Chris Hoffman and the team at Clearway Pain Management were invaluable in my path to recovery. They came highly recommended from Dr. Simmons, and they exceeded my expectations. I’ve been in treatment and pain management for three years following a traumatic injury. Their team is positive, encouraging, and helped me feel that I could achieve my recovery goals. I wish I had found them sooner. They used the latest recovery techniques and focused on strength and mobility in a safe environment that allowed me to make significant progress. My initial visit was very informative Mary is awesome she explained everything and made me feel relaxed she definitely won my confidence in her. Mary pointed out somethings that in all my years of going to many doctors finally made sense, she discussed different ways to help me hopefully get the help I need. An expert staff of true professionals. Mary Naylor was my therapist and certainly awesome! A philosophy of pain management that is unique! They find the problem and look for the most distant point of the adjutant! From there they find the best way to eliminate the problem!I have known the entire staff since 2011. There is a reason I keep on coming back!I am back and still feel like I am in great hands!

My Physical Therapy experience included concise information about my body and its presenting problems. This makes my thoughts about my body more constructive rather than anxious. I just want teamwork in the solution for my future!Mary went out of her way to give me detailed information, what prognosis she sees for me and made me more relaxed about my situation. Chris Hoffman is the very best physical therapist I have ever worked with. He and his assistant Josh continue to create numerous exercises to rehab my two knee replacements. I can’t find the words that say how grateful I found Chris and his teem. I had a full shoulder replacement 4 weeks ago. I started working with him 2 months before the surgery and I have had NO PAIN AT ALL in my shoulder. I had the other shoulder replaced 6 years ago and and it was total hell. If I would have known I would have replaced it years ago. I know that a big part of it is do to the work he do with me before r the surgery!

First appt. went very well, Chris was very thorough and made sure I understood what he was doing very clearly. Facility was clean and on time. ---Many appts later, I am making progress. Josh and Chris are very patient, and flexible on appt times.Edit: I have been hurting pretty badly, and Chris Hoffman and Kim Endres together took the time to help me work out carefully what I need to address with my Neurosurgeon. The folks here are very professional. My son and I have been patients here for a couple of years and I would highly recommend them.

Dont expect to get your Botox for migraines on time, ever, it wont happen, be ready to be charged because they do not bill your insurance properly, dont expect to get your medically necessary pain medications, even after a serious re-constructive neck surgery because that won’t happen either. Endless issues, back and forth, chronic lateness and management is not helpful, and the problems just persisted. They did not have an on-call physician when they merged with Clearwater, so you better hope you have a supportive Primary to help you over the weekend to fix their errors. After 5 years of good and bad treatment I found another facility and I should have done this years ago. I stayed because of Dr. Foo and Dr. Patel who ended up failing just like the rest of the practice in the end.

My first visit to Kure Smart Pain Management. Having back/hip issues. Great experience. Mr Hoffmann conducted a very detailed and thorough examination to best identify the specific issue causing my pain and discomfort. He had me go through a number of different postures and explained how each affected the spine and its workings. He sent me home with specific exercises to help assess the best long term treatment with instructions to document levels of pain experienced during each.I give the entire experience five (5) stars.
