Contrary to other reviews, Ive had a pretty pleasant experience with the nurse and Dr Rickless. He listens to your concerns, goes over your charts thoroughly, and asks questions about your injury. Asks how he can help and offers his own opinion. I found the staff very professional and no nonsense. Visits are extremely fast, with very little wait time, any problems that arise such as pharmacy issues or insurance issues are handled immediately. In and out of the office faster than a dominoes pizza. Thanks to the doctor, and staff, for making it a great experience.

Dr. Rickless diagnosed and operated on my fascia over 10 years ago. And, I have never been so grateful. I have been pain free since 2 weeks after my surgery. So I’m forever grateful. Plantar Fasciitis is a horribly painful condition.

The NURSE at this man office AMANDA!!!is the rudest ever!!! She just hung up in my face,because l asked her why a neurologist contacted me!!! I will NEVER return this office, he needs to get her out of there!!!! At my office visit she thought it was funny that l wanted medicine for arthritis, l should’ve known she was a lunatic then

He is blunt and straight forward, many people may take that as rude, but I find it refreshing, I dont want a doctor that is going to BS me or try to keep me on medicine long term. I have a serious issue with my ankle and joint and him and his nurses has went above and beyond their duty, to help me find the right place, that I needed to be and he helped me every step of the way.

Wow the nurses seemed OK however when i asked the Doctor if my wife could join us for my exam. He flatly told me no it was against the rules, When I questioned this, cause it has never happened to me in my 50+ years, Dr Rickless became enraged and told me to leave. I tried to calm him down because i needed the exam and in pain. He continued with his tirade until my wife and I left the building.

My husband & I found Dr. Rickless & staff easy to speak with & friendly.

Very please with my visit an services I received, no problem with staff, attitudes very pleasant. Accommodation provided on short request at a moments notice. I opinion of Dr. An staff, is highly appreciated from him as well as his staff. Thank you for serving our community.

This Dr is one of the rudest person!! The nurse thats works with him is even worse!! The nurse acts as if shes running the facility and the Dr. sit back and listens to her as if shes in charge. These 2ppl are the worst individuals Ive ever ran across in a long time.If i could give them a zero I Would!! The receptionist is really nice and that is what throws you off bc u would think that u walking into a pleasant facility but in reality its like walking into the twilight zone with Dr.Jekyll and Mrs.Hyde. Lol.. Enter in your own Risk. u have been forewarned!!

This Has to be the worst reception payment office ever we have sent multiple payments in and theyre saying that they dont get them when we have all the Receipts old lady there that does the payments cant remember what she does. I am a customer service and this is not how you treat your customers I will tell everybody that I know please stay clear of this doctor hell do a procedure on you that dont need done I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well And a lawyer if I have to to resolve this matter.

Poor excuise of humans period. Will never go back to them. The staff is so rude and they tell u what they can do then discharge u while ur trying to schedule ur surgery.

Hes a nice Doctor not very friendly but he gets the job done he needs to get another nurse shes very rude and just gives everyone nasty looks, The lady at the front seat is wonderful....

He has got to be the rudest Dr. I have ever dealt with. Now the ladies are sometimes nice. He is the only foot Dr that excepts medicaid here. So looks like we have no choice.

I am going to give this Dr. one more chance to put my welfare, as a lupus/fibromyalgia/spinal surgery patient, above his own, perceived, welfare. He denied me physical therapy on my low-back and dismisses my severe chronic pain. The Tyler Center PT staff was appalled at his decision and said they would not recommend this Dr. to anyone. I have a myriad of records corroborating my chronic illness and 2 spinal surgeries. He did surgey on my wrist and it only exacerbated my pain. This appointment will be his last chance before I invoke my patient rights. I, also, witnessed the receptionist violate a patients hippa agreement in front of other patients in the waiting room last month. She said, in ear shot of everyone there, Youve been dismissed because your UA had something in it that it shouldnt have. Deplorable and ILLEGAL!!! Its difficult finding a Dr. in this area, for PM, or I would have already severed this patient/Dr. relationship.

This dr. Is the rudest crudest man Ive ever saw in my life. I wouldnt even want my dog seen by this man!!!

I LOVE him and his staff! They have always been kind, professional and concerned with my well being as a patient.

Took my 14 year old son there for knee pain. He ordered MRI for his knee cause he thought it was a Ligament. And he was right MRI results showed completely toar his ACL. He set up physical therapie for my son till his surgery. Dr Rickless was very nice and so was his staff.

I see where he got his nickname Dr. Reckless from. Very angry man with no concern for patients. Broke my wrist and had to have them recast 3 different times because of his mistakes and wanted to charge me for each wrap. Recommended a surgery that was not even needed to properly heal my wrist. Finally went to the right professional on snow st. where I shouldve went to begin with.

Poor excuse of a DR. If I didnt have to put one star to even leave a review it would be in the negatives. First visit reception was very rude and the dr wasnt very nice either. Second visit he tells me he doesnt have time to deal with me bc his life is to stressful to deal with it. Reason- went to ER for servere back pain, I couldnt even stand, sit, walk or lie down properly without excruciating pain. I told the ER dr I was in pain management and he wrote out three prescriptions and without thinking about it I turned them into the pharmacy to get them filled. I called to schedule follow up with pain clinic and even told them over the phone that I had went to the ER and what had happened. It was stated that I havent signed my paperwork yet so I should be fine.. go in to see the dr and apparently his life is to stressful to deal with the situation or even listen to me.. I am very unhappy with the way things were handled and if his life is to stressful to deal with patients then maybe he shouldnt be a dr. I would NOT recommend him to ANYONE!!!

Poor excuse for a Doctor. A patient was sent to be treated for pain management Dr. Reckless decided he wanted to do orthopedic surgery but the patient turned him down and he decided not to treat the patient anymore.
