I been coming here before it was called my eye doctor, back then was called optical care and by far never had any issues. I been a client for many years. However, it would be nice if some type of updates when it comes to glasses that the state covers. Mostly is more for toddlers but everything else is very good by far. Thank you for your service.

Rudest people I’ve ever met. I had a follow up to an eye injury and they told me they don’t know what they can do for me. That the doctor doesn’t deal with things like that. Only came here out of convenience.

Great staff. Very helpful. They are stuck within the parameters of our insurance companies so the issues arent their fault.

On the website MY Eye Dr states We Welcome ALL Insurances. I called to confirm that they take my insurance and was told they did. I purchased a nice pair of glasses and paid on my credit card. Then the bills from My Eye Doctor started rolling in. I was told my insurance did not cover my appointment and was also told the office would take care of this mistake. My visit was on Jan 14th and today I just received a final notice regarding an outstanding balance once again. I can not believe I was taken by My Eye Doctor.

The doctor was informative, patient, and honest. He had no problem taking the time to answer all of my questions in detail, and I will be coming back to see him.The rest of the staff were certainly another story. I have gotten glasses several times before in multiple states, and every previous time I would be told of what the additional cost would be for certain sets of frames BEFORE choosing. This establishment seems to find it acceptable for me to pick out a pair of frames and then find out it will be over $100 extra, and frankly I do not.The doctor I cannot recommend enough, but unfortunately I also recommend getting the written prescription and shopping for glasses elsewhere.

Loved IT there everyone was very nice and the doctor she was awesome no issue at all even found the right fit on contact. There equipment is up to date didnt have to dilate my eye they have a special equiptmen that scan the eye awesome it was an outstanding visit my wife love it there to my visit was less then 30 min perfect. Going back soon to choose and fit glasses contact are the best at the moment wow

Terrible experience and waste of time. I had an appointment and when I got there the person who had an appointment 30 minutes before my appointment was still waiting to be seen. That person left without being seen. I waited approximately 20 minutes past my appointment start time and I had to also leave without being seen. The receptionist seemed pleased when I told her I had to leave because the office could not honor their scheduled appointments. Dont go here.

Great place , great staff , always take great care of me , highly recommend , and they dont over crowd the place with customers like alot of drs are doing

Me and my grandmother used to go here and the place is not so great... my grandmother had cataracts and glaucoma in both of her eyes and she didn’t find out till she went to a different doctor who told her it’s been there for years the doctor here never told her that also there selection of glasses for state sucks last time I got my glasses from there they had like one tiny drawer and most of the glasses were for little kids and the the ones they did have that were my size were big clear aviators. I had no choice to get those they didn’t even have basic black frames
