While it was a convenient stay being so close to my son. I wish they took safety a bit more seriously. This past week we had a stay at the med inn. The rooms were clean and they provided a pack and play. However, when my husband went to take a shower we found that the pipe under the tub had a leak in it. When you stepped into the shower it felt like walking on a water bed all of the stagnant water underneath the tub just hanging out and leaking and causing the tub to pull from the wall. When my husband asked staff about it he was told to finish shower and theyd come dry the floor. A new room wasnt offered or anything. So I did not shower during our stay. We also had to drain the water from the tub with a bathroom trashcan into the sink. Come to find out the sink was also backed up so that took awhile to do. Also the cabinet for the refrigerator was hanging by one bracket. I brought this back up again upon check out and they never offered a refund or a discount. I recieved a thanks, I let maintenance know other than that for the rooms being outdated they were otherwise clean. Room 510 beware

We stayed here for the weekend since our baby boy is hospitalized and needs a heart transplant. The room was very nice, they did a great job making it feel like a hotel room. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom is nice. The room includes a microwave, fridge, table with four chairs, TV, wireless internet, small free breakfast.

Everyone is sooo nice ! Forgot my peanutbutter for my muffin , but eehh, no biggy .

Very Clean and friendly staff. The best place to be if you have a family member that is staying at the hospital for a length of time.

We are so grateful for the Med Inn. We have had family and life events that have caused a need to stay there frequently. The rooms are immaculate and all the staff we have dealt with were so very sweet and very helpful. This is more than a hotel it is a sanctuary. We have gotten some of the worst and best news of our lives here. Being so exhausted from all the emotions and lack of sleep the idea of driving and trying to find an overpriced hotel is overwhelming. Our loved ones as well as ourselves are so grateful to be able to stay together during these difficult and scary times. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts !!!!

We have unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you see it have needed to stay here a number of times. Nice lodging inside the hospital for those requiring extended stays. Very convenient and great staff.
