Great Staff here at this Lung Specialists Office! I wasnt rushed, my questions were answered & a Treatment Plan for my care was implemented quickly.

Dr. Patel and his assistant Shane are hands down the best. U know you are in great hands when my heart dr in bham spoke highly of him.

Would give the sleep techs 10 out of 5 stars. They were so fantastic, helpful, and supportive. Would give Dr. Patel 0 stars. The 3 minutes I spoke to him, I was crying (just frustrated that the study itself gave no answers to my fatigue) and all he really told me was crying wont get you a narcolepsy diagnosis.

Dr. Patel was very thorough & respectful. He listens & answers your questions. The office staff is super nice & helpful. Great experience.

Dr. Patel is great, so are his nurses, but getting his administrative staff to send in forms to the insurance company or medical service providers is another story. Whoever is in charge of stuff like that either needs to be fired or demoted so they can get somebody in that position that does their job in a timely manner

Dr. Patel is one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever seen. He also “knows his stuff.” I’m glad I was referred to him.

Dr. Patel and staff are just precious, they really make you feel like your at home and that you belong here. I left once mainly for pure convenience, but I am here to testify, if you are happy where you are, STAY THERE!!! Its totally not worth leaving for convenience, because Dr. Patel is a one-of-a-kind super nice man that will sit and talk to you, does not rush you in and out and he has an awesome bedside manner.I just love all of them and appreciate them soooo much!!! You treat us as the humans we are and with respect. Like my Mother used to say, you treat me like you want to be treated yourself...There are a lot of wolves in sheeps clothing out there that are calling themselves doctors...NO JOKE!!!I have experienced some of the most rude and disrespectful doctors in the last year than I have ever witnessed in my life!!!

Office staff is horrible they wont listen to you will hang up on you needed to see the doctor before the first of the year for my insurance and they wont give me in but they sure do want my money.
