This place is a non-profit and a co-op that belongs to POCA, the national organization for community acupuncture. They expanded their space greatly so there is lots of social distancing possible, Evan is an amazingly efficient and caring practitioner, I’ve been going for years and still think that pure quality wise it’s better than any individual practitioner. These people could open up clinics and earn tons of money treating people in private rooms but choose to make this treatment accessible and there’s a sliding fee. They also have and sell chinese medicine but I’ve never had it pushed or even recommended to me which I like, it’s completely up to you if you want to ask about it.

The staff and experience at Ann Arbor community Acupuncture are excellent!I was a first time patient and felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. I appreciated the clinician Evan walking me through the process and having an open ear to my concerns.Shout out to Ray, holding down the front desk like an all star.If you’ve ever been curious about if and how acupuncture could help you on the road to wellness, check out these guys out. They make scheduling easy online or by phone and payments are on a sliding scale based on what you can afford. Thanks again for the great experience!

Cheryl and Evan are the best. I was recommended here by a colleague of mine after I injured my back. My physical therapist was helping me walk again, but the acupuncture took my pain away. I dont see my physical therapist any more, but I consistently see Cheryl and Evan. They both show care, compassion, positive energy and expertise. I look forward to every appointment because I know I will have a good experience and walk away feeling better. Their space is clean, relaxing, inviting, calming. I highly recommend Ann Arbor Community Acupuncture!

I am 71 years old and live out of state, but after my first acupuncture visit at the Community Acupuncture Clinic I felt a sense of calm and well-being. This was unfamiliar to me, since I have ADHD with a high anxiety level. . I also lost my intense craving for sweets. However, when I returned home I eventually needed more treatments. Since I am on a fixed income, I was shocked at the high cost. But I felt I needed it, and my renewed health would enable me to earn more. However locally here I felt worse afterward. I had a second treatment, because I believed in acupuncture from my Ann Arbor experience, and had faith that maybe it was just taking longer.I became deeply depressed and anxious and went hog wild with the cravings until I figured out why there should be such a difference. THE PEOPLE IN ANN ARBOR HAD AN OVERARCHING ATMOSPHERE OF LOVE AND A GENUINE HEALING MOTIVATION, whereas I felt the local clinic was motivated by money. And that was the difference. I would not hesitate to recommend the Ann Arbor clinic, but would caution people to watch out for anyone motivated by anything but a love of mankind and desire to heal.I found that in Ann Arbor at the Community Clinic!

Ive had community acupuncture in a handful of states and this is my favorite place so far. Evan and Cheryl are attentive, kind experts, their space is clean, peaceful, and comfortable, and their sliding fees make acupuncture affordable. Id recommend A2 community acupuncture to just about anyone -- longtime acupuncture aficionado, first-timer, whatever. Just go! Youll be glad you went.

This business deserves the maximum amount of stars and praise that is possible. The quality of service, atmosphere created, and personality of staff are all phenomenal. The wife and husband team that operate this practice are wholesome, good humans. You can sense that they are genuine, love what they do and are deeply committed to helping people and serving their clients in ways that will enhance each and everyones wellbeing. They listen to your needs and goals, and treat as indicated. They really are the best.I travel from Farmington Hills to Ann Arbor for my acupuncture and will not go anywhere else. Pricing is specially designed to fit everyones budget. This is important and reinforces all the praise Ive given. They want to help people (period). They make an effort to be accessible to folks from all different backgrounds and this speaks to their ethics and business practices. Ann Arbor Community Acupuncture, you-are-extraordinary. Thank you for all you do, and for the way you do it! You are very loved!!
