I’ve been coming to see Crystal for a few months now and i’m absolutely amazed by the results but also what a kind person Crystal is. She makes you feel secure and comfortable during the whole treatment. I leave feeling confident and excited to come back every single time!

I was came here as it was recommended by a friend to try for muscle fatigue and soreness. First off I much say Ashley is full of knowledge and certainly helps fuel the excitement of the experience. She and Natalie were so wonderful explaining all the details, potential benefits, pricing and directions to me. I felt like they genuinely cared about how I was feeling and were excited for me to try this.It was freezing! Teeth chattering legs shaking freezing! But I can do anything for 3 minutes and when it was done I noticed Improvements in my leg and feet soreness I generally deal with daily. I felt more awake and like I could breathe more clearly.If you havent tried this yet youre missing out! I already booked a second appointment and Im bringing 3 friends to try.

It felt weird to be in that chamber at such a cold temperature but having a staff member to talk to made the 3 minutes go by fast. I don’t feel as sore as I should be after my double workout the next day but I’ll be able to really tell the difference after my next appointment at Thrive.

The girls were so nice and made me feel so comfortable my first time doing the therapy :)

A fun experience. Being cooled by liquid nitrogen chilling effect is something you can experience in a controlled and safe environment. Get chilled out in under three minutes. They also have an infra red sauna for you to try as a service if you are still cold after the session. Main benefits of the therapy are going to hold only if you can do it thrice a week or so. So inquire over the phone for rates and such.

Took my son in and it was an experience he wont forget. He wants to come back. The young lady working at the Annapolis location was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of our questions. The location was a little difficult to find at first since its located inside another business (Symmetry). Once inside, it is somewhat relaxing.

Great experience! My cryotherpy lady ( Gabby I hope this is her name) I cant remember her name was amazing. she was very personable, and made me feel very comfortable.

Lovely experience. Ryan was awesome! He helped me to understand what was going on and what would help me. He was great to talk to while the session was going. You need something to keep your mind off of those temperatures lol. Overall the experience was great and I feel like the moment I came out of the machine, the pain left.

First visit and I think it was good. Im sure the benefit of multiple sessions will be great. I bought a package of 5 sessions, and Im looking forward to feeling amazing.

Cold but very effective! Went in for torn meniscus (no medical insurance) to see if it would help. It definitely did -- reduced inflammation, sped up recovery time and increased my energy for the day. I go every week now just for overall wellness and energy flow. I recommend for everyone to try at least 4 times to see the positive effects. Also, staff is exceptional and friendly! Love this place!!

The staff was very nice and pleasant. The experience is a must try! The only recommendation I would make is make sure you have a good workout the day before so if you are sore you will feel the effects of a lot more! I will be definitely returning.

I’m addicted. I was one of their first customers and have not stopped since the week they opened. Personally, I just feel better. It energizes me and helps me focus for the long business day ahead. I know the many health benefits and you will see those results, but for me it’s the energy & focus it provides that keeps me coming back! BONUS: They now have infrared sauna! Hi, my first experience today with cryotherapy and Alexis was most helpful, I immediately felt comfortable entering into a new experience. To summarize: many health benefits, invigorating, feel great hours later. I pursued this for some current GI issues, and to detox. There was no pressure to sign up for additional sessions, but, I did for cost advantage.

My first experience at Thrive was great! Very informative, cold, quick and effective! Felt great afterward...energized, light and happy. Scheduling my second appointment.

It wasnt as cold as I thought it would be! Definitely survivable! And the staff were very friendly, approachable, and informative. Cant say I noticed any immediate results but it was my first visit.

I truly had an amazing experience from start to finish. Olivia was there to greet us with a smile on her face. She was so nice and helpful. It was my first time doing Cyrotherapy so I was nervous. She made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was not scary like I imagined lol. It was amazing and the way it makes you feel is even better. I woke the next morning feeling refreshed, lighter due to not having an inflammation and my muscles felt great. I would recommend this to anyone who is having pain in there joint, injuries or even if you just kill it in your work outs.

Did the full body cryotherapy treatment. You go in this big pod that ranges between -250 and -270 degrees for about three minutes. You come out feeling like an absolute God! I cant believe ita taken me this long to discover this!!

Had my first appointment at this location today for the Cryotherapy and Infrared Sauna and couldnt be happier. I play baseball in several leagues and after a game there is nothing better than coming here and starting the recovery period. A professionally managed business with staff that makes you feel welcome, assured and cared for. Recovery time used to be 3-4 days after pitching 5+ innings but with Cryotherapy I am down to 2 days and ready to throw again. I cannot emphasize enough how quickly I am feeling 100% after strenuous activity after a treatment. Newest secret here in Annapolis!

Im sorry, but I just dont get it. $55 for 3 minutes in this machine that didnt really feel that cold to me. And another $35 for sitting in a sauna? I cant say I feel a difference at all following my treatment; maybe thats why I was the only appointment on the schedule for the day. Back in NYC, Equinox fitness clubs offered the same thing to their members and it sure didnt cost $475/month! It seems this business is hoping to take advantage of wealthy people in Annapolis with a very pricey fad that takes multiple visits per week over months and months to begin working.

My husband and I decided to try something new instead of getting massages. After doing some research we decided to go to Thrive CryoStudio. Brandon was very welcoming and informative. We both have always pushed our bodies to the limit and have a few injuries due to our lifestyles. With that said, we thought wed try staying open-minded and go with the times by using Cryotherapy, and we actually like it. Since were tired of medications, braces, lidocaine patches, dont surgery, etc., this was a new way of healing for us, and very refreshing.

Ive only been once but looking forward to more visits.

I waited to write this review after a few sessions under my belt to truly see if I felt any difference with my cryotherapy sessions.I must say, I do think cryotherapy helps a lot with my muscle recovery and ability to run long distances, more frequently. Thrive is quick, efficient and very reasonably priced compared to other cryotherapy places Ive looked into.

As a body builder and personal trainer, my body takes a lot of hits. Thrive’s cryotherapy has offered me much needed relief not only from soreness, but from the pain of a residual injury. Brandon and the staff are incredibly attentive and answered all of my questions about the process. I honestly cannot believe how much better I feel after my session! I already have my next one booked, and will be incorporating it into my training regiment!
