Horrible service the owner Christina is a horrible person may they in pain

I want to thank Reliable Home Care owner and staff for working with us for over six months of 24 hour care. Not only were they polite, timely, great communication, informed but caring. When you invite someone into your home to care for your parents, and they do a better job than us kids, this is a five star company that feels like family.

Our family decision to begin using Reliable Home Care allowed us to be comfortable with leaving our grandma with their care staff. It is important to continue our daily life and have no worries. Thank you RHC for all you do!

If their was an option for no stars I would give it. I had three checks that bounced in my Huntington baking account mind you the checks were off of a payroll company when you call or text the owner of the company she never responds back or when she does it’s a few days later. I quit this company for the pay problems. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you work for them just except to not get on the time

Owner stiffs employees on their wages and ignores phone messages to correct the problem. Would NEVER work for this company again! Be prepared to take legal action to get your paycheck.

Does not respond to employee calls or text messages. Paychecks are mailed out on payday when they legally are supposed to be in your mailbox ON payday if an employer mails a paycheck. Bad communication on job description and details regarding workable hours. Ignores employee concerns and makes money off employee. Would NOT recommend. I wish I didnt have to give it one star to leave a review because they dont even deserve one star.

Does not pay employees on time or at all. Very unreliable staff, and some have even stolen items. Beware of this conpany, some staff have criminal backgrounds and the owner is aware of it.

Absolute worst company to work with. Rude, condescending, obnoxious, can’t pay employees on time with lame excuses.

I hope this business will be around for a really long time! Its a small business which is awesome and the care and friendly service is the best for my father.
