Your treated like a number once they get there money ,they dont care

Me and my family patients at U of M Briarwood build # 10 for more than 10 years so far, they are just awesome from the frontline desk to the doctors, nurses, medical assistance, technition, and lab. all are nice, helpful, hard workers, very knowledgeable, very caring, and very patient.Im a person with many health issues and access ER many times but every time visit U of M at any facilities go back home happier and healthier. they help alot to minimize my pain and my health issues and make my life and family life easier.❤🙏🌹🌿🌸

They work in a family practice and they have no idea how an emergency room emergency operates. They gave me a lot of bad information and wasted almost 24 hours of my time!
