Gym is great but they use friends as third party vendors for mandatory performance accessories who may steal from you if you use quick payments such as venmo and cash app. Stick to PayPal or credit card payments to avoid losing money. Vendor name Melissa Solis. Great coaches!

I never been there but seeing videos what the girls do ( coral girls). I just want to move from Ohio to just go there to see some people. The teachers sound nice. Plus what the girls do is really cool. Plus they got a new pink floor. I want to go here some day.

I cant say enough great things about the staff at 1st Class Gymnastics. It was so nice to know that I could relax and enjoy my sons birthday party without having to run around and organize the activities from start to finish, put pizza on plates, pour drinks or cut cake. They took care of even lighting the cake and bringing it to my son so I could take pictures and enjoy the moment. I highly recommend them for birthday parties as well as classes which my boys have enjoyed! Great job 1st Class!

My sisters daughter goes to this gym. We only just moved here and my daughter (whos 8) did gymnastics in California. Ive asked my sister hows this gym because my daughter wants to continue gymnastics forever and my sister said that her daughter gets yelled out from a mental block on her vault & they lured her to the competitive team without permission, and my sister said that they film her daughter for a YouTube videos my sister spoke to the coach about 6 times and still films her daughter.Thats why I give it 3 stars at the moment and were gonna try this gym in a few days Ill give it more stars if my daughter enjoys it. If she doesnt well switch gyms because this gym might be too negative.

This is an absolutely AMAZING gym!! All of the stories about the coral girls saying coach Mary is mean and the coral girls are sensitive to it are all lies! Annie, Katie, and peanut help around the gym along with other girls in the gym. If you live around the area and are looking for a gym this is it! The training is absolutely amazing and everyone improves and progresses phenomenally. I definitely recommend sending your child here.

This is a gym that you go to for acro and birthday parties. From my experience with this gym, they place less emphasis on the USA Gymnastics JO team.Cons:Coach retention is horrendous. We went through 7 coaches between the 2017 and 2018 seasons.The gym fees are higher than the competition gyms in the area.Pros:The gym is very beautiful and clean. Holidays and summer are free for team on practice days (even though it is just babysitting).You can see your kids practice from the rooms. Most gyms do not give you this kind of access.I never felt my daughter was in an unsafe environment.Conclusion:We stayed for two years but have decided to move on to a new gym. One that focuses primarily on USA Gymnastics JO where they have GREAT coach retention.

We first came to this gum with a recommendation of my cousin who has a daughter on the competitive team for level 8. she said everyone was super nice and that there was no drama. my daughter had been doing tumble before and was pretty good if I would say so. she started classes and the coaches were nice and supportive. but they lured her into the competitive team without asking my permission! she is now level 6. some of the girls joke around but my daughter does not find it very funny. they hide things and call names and the coaches dont seem to care.

This gym trains girls to be wonderful and skilled gymnasts winning medals left and right, but I went to open gym and the people who work there do not work with kids in a professional matter and have trouble controlling them in an appropriate way. Also, some of the gymnasts are rude and I felt insecure doing skills and messing up. I do think favorites are being played especially when it come to who is the best even though we all are trying to be the best and some of us like me need some extra help. This breastfeeding matter I also am against because of the way the situation was handled. The accomplishments of the gym are plentiful, but some things are not handled in a professional matter.

Great gym! The coaches for the younger ones are excellent! My 7 year old and 10 year old attend recreational gymnastics here, and love every minute! The schedule is a bit demanding, but otherwise, I dont think wed be leaving anytime soon.

My daughter went here before we moved and she was heartbroken to leave, the coaches keep practice fun and intresting and highly praise the girls when they get a skill or achieve something. When my daughter was struggling with a back-tuck they gave me tips to help spot her at home and she got it the next week. I highly recommend this gym and please note nearly all of these bad reviews are from fans of a little girl at the gyms YouTube channel or one of the coaches YouTube channels this is an excellent gym and taught my daughter so much.

