Dr. V, did my hip surgery 2015. Never had any problems. Felt a pop in my ankle on a Monday. Called his office for emergency visit. No appointments till Thursday. Explained what happened, though it was not his regular office day, he informed me to come in the next day Tuesday. Ruptured Achilles, surgery was the following Monday, I had to get things settled at home. Great surgery team with Dr.V, extremely help full with managing my pain. I wouldn’t trust my bones or joints to another orthopedic. Great office staff at the Tyler Center also.

Dr. Duane M Tippets and his staff (Rhonda) are awesome. Always professional. The whole office runs like a well oiled machine but you never feel rushed. Im thankful to have a great orthopedic doctor close to home.

Dr Andrew Morris did a great job on my femur surgery. He has always listened and been great and his nurse is the best .

I have never ever had a Dr or his nurse to text me that they was going on vacation and would like to see me in his office before they left cause they didnt want me to be in pain any longer. They gave always cared about their patients at Anniston Orthopaedics . I have had several surgeries that Dr DDT done and I can honestly say he cares about his patients very much and his nurse Julie .

If you dont have insurance theyre very quick to try to end the call with you and are rude if you ask for any kind of payment plan. This is the mentality that has ruined the healthcare system in America

I absolutely love Dr. Wiedmer at Anniston Orthopedics! He takes time to explain everything, so you can learn about your body. He’s not one of those “cut happy” surgeons, he will avoid unnecessary surgery, until you feel it’s necessary! I’ve had 2 surgeries performed by Dr. Wiedmer and I am still in recovery stages from the second, but my problems have been resolved!! I highly recommend Dr. Wiedmer for any orthopedic consultations or surgeries!! The staff is awesome there as well!!

Dr Duanne Tippets(Dad) is the best ortho Dr I have been seen by. He always has a smile and genuine concern for his patients. I have been his patient for over 10-years. Every time I’ve seen him he always listens carefully and plans his diagnosis and corrective action plan with the patients best interest at hand. Without doubt Dr Tippets is one of the best Drs (I have several) I have been seen by.

Every visit I have with Dr. Vandervoort, he has been the utmost professional doctor that Ive had the pleasure of visiting with,and the staff at A.O.A. is at the top of their game.

Employees are extremely rude and even mocked the patient then hung up. Refused to do surgery until certain amount was paid even when the patient has health insurance. It’s not about patent care with them it’s only about money. Sad.

Don’t break your foot on Thursday! My 84 year old mom had to wait until Monday and walk for 3 days on a broken foot! She was in excruciating pain!The person who answered the phone was rude and brushed us off. We were in need of help and definitely did not receive any from this clinic!

Unfortunately, weve had numerous sports injuries, but Dr. Morris has been great! Hes always knowledgeable and thorough in rooting out the injury and making sure he guides us to the best recovery possible.

Mr. ARCHIE was great with my little guy! They are best friends after 3 broken bones casted. And the ladies that run the x-rays are fantastic! We use this office for all of our orthopedic needs.

Called for next appointment after seeing the doctor for 2 months now and was referred to him by cares in anniston, and answering nurse asked me why I was seeing him n I said its an motor vehicle crash related, she then asked if i had an lawyer n I said yes... she responds well our doctors cant take you on since they dont do lawyers... I respond by saying lady I already been seen by him 2 times n they already know this, and shes like well thats what there nurse said... I retort by well Ive been paying him out of pocket and going to physical therapy after work so whats a lawyer gotta do with him treating me. She then like a robot was with our doctor doesnt do lawyers and hangs up.

I saw Dr Morris today. I was a little apprehensive, Dr Payne (retired in Dec.) had been my doctor for over 35 years. Dr Morris was GREAT!!

Weve had a great experience at every visit from my husbands hip problem to my sons sport injuries. In fact, they spotted my sons fractured leg when the ER missed it.

All my visits have been great, friendly staff and great doctors.

I called yesterday to ask questions about my first appointment (which wouldve been today). The lady that answered was rude, cutting me off as I tried to ask questions. REMEMBER: Your patients ARE your customers. Without us, you wont get paid. I WILL BE GOING ELSEWHERE, if this is any indication of how I would be treated at this clinic.

I love the nurses and the doctors.

Wouldnt answer phone , then after two surgeries the doctor doesnt operate anymore . He is too old to do it . I am told to go to another doctor .
