It seems they need a class in professionalism and time management. When someone shows up for their appointment it’s best not to loudly argue with the receptionist about how you don’t have time for it. On top of that, being rude as hell and actually laughing at the customer when they finally ask you to stop arguing about their appointment in front of them is so uncalled for. How uncomfortable can you make someone who has been a long term customer? I am appalled at this behavior and will never recommend this place to anyone again.

Poor customer service. Every time I call to book an appointment they never answer the phone. I then try to book an appointment online and can never book online also.

Walked in at 6:30 two employees “working” a man sitting in the chair with hair dye still sitting in his hair one employee in the back on her phone. But neither one could cut 4 inches off my hair? Something that has never taken them more then 15 mins!!! Because they close at 7? Just lazy lazy lazy won’t be back.

My hair was very long I got cut short and shed do was about 15 strands that will not cut I wont go back there again

Although all I wanted was a simple cut about 6 inches off, Natalie did a great job. I was able to relax to a nice head massage shampoo, cut, and blow dry. Thanks Natalie!

I brought my twins here for haircuts prior to school starting back up. This place is amazing. I dont remember the names of the awesome ladies that cut my boys hair, but they did great. Patient with me and super nice to the kids. Very friendly, very professional.The last time I took my kids for a hair cut we went to Great Clips or something, when they first opened in Derby. What a nightmare. One of my twins refused a haircut because his brothers hair was really not done well. Didnt do the edging like I asked. Didnt understand what I wanted (fade) and left his face and neck a mess. He literally had hair falling off his nose in clumps. I was so angry. So, I was worried about the cutting crew. I am no longer worried. They have earned me as a regular customer now. They made my boys feel comfortable and they were happy as well as mom.

So far no problems with this location. Ive been going here for about 3 years. The last stylist that cut my hair was Jesse & she did a great job. She was very patient, professional, informative, & accomadating. I highly recommend her. Usually everyone is very nice.

I love my hairstylists Jen, but the new manager there cut her hours to only 2 days a week!! Fridays and Saturdays!! So if I want my hair done before the weekend this is really inconvenient! And she has been there 5 yrs! Not fair to her either!

I have used two locations for this franchise and have found the price is not fixed.......it seems to vary at the whim of the stylist.I have found a more fixed price on Ladies Day on Tuesday.....$14.95. The same services have cost me as much as $20 other times. I was never able to figure out why it was $5.00 more.My favorite stylist in Ansonia is Lillian. No matter how much time transpires between my visits, she always seems to give me the exact cut I want every time......never too short or too long. She is courteous and pleasant and I enjoy watching her work so professionally. I wish there was a way to compliment her to her superiors.

Ive never had any trouble here, though Im a guy and I always go for the Monday $12 special & its pretty hard to mess that up.The staff are pleasant and quick; the Monday special is the least expensive haircut Ive seen for years & I like the job they do. The ladies special is on Tuesday, but be sure to ask your stylist about the details.It can get crowded on the special days - Ive found early-mid afternoons are best, like 1:30-3:00.
