Tucked into tge basement of Annapolis Jewelers, The Patuxent Lapidary Guild shop has all the tools and equipment needed for cutting gems and making jewelry. You can become a member and learn to do it yourself, or you can commission work with their artisans.

The Patuxent Lapidary Guild is the pre-eminent organization in Maryland for teaching the lapidary arts (gemstone cutting, carving and polishing) and jewelry design and making. The Guild teaches regular classes in jewelry arts, gemstone education and creation.
