We had the facility for 2 days over a weekend and it worked out great for us. Plenty of room yet intimate and comfortable. The people were very nice and very accomodating, anticipating the number of guests the 2nd day and setting up extra chairs, and because we were from put of town, going out of their way to personally check on our floral order at a shop nearby.

I partnered with Nie when my Mother passed. The staff did so much more than simply provide a service - their efforts are unmatched. They’ve been incredibly patient with my sister and I. Clearly communicated necessary steps in processes and continuously offered updates along the way. They’ve eliminated so much stress and anxiety for us. After my Mother’s arrangements have been finalized they’ve maintained contact to see how we’re doing and if there’s anything else they can help us with. I will be recommending Nie to anyone in need. You will not be disappointed.

Nie assisted with fathers memorial. I interacted with no less than four staff members throughout the process, and each was so kind, helpful, sensitive, and detail oriented. For a hard time in life, they gave peace of mind with clear directions and options. I thought they went above and beyond in their professionalism and care. Would highly recommend.

This place is amazing. very caring, sweet and nice people. They are very helpful as well. the only complaint that I have is that they washed my daughters plentington blanket and when they told us the blanket was in the washer we asked for them not to put it in the dryer bc the blanket is wool. When we went to go pick my daughters ashes and belongings they had put the blanket in the dryer and the blanket is now messed up forever.....I am saddened by this bc this blanket is very special.
