Steve Yancey and his team of caregivers were awesome. He went above and beyond to help care for my husband. I could always depend on Them to show up as scheduled and do whatever for my husband. I highly recommend Home Advantage. They were not only caretakers, they became our friends.

The owner of this company is not organized he is all over the place and he makes promises that he CAN NOT KEEP! My father has a lot of medical issues and we were told that he could accommodate our situation and what the needs where! The help he has is amazing sweet and kind and was right on it when asked to do something. He comes in mid shift for one of his staffs and sends them all over the place and runs them like crazy! He may say he’s going to make a schedule but don’t t count on it! He was very rude and disrespectful to my mother when she asked for certain care and certain things which he got angry!! When we ended the service with him and company he said “ THANK GOD”! How can a man in business like this wanting to help people with there loved ones be so cruel to the one asking for the help!!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I sincerely do not know where to begin to sing the praises of Steve and Deanna Yancey and their Home Advantage Living.We used Home Advantage Living from Jan 2019 til mid Sept 2019 with my 84 year old mother who has Alzheimers and is a fall risk. We were very satisfied with our sitters and with the services they offered. I never had to worry about my mother while she was in their care.Steve and Deanna strive to attain and maintain top notch sitters. If a problem ever arose, it was handled with expediency.My brothers and I are eternally grateful to Steve and Deanna and the employees of this great company, and we highly recommend it to anyone needing help with their loved one.

I’m a paraplegic & my 94 year old father lives with us. This past weekend, my wife was able to go see our Granddaughter perform in Georgia. If not for Home Advantage, this would not have been possible. The care I was given was superb. Wonderful service; excellent personality.
