Not really happy with the way she cut my hair. She doesn’t really seems to understand Fohawk. I will go back to Great clips but not to that location though.

I normally go to another hair salon in Annapolis, but they butchered my hair this week. I went back this morning to have it fixed and it was still not any better. I went to this Great Clips after work hoping to have my hair finally fixed. Jen helped me from start to finish and was extremely thorough. She explained and showed me everything she was doing and seemed to have a lot of experience. I felt very reassured the entire time she was fixing my hair cut that another salon messed up. Jen is without a doubt, a miracle worker and my hair looks amazing. There was another lady working with her and she was also friendly and professional. I am extremely pleased with my hair cut and will definitely be going back.

“Temporary” hours closing at 6 have lasted all summer. Arrived prior to 6 and was greeted with, “we close at 6 which is in a few minutes, sorry”. Used to be where I went every couple of weeks for a hair cut. Guess I will have to find a new place.

We have consistently had a poor experience at this Great Clips. Even though the location is close to our house, we have actively avoided it and driven 10-15min longer given how poor the quality of the work has been. Every once in a while when time-constrained, we try it “one more time”, thinking it can’t consistently stay that bad. We are just getting boys’ hair cuts...should be simple/straightforward. Sadly, we are dramatically underwhelmed every time. We are done and never coming back.

Changed their hours, and I wasted my time coming up here to find there isnt even anyone here. Going to have to find a new place to get a haircut, this is unacceptable.

Mgr decent haircuts..if you want new many lengths haircut dont use Bethany? Not certain. Of name..I described the type of haircut I wanted and showed photos from their shop..I got chopped..going back to see mgr today.

Don’t go here if you just want a blow out. I was charged $40 to have my head beaten with a brush and the hair basically torn from my head, just to go home and try to fix the carnage. My 4 year niece could have done better job with a weed walker. If you’re trying to look presentable for a special event, avoid this place as like the plague.

A family member came in with specific instructions (1 cut and an undercut). Cut is excellent and exactly what was requested.No wash. No squirting with water.

When I got there at 9:20am (door says they open at 9) and the store was still closed, I was a little annoyed. However, when the manager (maybe owner too?) got there he explained he was in terrible traffic and sincerely apologized for inconveniencing me. No big deal, that stuff happens sometimes and it was obvious the manager really was remorseful for the whole ordeal. For my troubles he did not charge me for the haircut, which really impressed me. You just dont see customer service like that anymore. All of this, paired with the friendliness of the stylist and the great job she did on my hair, means I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Just needed hair washed and dried, $24! I should have driven home, 45 minutes each way-plus tolls, but had to be back in the area by 7pm and I was about 30 minutes short on time.

I came in with 4.5 inches onto of my head asked for scissor cut on top and I left with 0.5 inches of hair on my head and this is not the first time. I will not be returning.
