She will facilitate your personal progress toward fitness and yoga is one of the best ways to relax. When I first started at Anniston Yoga Center in November 2001, I was 30 lbs heavier and 90% more stressed out. Since I began my yoga journey, I have learned how to take better care of myself and seriously reduced my stress. The center itself is warm and inviting. The other members are encouraging and kind. There really is no better place to experience yoga. Mariya is also a great listner and will give you great tools to use in your daily life to help out with your fitness and well-being.
