Employees are super rude. I ended up being 10 minutes late and bumped to walk in status because they have the wrong address and I couldn’t get ahold of a person to give me directions. Get it together, Quest.

White lady with short hair cut had me waiting way to long for a drug test. Got there first and she pulled a older white man in front of me. Calls me to the back and proceeded to make me wait another 30 minutes while she has a full blown conversation with someone else! This is very rude n unprofessional I had to cancel an event bc of her being unprofessional and pulling people in front of me! This is who y’all choose to hire

I had an appointment, when you sign in your name (3 letters of first name and 1st letter of last) appears on the monitor. The tech/nurse seen me and purposely skipped me. I was only there for a drug test for a job.... I sat in an empty waiting room for 20 minutes... ridiculousAlso this company is located on the 3rd floor of the POB building. Not main building of RMC. I couldnt call in and get any information and like I mentioned before when I finally got there the tech/nurse that called patients back was rude... its incredible.

They have the wrong address listed online. And good luck trying to call and get directions you have to talk to an automated voice. Overall shitshow of a company

Located in the Physicians Center building (attached to parking deck) 3rd floor. Not the Tyler Center or RMC building.I would give four stars to Mrs. Bradford that works here and a one star on overall experience. Without being able to call and speak to someone it makes it difficult to ask questions. RMC sent me to the Tyler Center, Tyler Center sent me to two floors before a patient who overheard the conversation interjected and told me to try the physicians center building. Biggest annoyance was finding parking and walking back and forth through multiple hospitals and parking decks to be in the wrong place.-Offer the ability to speak to someone who can assist you.- label your address more specific than 901 Leighton Ave; google maps tells you have have arrived when you park at RMC so it is very difficult to navigate efficiently.

The one here in anniston alabama, the attendant was slow rude and inconsiderate. The attendant saw that my wife handed over a military ID, the attendant got rude and snobby. Good way to treat a veteran and their family! Civitards.
