We went through several other caregivers at another large agency prior to coming to Freedom Home Care. The owner Diana took the time to meet with us in person and find the right caregiver that fit my mothers complex needs. Having that face to face interaction was personal and we didnt feel like numbers. During the most stressful moments during my mothers care, it was nice knowing we had a caregiver who was actually perfect in every respect.
