My son survived his later teen years in no small part due to Mr. Yates. His (indirect) approach to addressing issues is very clever and effective, and is the result of years of practical experience, continuing research, innovation, and true commitment to the patient/client. His success is in understanding what is unique about the individual and tailoring his approach towards the idiosyncrasies of the person. Our son not only survived these turbulent years but has grown into a very successful adult, with a great career and the start of a new family. It came up in recent conversation that he attributes much of his transformation to those early sessions with Richard, hence the late review.