1st Class Gymnastics, Is one of the best gyms!. The coaches are very professional and they really help out all gymnasts training there .If you live around this area,and if you are looking for a gym, I suggest that you go to this gym. The Gym has so much equipment and lots of stuff to help the girls train! I would rate this gym a 100 if i could, but it only goes to 5. So heres a big shiny 5! I have done gymnastics here sense I have been on level 5 Im now on level 9 and its great everyone is super sweet and the coaches are amazing!! If you are looking for a gym to go to 1st class is definitely the place to go!

This is a great gym. Our daughter loves it, but their enrollment policy is ridiculous. It is August and I would like to sign our daughter up for the October class. You would think that would be no problem to plan that far ahead. I was told today that they would start enrollment about two weeks prior to the start of the class. When one has multiple kids one must plan ahead. You would think they would understand that principle.

My daughter LOVES this place and I do too! The coaches are phenomenal (Crystal and Kendall rock!), the facility is beautiful and they have an awesome pro shop!! So happy we found this place!

First Class Gymnastics is great! My daughter went there for 4 years, but we had to move gyms after a coaching situation. But other than that, we had a great experience! The only problem we had, was when Coach Mary filmed Gymscool for her YouTube channel in late 2015, and I requested for my daughter to not be shown, yet she ended up in the second so called episode. This is the reason we left. But all the girls there are so kind, and my daughter misses them all so much!

My sister does gymnastics here and she is something! The coaches are so patient with her and the older girls always help out. The gym is very clean and they make safety their number one priority. The only complaint I have is that my sister tells me how so,e kids her age are a bit rude. They tend to critique her a bit too much. Other than that awesome gym.

I live in Nova Scotia Canada and I just wish there was a gymnastics gym around my area! I watch the coral girls and the coaches are so nice to the girls! I would recommend the gym to everyone

I do Gymnastics here since I was 8 and now Im 12. They help you with new skills and struggles. I love doing Gymnastics here everyone feels like family❣️ the coaches are super friendly! The coral Girls help almost everyday when they are in the gym. They have a YouTube channel called Gymscool and if you dont want to be filmed you just can say that and they put you of the video😊 if you are training competitive team you travel and have meets. I LOVE doing gymnastics here and if you are looking for a good Gymnastics/acro gym place in this area you should definitely go to 1st class!!

Be aware that they prey on kids and allure them into joining their competitive teams without first talking to their parents. The issue is that the financial and time commitments are absurd. I along with several other parents experienced this situation first hand. This is an immoral business!

I moved from NJ to Maryland and I happen to live very close to this gym so I decided to go there! Im a level 7 gymnast, training level 8, but Im not homeschooled. Some girls at practice who look 10-12 years old or older are sort of stuck up and snobby. They watch me and if I mess up on a skill, then theyll immediately start whispering and sometimes laugh at me! The coaches are really nice though, so thats why I gave this gym a 3. I think that the snobby girls are around level 7-8 and theyre on the homeschool team. Some of them seem nice though.. Theres this girl who has curly brownish hair and tan skin who seems sort of quiet. Shes pretty good and super nice. I think her name starts with an A or something but I really like her. But other than that, I love this gym and its pretty fun!

My experience has been disappointing. After hearing so many great reviews about this gym, my daughter, Aaliyah and I decided she could try out this gym. She is level 6. Many of the girls on her team pick on her since she is a level lower than most of her teammates. The main coach has been filming my daughter without permission, which is unacceptable. The coaches also arent happy with my daughter when she gets a skill wrong. Because of these reasons, we are moving gyms YET AGAIN!

I brought 3 of my kids and one of their friends to open gym last night. I was unfamiliar with how the pricing worked. One of my sons had been there previously with a friend and had told me that you pay upfront for the remaining time then when you leave you get a refund for whatever you didnt use. For the whole 4 hours its $24, so I figured if I brought my kids for 2 hours it would end up being $12. Well apparently thats not how it works. I was charged $18 per kid with only 2 hours remaining. When I politely asked how the pricing worked, I was spoken to very harshly, complete with eye rolling, slamming cash register drawers, sighs, and just an overall body language of exasperation with me because apparently I was too stupid to understand something that wasnt being explained to me at all. This place is anything but first class - we wont be back.

My son loves going to gymnastics class every Monday! The teachers are wonderful and (thank goodness) they are very patient.

