I had a great initial appointment with Dr. Wenig months ago. She was very knowledgeable and really helped me address my chronic ankle issues. I have nothing but good things to say about her as a doctor.However, the office has totally failed helping me. They recommended an MRI, and my insurance denied the authorization. Ive now been waiting over two months for Arbor-Ypsi to complete a peer-to-peer review with my insurance. Every time I call the office its like Im providing this information for the first time. Ive had to reschedule the MRI appointment 5+ times in hopes that the Arbor-Ypsi office will complete this insurance need.

I was taken into examining room on time and had pleasant assistance into room. The Dr came in very quickly which I was pleasantly surprised as usually you sit in the room a long time before seeing someone.I enjoyed talking with the Dr and he asked all the questions he needed to and made sure he understood my problem. He ordered x-ray to make sure he saw everything.I really felt comfortable with the Dr and will try to get my husband in also as he should be seeing a Podiatrist also!

Dr. Seely has a great bedside matter. He is a true people person doctor. The staff are wonderful!!

I would have given a 5 star but the nurse that took me to the exam room was not a nice person, she should not be working with the public or customer service, she was extremely rude. On the other hand my experience with Dr. Britney Wenig was amazing she was so nice and helpful and answered all of my questions, she loves what she does and it shows.

Dr. Seel was great, but office staff and nurses need a refresher in customer service.

Had an infected ingrown toenail that was quite painful. Called and got an appointment for less than 24 hours later. I walked in at 8:15am and was out by 8:45am. Dr. Seek was super nice and removed the ingrown part of the nail within about 3-5 minutes. The only painful part was the numbing shot, but the temporary pain was worth the immediate relief from the nail. Very little to no pain after the procedure! Going back in a couple weeks to follow up with him.

Amazing experience with Dr. Seel.He was so thorough in his evaluation and friendly. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The support staff was helpful and friendly as well.

I called to get an appointment all I can say is you are only as good as your front line. And I didnt get past it because they need training on people skills. First I called and was on hold so long I hung up and called another number the person asked me my name I said it and spelled it and she through me on hold again...they next person picked up and I explained to her I just needed to set the appointment and after saying all that she asked how could she help me. I knew then this was not the place for me.

It was a very warm, place to come to. The people there were very, very nice, I would recommend this Dr. to my friends.

I was surprised how honest he was, the issue I went to talk to him about he told me I didnt need surgery for. I went to another doctor who immediately wanted to do surgery before hearing all my concerns. The other staff members I interacted with were friendly and polite. I was pleased.

Update. Worse shape now then when I first was seen. And billed incorrectly months later! I never had a planter wart before and I appreciate the education but not the ineffective treatments as it never healed. Hopefully can try a dermatologist or different podiatrist in near future!

This podiatry practice runs an efficient, inclusive, and highly professional operation. I see them for routine management of pre-diabetes and toenail cutting. I am in and out in 15 minutes, with excellent social distancing protocols. Dr. Bradley Seel is friendly, clear, and has done a fine job with the modest challenges my routine case has presented. He runs a modern, media savvy operation and employs a friendly, diverse staff. Highly recommended.

I had went in to get an ingrown toenail removed their safety procedures for Covid was great also all you had to do was give them a call and they brought the forms to me in my car. Once I got in I was warmly greeted by one of the nurses. Then once Dr.Wenig came in she was also very welcoming (that’s always nice especially because how nervous I was) If I could give her and her two nurses a 100 stars I would. She made me feel like an equal and broke things down for me to understand completely. She was very nice and gentle with me, made sure I was completely numbed and comfortable. She made me lose all of my anxiety about the procedure that I held off for so long because I was so scared. I truly can not thank her and her team enough for helping fix my long awaited problem. I’m healing up now and even though the office was closed I was able to call Dr.Seel and ask a few other questions I had, he was also extremely helpful. Listen I normally don’t do reviews but I had to for this office. I’d recommend anyone I know. There kindness has brought them a new life long customer. Thank you all so much again! I appreciate it more then you’ll ever imagine.

Dr. Seal is very knowledgeable. I have been to other podiatrist’s that diagnosed my foot problem as Achilles tendinitis. After no relief, I saw Dr. Seal, he diagnosed me with planters fasciitis. The stretches he gave me and different shoes to wear has given me relief from painful walking. I highly recommend Dr. Seal.

The office was wonderful! I originally sent a chat on Saturday as my foot pain was so unbearable, I could barely walk. The doctor chatted with me personally, discussing my symptoms, a few ideas for pain control until I could get into the office and he advised me that, should it get worse before he was able to see me, I should go to urgent care! Upon calling the office, first thing Monday morning, the staff was able to squeeze me in the same day! The doctor was able to completely remove my ingrown toenail, take xrays to diagnos my plantar faceitus and prescribe me with everything I will need to treat everything so I will be able to regain comfort while on my feet!!! I could not be more satisfied with this experience. I look forward to continue my care at the office and working with the doctor and staff to achieve the best results!!

