I went to Ben because I was experiencing lower back pain. Ben helped me understand that I was over swinging and how that was contributing to the pain I was experiencing. Additionally Ben worked with me to build a plan for both increased strength and recovery. Both of those plans contributed to me being able to practice more and ultimately lower my index 3 strokes this season.
