I have been going to Vaughan Diann to get massages from Jess and she is amazing! The staff there is very welcoming. Jess can do a variety of massage techniques. I always go to her before and after one of my big race events for a deep tissue massage with hot stones and cupping. She is extremely professional and will make you feel relaxed. I recently sent me mom to her for an emergency deep tissue surgery and she relieved her pain the same day. I totally recommend her and this salon!

I would have only given 1 star BUT because of Leslie I give 3. I went in to get my highlights fixed, it had been too long and I had about 2 inches of brown roots showing. The women that did my hair on my first visit was super friendly and nice but the whole visit felt rushed. I left unhappy still with my roots showing, $200 and it looked like nothing had been done. I called the salon and the stylist reached out. I wasn’t comfortable going back to her. I later heard from Leslie, who assured me it was an easy fix. When I went back I felt so uncomfortable, my previous stylist walked past me and made eye contact more than once without a single word. My new stylist and Leslie came up with a plan to fix my hair. It wasn’t until the blow dry portion of my appointment that thing went south again. I had plans for 7 and was assured by the kind man at the front and my new stylist that I should be done way before that. When it was time to wash my foils out she told me she had another client and was looking for someone who could blow dry me since she wouldn’t be available. I said to her that was fine but I needed to leave by 7. She didn’t like that. She then came back with a sarcastic “I moved some things around so I can blow dry you”. I was so frustrated with this salon I felt like crying. Since this visit was to be free of charge I was planning on tipping the stylist that fixed my hair, but after she was done blow drying I just left. I wanted to run out about 45 mins before that. The only reason I would even rate this is because of Leslie she was kind and reassuring. I promise I won’t be returning after 2 uncomfortable visits. Over all the salon was beautiful but the people were not so nice. The judgment was so obvious and the tension could be cut with a knife. If you’re looking to switch salons this is not the one. But thank you again to Leslie and thank you for taking the time to help fix mistakes made before.

I had an amazing experience at this salon! Roosevelt cut my curly hair and really blew me away. He took the time to answer my many questions and to explain how I can achieve the same look at home. It has been two days since my haircut and I have been able to achieve the look at home, on my own, because of him. I could tell he was very informed! He was extremely patient and kind!The salon was clean and followed the necessary guidelines. I felt comfortable and safe! Would highly recommend!

Devin was amazing! We came in on an appointment for a cut but with miscommunication we got a stylist that doesn’t specialize in short cuts. Devin was done for the day but made time for us and did a fantastic job. My daughter loves him! Thank you again!

I booked a 90min massage with Jess the Licensed Massage Therapist there and she is amazing! She is very professional, knowledgeable about pain and muscle tension in the body and I left feeling relaxed and pain free. The massage room was clean and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend, 10/10!

I started going to Leslie for color and cuts around 15 years ago (yikes) and will never stray from her or her salon of hard working professionals. I’m the most particular and nervous client (even though I never do anything different) but the Vaughan Diann team always delivers and makes me feel comforted and confident. No joke, every self-respected woman I know has a VD stylist doing their hair and it’s because this group of artists are truly the best around.Like they say, 10/10 would recommend!

Vaughan Diann has always provided 11/10 service - and they are certainly keeping it up during COVID. They called me when they were ready for me so I could comfortably sit in my car while I waited. The staff was friendly when I walked in, and everyone was wearing a mask. The facilities felt clean, and I had no worries about sanitation and cleanliness.I have the privilege of going to Leah for my hair. She always does a phenomenal job. She some how manages to make me look like a blonde and a brunette at the same time. Not just any balyeage. But a Leah balyeage. She works that CARAMEL HONEY MAGIC! But for real, I went in September, and I havent gotten this many compliments on my hair ever. Its November 17th and Im still getting compliments.I have always felt like I had thin hair, but shes done a great job hyping me up helping me maintain it. She gives me tips on where to part and how to style so I can help my hair *~*grow and thrive*~*.She is also so good at providing a low-maintenance hairstyles. Im pretty bad at making appointments, but thats because I dont have to go to her all the time because even four months in, my hair still looks good, because she has set it up for success.The team is always so friendly at Vaughan Diann, and you can count on having a good laugh and conversation - even as we all wear our masks. :)If you have been on the fence about getting your hair done during COVID, go for it at Vaughn Diann. I went to the salon for the first time today. Megan did an excellent job cutting my short hair. Already made an appointment for next month with her for cut and color. Great atmosphere and everyone is super friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I tried this salon for the first time in July 2019 and had a fantastic experience. Roosevelt Oxendine was my designer/stylist. I say designer because, as a new client, he took the time to study my hair (its curly and it can be straight), its texture (fine), my face and we discussed what I wanted in conjunction with my lifestyle. Roosevelt knew how to deal with the type of hair I have and gave me an excellent hair cut AND style that I can wear both curly and straight without a lot of time/effort. He is also very calm, straight forward, listens and communicates effectively. Ill be returning to Roosevelt next to do my color. He has earned my trust and confidence in his talent and professionalism.

I am beyond impressed with this Salon. I hadnt gotten my haircut in two years because of a couple bad experiences elsewhere but really needed to get it done. From the moment I entered the salon, I knew I had made the right choice. The receptionist welcomed me with a beverage and soon Patricia, my stylist, greeted me and took me to her chair. She asked me to share my story and that made me feel so special and heard. The shampoo woman, Anyy, gave me the best shampoo Ive ever had, accompanied by a wonderful head massage. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. Patricia did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair, and even took care of donating my length of cut hair. She gave me exactly the haircut I was looking for - perfection. The salon atmosphere is great, as well. I am so impressed and cant wait to go back!

Hopefully April outlives me because I need her to do my hair for the rest of my life. Beautiful atmosphere, hardworking employees, and I have never loved my hair more. Cant wait to go back.

Had my hair cut and colored by Leah. So sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. My hair looks amazing!!! After a bunch of bad experiences at salons, I was terrified to have someone I didn’t know color it, but it is exactly what i wanted and the cut is super cute. Leslie, the owner, goes above and beyond for her clients. She is really nice and truly cares about what she does. Absolutely recommend this place:). Also, receptionist was super nice on the phone:). I had made an appointment here as a new client and the woman who was scheduled to do my hair, suddenly wasn’t working there anymore. I just found it really unprofessional that no one even bothered to call me to inform me. When I spoke with a woman on the phone she was rude and not very helpful. I scheduled with a different salon instead.Whoever you are talking about definitely wasn’t me. I never asked for anyone’s information or tried to track anyone down. I would have been more than willing to schedule with someone else had I been called and offered that, like a real professional salon would. Get your facts straight.

Hairstylist Kaley cut my hair twice last year. I cant afford it at this time, but I so wish I could go back, and I will eventually. She gave me an AMAZING cut! She not only cut it exactly how I asked, but she added her own style to it leaving my hair looking healthy and trendy. I instantly felt a boost of confidence. For weeks after too, I would style it myself and see new angles I didnt see before. Even several months later and the cut has grown out beautifully! Ive already recommended her to a best friend of mine and shes going this month. Warm and friendly, Kaley has given me the experience anyone would want from a salon.

They are cold, unwelcoming. We are not pleased. Our manicurist is great. Management treats her very poorly and her customers that have physical challenges they act like they dont want any of us in there its obvious! They have an elevator thats not even in use. I dont understand.
