I definitely am satisfied with the customer service, I was late getting to her one day and she opened the shop back up for me to get the things I needed. Very helpful nd has good knowledge of her inventory to meet whatever needs you have. I will definitely recommend this shop and I will most definitely be back to shop for all my herbal needs

Nice little shop, with a big selection. Ive recently moved back to the area, and was so happy to find this place. They have everything I need for my nerves. I cant take Dr prescribed anxiety meds, so Ive found a combination of herbs that work well for me. And The Herb Shop has them all! Thanks!

New location is easy to spot from road! Delightful and respectable women! Although they do not have any raw dry herbs, they do have an extensive selection of natural oils. Mainly supply capsuled herbs for medicinal purposes. Neat place to visit over all.

They had all the herbs and meds i needed and when i would mention another aile i needed an herb for, if an herb i was getting was for it to they told me. They didnt try to make me buy more and more. They pointed me to the best herbs for the best things and i had their full attention. Love the new location. Very professional and clean.

Why is this woman still in business? She is the most hate-filled liar I have ever met. I caught her in 3 lies in less than 5 minutes while in her store. I am afraid that people are getting scammed and have been for decades.
