to share. I was having a tooth prepared for a crown and the procedure could not have gone smoother in my opinion. Dr. Lindsey is pleasant and very professional it is evident that she cares about her work and it shows. Today was my first visit to this office and it actually felt like I have been going there for ever. Everyone was so nice and very helpful. I knew going in I would need to have a bit of work done. Dr. G was so sweet and made me feel very hopeful on the plan that she has for me. I was totally so nervous going in but after talking with her I dont have any doubts on the work she has recommended will go smoothly.

I had an emergency appointment, they fit me the very next day, Dr. Brogadir identified the issue and suggested treatment option. The staff is friendly, especially Elaine, who was caring , friendly and gentle when cleaning.

I felt like I was at the opera, the way Dr Dworkin and Amanda work together is like a performance without flaws. They have such a good flow, that its actually quite entertaining. They are operating on the highest level of safety for covid. I felt so safe and she did such a good job at explaining their changes to the office. I also love how up to date they are with all the technology. I actually had an amazing experience.

Dr. Gadzik and Rosa are fun and cheerful team. The friendly staff had me very comfortable. My cleaning was excellent and left my teeth crispy clean and so smooth and white. Dr. Gadzik gave me a good plan for some touch up work in upcoming appointments, so I know I am taking my teeth the right direction. Also, it was quick and efficient. I wish I could go every week for those cleanings.

Yesterday was my first visit, it was very strange to see the dentist in protective gear due to COVID. However, I felt like I had known him for years, so I was able to loosen up for the extraction. Everyone was very nice and friendly during my visit.

My 7 year old son had a broken stainless steel crown and had it fix Sameday. I never have a problem with this office they are always up to-date and very equipped for any Treatment... My son loves it Here!!

Had a root canal and it was painless

Let me start by saying the staff is truly amazing, from the desk staff, to the dental assistant in the room to the amazing doctor Lindsay! Everyone has made my visits comfortable and pleasant. I have never been to an office that makes you feel like your stepping into a judgement free zone! I’ve always had a fear of the dentist and there is no fear being in this office. Today I needed to have a procedure I was so scared of but Doctor Lindsay and JoMarie were absolutely amazing walking me though the procedure and making me feel so comfortable! Wouldn’t think to ever say this about the dentist office but I can’t wait to go back for my cleaning!!! Thank you again to the amazing staff that got me into the office quickly for an emergency visit! I appreciate all of you!

I Had to repeat what I said earlier because I couldn’t have said it any better if I tried to do it again. Alyssa made me feel welcomed by recognizing me immediately. She knows how nervous I get when it comes to these procedures, so she did a great job of distracting me with great conversation. Dr. Lindsay however was quite the people person herself. She remembered me the minute she walked into the room and added that extra bit of comfort that I needed prior to the procedure. That’s something you can’t teach. She also took her time on my teeth, and thoroughly explained what she did, and showed me the before and after pictures so I could follow along. The ability to treat the patient like an individual is what keeps people coming back. And that’s why I’ll be there again for my 3rd visit next week! Thank you Alyssa And Dr Lindsay for another amazing visit!

Wow!!! What an experience!! I had the most adorable dental assistant named “Amanda” who made me laugh and eased my nerves from the minute I walked in.. She was so professional and explained everything, even showed me a video to help me understand what we were going to do. She absolutely was the sweetest person I’ve met! Then here comes Dr Dworkin with his charm and professionalism, what a guy. I had the most thorough and complete exam and they have so much “up to date technology”. It was an amazing experience I would recommend them hands down!!! The front desk could use a little more charm, but overall tell a friend to tell a friend that this Dr. Dworkin is a top dentist in my book!!