I love this place! My daughter has said its the best place to be. They incourage my her to be the best gymnast she can! She has only conplained once because the coaches were being a little rude on her mental block but besides that she loves it all!

My daughter Jessica who is 8 used to go to this gym.Now, they were very good at start and my daughter is a level 7 and was taught by coach Mary.Firstly, they lured my daughter into doing competitive gymnastics, which we cant afford, especially when her team travel to places like Kentucky for flash meet ups and things like that.Secondly, this coach Mary has a YouTube channel called gymscool. I didnt find out about it until Jessica told me. I asked the coach if she could not film my daughter and the coach replied with a rather snappy tone of voice.Thirdly, her teammates are rather mean to her. These girls called Annie and Katie kept being mean to her and hiding things and when she asked why they said she was trying to replace some girl called Liv. When she told coach Mary she did NOTHING about the issue. Favouritism much?And Lastly, my daughter had a mental block on her vault and the coach just YELLED at her! Hasnt darling little coach Mary had a mental block before? Probably. And the yelling made the mental block about 10x worse!The only reason why I am giving it 2 stars is because of a really lovely girl called Hayley who always stuck up for my daughter, even if it meant getting yelled at herself. Also, her brother caleb recently passed away, so we are praying for Hayley every night.We are now going to try hills gymnastics as it is the best gym in Maryland and my friends have said good things about it. I just hope this Liv girl doesnt train there.

One of my best friends Katies daughters go here and from what I hear it sounds like a great gym my kids want to switch gyms I am still thinking about it.But I heard Coach Mary is an awesome coach so shout out to her!

Its a wonderful gym! Every one is making up fake things about it but I love it! There is one coach (coach Mary) who does play favorites but she isnt mean to the other kids, she is very nice

This gym is ok...but my daughter says she always gets pushed around by the older girls. She is 7. One of the other 7 year olds helps her and stands up for her. These 2 are sometimes inseparable! But the Level 7, 8, and 9 girls are very rude and say the meanest of things! My poor daughter is Level 5! Other then that, I think the gym is great. The coaches are amazing and encourage her so she can be the best she can be!

I want to try this gym out it look fun but the down side is that its 6hrs away I just hope where gonna move to Arnold Maryland when we move

I havent been to this gum, but from what Ive seen, the girls are very nice, they are trained to high levels, and the coaches seem good, as girls have left their previous gyms because their coaches have moved there. I have had stories of girls being lured into competetive teams without parental permission, but there are definitely done fake stories. The team do not travel to Kentucky for flash meet ups, as one reviewer has made out. At this point, only three of the level seven girls went to Kentucky by choice, for a meet. They also happened to have a meet up there. It seems that everyone is suddenly in level 7 recently too, which is the level of some girls who are YouTube famous. Reviews have mentioned all of these girls nicknames (not their actual names, pretty much proving they are probably little kids hating on the older girls because they are jealous, and arent actually using basic grammar such as capital letters) and happen to be experiencing horrible things because of these girls. Surely if this was to happen the girls would be kicked out of the gym. There is a gymscool series on youtube too, which may require you to say no for your child being filmed if you dont want them to.The best way for you to find out if this is the right gym for you, is to try it out yourself. If it works for you, stay there, if it doesnt, try out another :) hope you find the right gym for you.P.S: bad reviews never came up until one of the main YouTube channels stopped blurring out the name of the gym :)

Its a great gym as i have seen from videos and i would love to come there one day!

I went here for a few months and I didn’t really fit in. Some of the coaches and girls on my team were really rude to me. Especially if I would mess up. It got to the point to where I couldn’t go anymore because of this one girl Mia who was on the team above me. She would always laugh at me and so I just want to spread the word that this gym isn’t good and I hope no one has an experience like me.

My 10 year old goes there and always comes home crying. She complains about the couch yelling at her and refusing to help her. Ive actually witnessed this happening. Another problem is that some of the older girls a mean and rude to her. Ive noted that some of the coaches film the girls, I keep telling them not to film my daughter but they never listen. The coaches also show a lot of favoritism and hatred towards some girls. That is why Im giving this gym 1 star. If you want to sign up your child for gymnastics, do not pick this one.
