If i could leave a negative rating i would.. What this place is doing is practically criminal and qualifies as malpractice. I shouldnt have to go 2 weeks+ without meds because your staff cant schedule an appointment. You should all be ashamed! Who goes into the medical field without any feeling of empathy, sympathy, or overall humanity????

Not once but twice this place made my disabled mother stand outside on a cane in the weather once when it was freezing outside the other when it was mid june. Then Dr. Conners wont return phone calls about refilling medication she needs for weeks allowing her to run out. Then after weeks of no communication she calls and changes the medication completely without even telling or explaining it to her. If you love you family memeber dont let them go to these quacks!

Dr. Connor is the poorest excuse for a doctor that I have ever encountered. You have to call everyday for at least two weeks to get anything done.

The doc. Doesnt seem to care when it comes to calling in refills. Should not take 3 days.

Cant ever reach doctor and they never EVER return phone calls even when they are urgent

Love the fact that its a late night clinic. The employees there love there job and do there best to get the information that you need. The wait is rarely long, but when it is I understand that some people have more serious issues than what Im there for.

Dr. Was fine but my mother didnt have an appointment I get that. But humana will not pay for another doc so when we told the nurse her blood pressure was rising they let her sit there for 4 hours when she finally went back it was 225 over 120 she could have had a stroke in the waiting room and they wouldnt have cared nurse was rude and feeling sorry for herself .They then lied on the paperwork to make it look like they treated her properly . This place has humanity issues .Update Took my mother back to get her meds refilled and Dr. Says our systems down come back in 3 months what a joke Im turning this place in .

This was my first time visit and my appt was at 730 I got out of there at 9pm... the wait is lengthy but got to consider that it was my 1st time going! The employees there are super nice and you can tell they are trying to give you the best quality of life!

Dr. Randolph is amazing, listens to your concerns and asks about your life health and overall goals. Wouldnt change for the world

These people have no concept of time. Iv been standing at the front desk for 45 min waiting to pay my bill and havent even seen an employee. My first visit was a 3 hour wait from the time they had me scheduled. Be prepared to spend most of your day here.

This is a very awful place to go to. My husband went there and the nurse Hope was so rude. She started shaving his chest and he told her it was hurting and instead of showing concern she kept shaving him. Then told everyone outside the room she had to shave him for the third time and humiliated him. The doctor was even awful acted like he didn’t even want to hear my him out. What kind of place is this?? We will never ever go back here again!!!!!!!!

Theres a new doctor here,and Ive had to wait 3 or more days for a prescription to be called in and it wasnt even all of what I needed so now Im having to wait 3 or more days for that prescription to be called in.

The staff is great and you get in and out.

Dr smith is the best if ur sivk he will get to the root of the problems need more Doctor like him
