Dr Hoben is a consummate professional audiologist. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and a great listener. He knows his craft and is very adept at making the precise adjustments to hearing aids so that the aids match my unique challenges and not leaving me with a standard setup based on manufacturer recommendation. He and Kelly make a great team. You won’t find a better service than Cosmetic Hearing Solutions.

I am long overdue in providing a review. Dr. Rick Hoben is an outstanding audiologist. He provide me with hearing aids that exceeded my expectations. They are rechargeable and bluetooth connected. I prefer using my cell phone over land line now. Dr. Rick also fixed my old pair at no charge. He gave me a loaner pair while my news ones were on the way. I love listening to music with my new hearing aides.Dr. Rick and his assistant are the best!

This location did my hearing test for my VA claim. My claim was denied even though they admitted jet mechanics were exposed to high noise levels.

I came for some testing ordered by the VA and arrived an hour early because I expected NOVA traffic to be worse than it was...go figure. Dr. Christina met me in the lobby and insisted on starting right away at the cost of skipping her lunch. She was great! Ive been through several of these tests, and none have been as comfortable as she made it. I think it helped that shes a very pleasant, and pretty, audiologist;) Schedule here...you wont be sorry.

Came here for an Army Reserves audiology appointment. The staff was very courteous and polite. The audiologist saw me waiting in the waiting room so we started my appointment 15 minutes early. I had a great experience and Ill ask the army to send me here for future audiology assessments.

I found this business locally close to where I live; my normal audiologist is in Baltimore; being inconvenient to drive all the way to Baltimore; I researched local audiologist and found Cosmetic Hearing Solutions, I also owe and operate a Home Remodeling business called Evergreen Contracting Services LLC in Burke VA, and giving and getting great customer service is very important to me.I found Mark (audiologist) excellent, he knew just the product for me and his assistant Roger was instrumental in making the insurance, scheduling process seamless. Mark and Roger are both very personable, and delightful to interact with. I would highly recommend this company that has a few different locations to anyone.

Wow. What a rude and hostile receptionist. I was interested in the Phonak device and was going to get it through this office after being referred to them by ziphearing, but the condescending and impatient receptionist turned me off to going in!!! Ironically, she complained I wasn’t speaking clearly enough!!! Geez. Sensitivity training required for this woman.

I had an appointment schedule and confirmed by LHI Logistics Care for 17 OCT 19 at 0900. Upon arrival to my appointment (which I was on time) I went to the counter to check-in and at the same time I received a text message from LHI stating the provider had cancelled my appointment WHILE IM IN THE OFFICE WAITING TO BE SEEN. I immediately call LHI to see what was going on. I had the LHI Representative and the Front Desk Staff of the office and the LHI Rep on speaker so we all could communicate what was taking place and get an understanding. As Im still in the office with the Staff member and LHI on the speaker phone the staff member informs myself and LHI that the attending provider accidentally double booked me and another client at the same time. The Front desk staff proceeds to go and speak with provider she must have spoken with her over times back and forth to see what could be done as I was THE ONLY ONE WAITING IN THE OFFICE TO BE SEEN, AS THE PROVIDER (LUCINDA SWALLOW) had already seen her so -call Double Book and her next appointment wasnt until 10am. Please keep mind as all this is taking place she (LUCINDA SWALLOW) could have seen me as it is now 0915 and I am still the only person waiting to be seen and SHE IS SEEING NO OTHER CLIENTS as all this is taking place. The front desk staff comes back and says the provider wants to know if I can come back at 1200 noon, keep in mind I just took off from work to make sure I get to my appointment, drove an hour to get there, gas, mileage etc. The time is now 0930 and her (LUCINDA SWALLOW) 10AM appointment arrives 30minutes EARLY, she is informed by the front desk her 10am is here she finally appears from the back greets him and says I CAN SEE YOU EARLY SINCE I HAVE NO OTHER APPIONTMENTS COME ON BACK proceeds to back to her office and never acknowledged or took the time to speak with me or apologize for HER SO CALLED DOUBLE BOOKING MISTAKE IN WHICH I WAS ADVISED BY THE LHI REP SHE CONTACTED LHI TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT ALMOST AROUNF MIDNIGHT THE NIGHT BEFORE after NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS AND THERE IS NO ONE TO SPEAK WITH or even notify the me in advance. The entire time this took place I could have been provided the services. The only GREAT & PROFESSIONAL STAFF in the office that morning was a woman by the name of MS. SHARNETTE MILLS I applaud her customer service. She kept a great attitude even after LUCINDA SWALLOW SPOKE UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEGRADING TO HER. I DO NOT ADVISE LHI TO SEND ANY OTHER SERVICE MEMBERS TO THIS OFFICE ESPICALLY IF THEY WILL BE SEEN LUCINDA SWALLOW....

The audiologist, Julie Wagoner, listened to my needs and concerns and recommended for me a set of ReSound hearing aids that worked well for me from the very start. At the two-week check-up she balanced the sound (more volume in the left, less in the right), adjusted their frequency response (less high-frequency sound), and taught me how to shift between programs and how to use the ReSound Smart App.I am most pleased with the service Julie provided to me at Cosmetic Hearing Solutions and with my improved hearing. Perhaps more important, my wife and son are also very pleased with the way my improved hearing enhances their communications with me.

I have been a patient of Mark, for a year or two now; he was great to work with very personable and he listens and cares and so does the other Doctor Julie Wagoner, I had an issue with one of my hearing aids; Juile quickly sent both to the manufacturer and gave me a loaner pair, with both doctors I can honestly say there fantastic and the receptionist is awesome, all and all I great experience.