Dr. Gadzik and Alyssa make a great team. By far the least painful dental care visits (coming from someone who never actively sought visits to the dentist!) and I felt sure I was in competent hands. Dr. Lindsay is a long-standing friend of mine. I shared with her my most recent x-rays after years of shunning the dentist, and she evaluated my problem areas with the utmost attention to detail. Whereas most of my previous providers seemed to rush through this assessment, Dr. Lindsay took the time to present a thorough treatment plan, a roadmap, if you will, of my oral health objectives. I feel much more optimistic after my visit, and my treatment feels more manageable!

Ive been coming here since I was five years old! Everyone here is basically family to me, Im a typically hard patient because I stopped coming in high school because I developed a needle phobia and ended up having terrible cavities & needing crowns, Dr. Lindsay has been so patient with me and getting me to have a nice healthy mouth as well as her assistant Allyssa, I used to need laughing gas as an adult but 2 years later I barely need novacane I just feel so comfortable in this environment! I recommend this office to absolutely everyone of every age, I guarantee you wont find a better place than this!

Ive visited this office three times so far, and simply put, these have been the absolute best experiences Ive ever had at a dental office. The staff is very polite to say the least; extremely personable and made me feel at home.The actual dentist (Lindsay Gadzik, HUGE shoutout to her, she is awesome) was welcoming, but most of all, she was very transparent with what was going on with my teeth, what they needed, and why. Most dental offices are money grabs who tell you to do unnecessary procedures in order to drive their business. SCDG (if they actually go by that acronym) had the health of my teeth and the health of my wallet at the top of their priority list. The icing on top was me having the remote to Roku TV they had draped from the ceiling so I could watch whatever I wanted while my teeth were being worked on. Im not a super enthusiastic person, but they just may have earned themselves a client for life. Well see but so far, so great. 8 thumbs up.

I found Dr. Lindsay Gadzik in 2017 after our family dentist had moved away. The first new dentist I went to declared that I had over a dozen cavities which needed filling based on the x-rays she took and an exceedingly brief visual inspection. I went to Dr. Gadzik, knowing she had a stellar educational background, for a second opinion; she immediately put me at ease by explaining her reasoning behind what she was doing. She took an initial look at the x-rays, noting the areas that caused concern. Then she explained that an area where the enamel had worn away should reveal “sticky” dentine beneath. Dr. Gadzik took the time to perform the cleaning herself and decided there weren’t any issues that needed immediate fixing, preferring to look at better x-rays on the next visit. Her willingness to explain also helped me understand that the changes in color between my gums and the tissue above it were not the result of impending gum disease, but of natural differences in keratin content.I followed that visit with another the following year, after Dr. Gadzik had moved to Southern CT Dental Group (SCTDG). This time, she explained what we had talked about previously and that she was very intent on keeping the tooth structurally intact as much as she could. Prodding the teeth revealed some areas for concern. The x-rays further confirmed that. At this point, I was happy to accept the fact that the fillings needed to be done, but Dr. Gadzik took the time to place an intraoral camera on the problem tooth where you could see the typical black mark that visually identifies a cavity.My experience with Dr. Gadzik helped me figure out that a lot of dentists will stop at the 80% solution that x-rays give you. The problem with x-rays alone is that you’re basically relying on a very subjective visual measure of how black something is while imaging a material that is not completely homogenous. In rocketry, you can shoot brand new rockets to outer space and dump them in the ocean each launch for billions of dollars or you can do the hard work of actually understanding how materials structures and rocket trajectories work. Then you can shoot the thing into outer space and very carefully land a giant rocket on a robotically-controlled barge in the middle of the freakin’ ocean like SpaceX does. Dr. Gadzik is the SpaceX of dentists.The staff at SCTDG were extremely accommodating throughout my experience with them. Because of my time constraints, they offered an earlier appointment than the earliest they originally had, cutting into their lunch time. And I was able to schedule my follow-up appointment the next day because of that, before I disappeared for another year.

Had a great visit with SCDG today, they were more than accommodating when childcare fell through and gave a thorough but friendly exam. We have the whole family attend this practice and have yet to regret the decision.
