Such a great group of doctors at Cares Plus . I have used them for several years. Never a long wait and super friendly. Very knowledgeable doctors..

Worst customer treatment of any facility I’ve been to. Missed my appointment by one day on a Sunday. Had my appointment on Monday on my calendar. Not knowing they were open on Sunday. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Very condescending atmosphere at the front desk. Would not see me until a week later. Now I’m to go a week without my medication due to a mix up on the date. Hopefully I don’t relapse!

I have always received excellent care at Cares Plus. Normally not a long wait.

I give one star for the absolute worse customer service people of any medical facility EVER! THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO NOT REFILL PRESCRIPTIONS FOR MAJOR PHARMACYS!

Visiting the area from it of town. Had an inflamed lower back and nerve in my leg causing me pain. The staff here was very friendly, professional and timely. Extremely happy with the care that I received.

Very friendly staff...the wait is kind of long but to be expected with it being a appointment and walk-in clinic. I always feel well taken care of.

I was not the most patient when waiting to receive my covid results, but the the employees of the clinic where always very patient with me. They are doing a wonderful job with the resources available to them and they are doing more than we could ever ask for of them. Thank you and God bless you all.

I had been seeing my primary physician for 20+ years when I decided I was no longer happy there and was looking for a change. I used several walk in clinics before trying Anniston CarePlus and decided that Dr. McVeigh would be my new primary. He is a very caring, kind, and thorough doctor and I couldnt be happier with my choice. I have seen other doctors and nurse practitioners there and have been very impressed with them too. And the entire staff is awesome! I was so happy with them that I sent my sister there and Dr. McVeigh has gone above and beyond to help her when no one else would. I can not say enough good things about him! I have never had longer than a 15 minute wait in the waiting room or exam room but you never feel like they are rushing you in and out like so many doctors offices. They actually take the time to listen and try to provide the best care possible. I could not recommend Dr. McVeigh and staff anymore highly!

Wont be returning and recommend others dont waste their time there as well. Piss poor service, absolutely zero sympathy for patients and, dont trust what the website says or what the receptionist tells you, the doctor will do thing his way regardless of how it may inconvenience others. Then they billed me for a full visit despite only getting a covid test. I recommend going to one of the other urgent care facilities in the area, theyre less likely to wast your time.

Every visit we have made has been excellent no matter who we were seen by.

Don’t rush to get here was told on the phone 4:30 was cut off time to have physical. Was ask to come back the next day, so why bother having a cut off time.

I went today ti address a sinus/ear infection that has been on and off since July. I had previously had seen my primary doctor and two other walk in clinics. Appropriate medicine was administered and prescribed. I am having real relief for the first time in months. While I will continue to see my primary physician, I will come in again when I need walk in services

I have been using Dr. McVeigh and staff for a little over a year now. Im VERY pleased with the service I receive when Im there. They are VERY speedy with their patients, however, they are going to listen to each and every one of them clearly!! They dont make you feel like you are rushed to get get out of the room so that someone else can go in. The nurses are all amazing, sweet, friendly, caring with great bedside manners. If youre in the market for a new doctor, look no further! Come join Cares Plus!! They do have multiple locations, but I dont know where the other one is located. To Dr. McVeigh, Dr. Bradley, and Dr. Hunda, (not sure of spelling), you guys are amazing!!! I cant thank you all enough for the help you have given to me. For finally helping me find out what is going on with my health. Now we can get a plan together and get back on the road to recovery!! 🙏🙏 May God continue to bless each and every one of you!!

I would not recommend this business for you or your family. I had to sit in my car and they would contact. Me. Well a nurse seen me coming to ask a question for was told n ididnt have to wait outside so I went in. Several people has come but we are still her so I went to put my insurance information, copay, and dr era license . So 3 people called before me another one a few minutes s. Sixth person was called that caused me to get stern with them and demanded my copay baby. The girls at the reception desk all need better attitudes especially when you work with peopleI wonder how many more people is going to dislike their experiences at the office. Once when the words and actions do.

I went into the office for the the very first time ever meeting the staff & especially, Dr. McVeigh. I have never met or encountered such a kind, caring physician as Dr. McVeigh. Not to mention, the remainder of the staff. I was so pleased with the care & empathy that Dr. McVeigh provided that Im now making sure hes my PCP. I was struggling when I went in on my initial visit & everyone was SO kind & compassionate. I highly recommend Dr. McVeigh& his entire team. Thank you, so much.

Today was my first visit to Anniston CarePlus and it was such a pleasant surprise. The staff is friendly. I changed this to my primary doctor and will recommend to others for sure.

This clinic is above others in area. Employees and staff are very pleasant. The doctors are throughAnd go the extra mile I am so happy I made that first trip, I would recommend this clinic for your health problems.

I never got the chance to meet the dr I only dealt with the office staff and 2 NP. Most of the staff were rude and only wanted to charge me my copay for any little thing they did for me. Bradley is one of the NP, he is horrible and does not know how to talk to patients. Ms Sherry the other NP was very polite and caring. I was planning on using them as my primary but after only 1 week of being their patient I changed my mind. They are not caring and nice as a whole.

Ive been waiting in the examination room for over 45 minutes now. No one has even come in to update me as to when Im going to be seen. No one has even opened the door to let me know theybhavent forgotten about me.Ive heard bad things about other facilities, so I came here. Avoid this place unless you have a lot if time to waste.

My wife was out of refills on her meds. We called up there and Bradley took care of calling it in for her even though he didn’t see her. Thanks to all the staff there. Great friendly folks!! We moved all of our business to them. Thanks for all you do.

Spent 3 hours waiting for them to call me back but they never did. They pulled people back that had gotten there after me though. I finally just left.

Covid test are supposed to be free its illegal to charge for them Im sueing this place and reporting them

I have been going to CaresPlus for several years now, I have seen Dr. McVeigh, Bradley Elliott, and Hala Mourtada, for everything from follow-up for long-term illness to an emergency visit for stitches in my scalp after a fall. I have always been extremely happy with the care, the time spent with and the expertise of the doctor and nurse practitioners, also the entire staff.I have never experienced a extremely long wait time like some other practitioners but have ALWAYS experienced practitioner that actually stopped and listened to me.I have in the past and will continue recommending their office to both family and friends.

Could not ask for a more caring, friendly staff! Love that they are open 7 days a week too! This is our new family Dr! I can not express how pleased I am with the experiences my family has had with them so far.

This is my new Primary Care. I ask many questions and they have never hesitated to take the time to explain what needs to be explained. Also phone calls are usually returned in a timely matter by the physician. I feel very well treated and not judged. Bc here in the past month I think I have been there every week. Bc of this sickness that doesnt want to go away. You will not be disappointed so when you are in need of some medical attention this is the best place you could go.

Amazing service with highly knowledgable staff, little wait times and superb treatment! The nurse practitioner who saw me was Hala and I left feeling taken care of in her hands.

Twice my perscription was sent to wrong pharmacy and after calling to check if they were open which they were I was told that they where closing early I then told them my situation which was I had received a shot in my elbow a few weeks earlier there the shot had stopped working and it felt like it was something tore In it they said I could come on in well I drove from moody Alabama all the way to Anniston to be told they where not seeing any more patients and they were not making any appointments until after the first of year they were unprofessional and showed that they care for no ones well being
