Wow! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Eckenrode and her staff. They were warm, welcoming and extremely courteous. You can book appointments online which makes it super easy and you even get email & text reminders. Im a self pay patient and Dr. Eckenrode was happy to work with me knowing this. I received a price sheet with their services and together she walked me through what she recommended, keeping budget in mind. She & her staff even hooked me up with birth control samples! They referred me to a physician that offers cost effective ultrasounds and the receptionist did extra research for me and found a promotion this physician is running for additional savings! If youre looking for a doctor that goes above & beyond for her patients, listens as well as explains in an easy to understand way, and is all around kind, and compassionate, Dr Eckenrode is the doctor for you!

Dr. Eckenrode had just begun her practice when myself & my two best friends showed up! She was actually expecting at the same time! She delivered all four of my kids, the only issue I had was with the last pregnancy. It was the anesthesiologist not Dr. Eckenrodes fault. I had HUGE babies, so c-sections where my only option. I met the anesthesiologist the day before but when I got to the old Beyer Hospital in Ypsilanti at 6am to begin, it was a different guy? He gave me the shot in a strange position, & I never got completely numb. It was horrible & after my 3rd boy (now 26) came out? I went out. But I love the Dr. & Im going to be seeking her help my Menopausal issues now. Full circle, shes a great Dr.

Dr Eckenrode is an amazing physician. Ive been going to her for 16 yrs and she delivered all 3 of my children. Shes kind and most importantly very thorough.

Dr. Eckenrode is the sweetest and most caring doctor I have ever experienced! I have been her patient since I gave birth to my son in 2012. I have had some major health issues with no insurance and she truly cares about your health and wellbeing and not all about the money. I would definitely recommend her!

My OBGYN of 20 years retired. Visited Eckenrode’s office, mainly due to location. Office was dingy, bathroom was disgusting, staff was unfriendly & Eckenrode is a walking train wreck. Worst experience ever, I could not get out of there fast enough. Horrible.

I Absolutely love Dr.Eckenrode. she has been my Gynecologist for over 10 years and has delivered 2 of my children. I would recommend anyone to her, she is definitely the best. I refuse to see anyone else.

Ive seen a few other doctors before her, but I was never able to actually get through a pap smear without bursting into tears 😶 but my experience with Dr. Eckenrode was different. Shes the only gynecologist Ive seen as an adult that took the time to talk with me, empathize with my fears and treat me like a person. As a result, I felt comfortable getting my pap smear and highly recommend her! ✌💕

Staff is horrible, drove 30 mins for appt get there and told shes not working today...and now the number is disconnected cant get in touch with her....

Excellent work ethics. The staff has been colempetely replaced, so they are still in their learning curve. Be patient with them. The docot is excellent!

Office staff is horrible. The doctor does not call you with test results. It took five requests for the office to send my results to a separate gynecologist because I had to leave Dr. Eckenrode because of my frustration with the offices treatment of my test results. Results were “lost,” takes very long time to receive results, no one knows what they’re talking about, extremely disorganized and unprofessional medical care.

I did not even see the doctor. They scheduled me at the Ann atbor office on a day no one was there ( they work at the canton office on Thursdays). I took off work drove 2 hours, I live in Adrian and had to take my children to tge babysitter, just to be told by nicole the office manger what do you want me to do about it, i can reschedule you. Also apparently she is the only person in the office besides the doctor when i asked to talk to someone else who didnt have as much attitude she is the only person there. Extremely unprunprofessional to schedule someone in an office that you ate not going to be at. I would not recommend this office to anyone if you cant even schedule an appointment right I can only imagine the care the patients get here.

Ive been a patient for 20+ years. She is a wonderful person and Doctor. I have moved almost an hour away, but still keep my yearly visit with her.

I would reccommend highly! I switched as a fill-in checkup to refill my birth control pills (moved from another state) and she gave me the most thorough exam I have had yet. She asked plenty of questions, asked my permission on every test she ran, and explained everything in detail. She was caring during the examination as well, always asking if I was still comfortable. She gave lessons on self-breast exams (an important aspect my other doctor had never explained!) and even provided information for me to take home about it! She went in depth with all medical concerns I might have had, and asked about all conditions in the past...for some reason, my other doctors never really investigated this far. I was impressed with her level of concern for issues that were not related to gynecology, and her compassion and reccommendations for such issues. She definitely surpassed my expectations. If youre looking for a switch in this area, give her a try!

She is the first doctor who listened to me.. A woman knows her body. I was diagnosed with endometriosis after years of suffering. She was the first doctor out of a list of gyn dotors that did a laparoscopy and found out that something was wrong. I am on my way to relief, thanks to her!
