As the person before me mentioned the massive incompetence mine is worse. ER visit on long weekend no technicians available. In a a Hospital ER no less. Though I had a heart attack. They were going to admit me for lack of technicians not even an EEG simple ultrasound. Told to call his office first thing Tuesday had to call 3 times third my wife called and yelled had what should have had in the ER 5 days later. He was sitting at his desk the day I had my EEG and never even looked up asked how I was, and was gone before I left. Had a Nuclear Stress Test scheduled and they canceled because they forgot to schedule first tried to lie about insurance authentication then admitted they forgot. Never once heard from him about my EEG results!! Then after almost 3 weeks from ER visit finally got my stress test. Guess what never heard he instructed me to call him on that Friday being that was 3 days later for results. I called the magic 3 times each time was busy so at the end of day I finally said Im coming into the office to talk to him, his very incompetent office told me he was leaving and going on vacation. 10 days later still not a word from him. I was told I have an abnormality in my heart by his secretary, and then that was it still waiting/ I called to have my records sent to my primary Dr. which they should have done that 1st day. I gave them 2 numbers. When I gave 2nd number I asked her to repeat the numbers back and she said she must have misplaced them. In 3 seconds she lost them, obviously she never even wrote them down. Needles to say Im going elsewhere and had to go to the hospital records to get them to bring to my doctor

STAY AWAY if you care about your health and/or want to be treated with respect; they waited a month of my life that I could have spent getting better. Here’s the full story: I called on December 26th to schedule an appointment, I was told by the lady I spoke to that the soonest available is on January 18th (she didn’t care when I told her I already ended up in ER 2 times so this was an emergency). After being told I’m all set for Jan. 18th I called every few days to see if there are any cancellations I can take; when one day I called I was told that they do not have an appointment for me on Jan. 18th and that the next one I can take is February 22nd. After she noticed that I got upset show how (magic?) she was able to fit me to come in on the 18th. The day of my appointment on January 18th I get a call about an hour or so before the appointment telling me that the Dr. is sick so they’ll have to reschedule to February 22nd. I told them that’s unacceptable at which pint they told me it’s my problem and not theirs. I was put on fold for about 10 minutes and then they hang up on me. After I called back they told me that they will try to find something for me earlier and that they will call once they do; they never called back.It looks like somebody dropped the ball and then tried to cover it by telling me to come in while planning on calling me the day off the appointment with some story like they did.The same people do all the appointment scheduling for all the locations so no matter where you want to go you’ll have to go through the people I talked to.