The visit with Dr. Was great but waited 1/2hr past my appointment time with no information that they were running way behind. In my experience and working in a medical clinic it usually is practice to let patients know the Dr is running behind even if you are a return patient or new.

I was completely in love with the staff the moment I walked in. All were in Christmas attire - so adorable. And one of the ladies took me to a room right away. Then Dr. Seel came in and listened to all my problems and answered my questions. He has a really nice personality and is also very efficient in doing what is needed. I would never go anywhere else.

Dr Seeley is outstanding. He performed my surgery and took good care of me. He always answers every last question. Ive been experiencing foot issues to the point where I cant walk far. I had a great experience with Dr. Bradley Seel. I came into the office with an infected ingrown toenail and an injury to my left foot. Dr. Seel removed my ingrown toenail that very first office visit, and what I thought was a broken foot turned out to be plantar fasciitis. I received a cortisone injection and felt immediate relief. I went in for an ingrown toenail. Dr. Seel was able to remove it that very visit. He is the most compasionate doctor i have ever meet. I was aware the numbing process is the worst part of the procedure but Dr. Seel assured me he would move very fast to have everything ready and over with. I highly recommend Dr. Seel. He recently preformed surgery on my severe bunion and my results are better than I ever could have imagined. Dr. Seel is patient, understanding, and efficient. He is always willing to address all of my concerns. My feet have caused me pain, stress, and insecurity for years and I pushed off the surgery for a very long time. Initially I was so nervous about the surgery and 3 month recovery, but that quickly changed. Now after my left foot I am worry-free about eventually getting my right foot done, all thanks to Dr. Seel. I am extremely grateful.

I call on Monday and got an appointment next day to address my infected ingrown toenail. The whole appointment, from new patient paperwork to leaving was less than 45 minutes, super quick! The doctor and nurses were efficient, communicated well, and made my experience comfortable throughout. I will return here for similar problems in the future!

Fantastic experience at this clinic. They were able to get us in quickly for a next day appointment. COVID protocols were solid- we waited in car and called when we arrived, they called us when it was time to come in- straight back to the room with no waiting time. One of the worst experiences with a doctor in my life. I saw him a while back and he was completely ready to help me with an ingrown nail. I left because I was recovering from a bad break in that foot and it was hurting me that day. I come back and its like hes another person, hes doesnt remember me. Puts his hand in my face and says there is no ingrown toenail. Then he looks at my history and sees that he diagnosed the ingrown nail himself just 2 months ago. That didnt lead to any understanding or reevaluation of the situation. He just continued to insinuate that I was lying without ever fully looking at what i was trying to have him look at. The first time I saw him he actually listened so I dont know what happened. Overall a very bizarre experience. I cant believe it.Edit for response: I left the first time because my foot was broke and it hurt that day. I did come back for the treatment I left from 2 months ago. Its not like I refused the same treatment twice. Its not on me that he cant remember patients and he contradicts his own diagnosis by way of putting his hand in my face. The hand in the face did happen. That alone is a disgrace but then to contradict his own diagnosis is even more so. Im sorry.Im not a negative person this is real honest feedback.

I do not remember the name of the doctor I saw, but he was amazing. I have had an ingrown toenail removal done 3 times before by a podiatrist where I used to live, so I was weary/stressed about coming in. He was gentle with the needle (Im not a fan of needles at all) and was able to get out my ingrown toenail quickly. He was also very thorough, checking to make sure there were no loose pieces of nail in my toe elsewhere. They also asked me to soak it once a day and rewrap it every day for 2 weeks and to come back in 2 weeks, which I had never been told to do by my previous podiatrist.tl;dr: Very quick and thorough, great experience, 10/10 would recommend.

I came to see Dr Seel for a second opinion (hammertoes problem ) after seeing another Podiatrist before him . I must admit that his professionalism, down to earth approach , compassionate , listening for understanding and patience are what impressed me the most . I recommend him without hesitation .

Dr. Seel was so nice, thorough, and explained everything every step of the way. He always made sure all my questions were answered, and even made sure to stay available for tele-medicine for any questions I had after my surgery (my surgery was in March just before the covid lock down). The office staff are all very nice as well, I had to get many x-rays and had some insurance questions and they were always friendly and helpful.As for my foot, I hadnt really been able to hike for years because of the pain from a tailors bunion. I finally decided to see a specialist and have the surgery with Dr. Seel. 6 months later Ive hiked more than I have in the past few years just in the last two months! My scar is fading, I have no pain at all, and I even started running recently 😊I couldnt be happier and I would recommend Dr. Seel for any foot issues/pain, or if youre considering surgery and want to make sure you have an experienced and skilled surgeon.
