I know it has to be busy, so the fact that the company was able to come out next day and help us was awesome (I was really scared it’d reach 100F with no AC!)Overall, the company was fabulous and made the stress of moving into a brand new house with something so critical going out suddenly much less stressful. AC went out yesterday evening, on the hottest day of the year. I called Lazer in the morning and they were able to have someone out at my house by 1:00 PM. Customer service is outstanding and precessional. They called to let me know someone was on the way, when the technician arrived the customer service and friendliness continued. I’ve used Lazer for other services in the past and each time it’s the same!

Quality work, made repairs to leaking fridge line and installed a separate shut off valve in case of future emergencies. Cleaned up well and respected entering/exiting the house with boot covers. Communicated well. Informative on membership and other service products. We signed up for the monthly membership in order to get annual checkups on heating/cooling, plumbing, and electrical. Good value. AJ did a great job! Happy customer.

Lazer Home Services was very prompt in helping me with a busted water pipe for my washing machine water hook-up in a rental property. They had Blake out within an hour to look at it and he was able to come back the next afternoon to repair it before the tenant came home from a business trip. Blake was very courteous and friendly and did well at explaining the process and answering all my questions. The price seemed a little steep to me, but I havent had to use a licensed plumber before and needed this job fixed ASAP!

Great service start to finish! Very transparent about diagnosing the problem and providing options/costs of options before performing work. Very customer service oriented and felt like they put the customer first. It was my first time using them and a friend highly recommended them to me in a time of immediate needs with a frozen/burst water pipe when it was 20 below zero wind chill. They said they rely on referral business as opposed to heavy advertising as their reputation builds business - its a good strategy as they earned me as a customer and future referral source as well. Highly recommend!

For the last two years, we have had three separate companies come out to figure out back up in our basement. Every time we think the plumbing is fixed, we have backup again. We have been misdiagnosed, and charged by the hour for nothing to get fixed every time. In addition, plumbers have been either ride or incompetent. Our service with Dave from Lazer couldn’t have been more opposite from these previous experiences.Dave was super patient, knowledgeable, and honest.I can’t explain how much the integrity made me feel at ease. We had a bigger problem than originally anticipated, and he efficiently explained all of our options. I really appreciated that we were paying for the service rather than the time. I am grateful for how personable he was! We have found our new home service company!

Laser wasnt able to better the installation cost for another HVAC/Plumbing company that I used in the past. So chose not to use them. I think all companies are charging way more than they should for this particular job, which should only take them total 2 hours max. This was a simple install to replace an existing 10 year old water heater. Same size and inlet/outlet fittings. This is not a dig on Laser, but rather the industry. All estimates were charging way more than I felt they should.

Jerry was very professional and very knowledgeable. He repaired an AC unit and had it running again in no time. He even came back to check on the system and make sure everything was working properly. I greatly appreciate his help and knowledge on the system and will be using Lazer for any issues that may arise.

I was initially very unhappy with the professionalism of the tech who came out. He was pushy and lied to me. When I called to complain however, the response from the management and the rest of the team was terrific. They did a great job and left me feeling at ease, despite my negative first interaction.

Dave came to snake my floor drain, was friendly, funny, knowledgeable, and respectful of the house and our dog. 100% would recommend to friends/family (and he fixed our clogging issue).Cole and Jerry came to install new duct work for the furnace and water heater and saved me a heap of money by fixing a CO2 back flow issue without having to replace the water heater. Again, they were respectful of my house and things, jovial, had the job done quick and clean. Excellent service.

I wasnt going to give them a good review at first, because of the long wait to have someone come to fix my faucet. Then AJ came and explained their Home Care Club. I was hooked. I have several other small electrical and plumbing items that need to be done, at some point, but didnt want to call several people to do them. With their Home Care Club they will do these small jobs on their yearly check-up. SWEET! AJ also fixed my leaky faucet in no time. I am now very happy with Lazer service.

Today we had Jerry come over to work on our HVAC system. He did an incredible job getting that squared away.Weve had Lazer out a few times and they are incredible to work with. Not only for HVAC but also electrical. They installed my central air unit and rewired most of our house.Id highly recommend them not only for timely service but for amazing customer service.Id recommend joining their Home Care Club, as well.

Our new home has an electric water heater and that’s not something that I can install myself. After calling several plumbers and electricians I soon learned that few companies can install it. Nate and the Lazer Home team were able to install and rewire the entire system in almost under an hour. I just let them in the door, went back to work and they took care of the rest. They were super helpful, and personable!

Our shower wouldn’t turn off so we were calling around everywhere as we had company staying with us that day. They moved us up on their list and came out with in an hour. I am a new home owner with my first home. I do have a old home from the 50s and my inspection report was good but need some maintance. So, idk what Im doing. But, I needed 3 different techs, plumbing, hvac, and electric. Alex and Cole came for electric and hvac respectively, and were both great. Alex went the extra mile going deep in the attic. My plumbing was the most extensive. Carl and Nathan were perfect. Seriously. Super nice, knowledgeable, and kept it straight with me. I was so impressed with the work that I decided to buy a new water heater from them. They did ALL the plumbing work for my old house within 6 hours water supply to fridge, leaky hose bin, repair toilet flang, repair sink piping and new water heater (in 6 hours!), at a great price. And they came 2 days after the quote, on time, and crushed it. I plan on calling them again.

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Lazer Home Services, a company that was responsive and followed through instead of me having to keep hounding them to deliver on their promises.Lazer was able to fit me in on the same day and kept me abreast of when the service person would be at my home. Bobby was very helpful and informative of what he was doing and didnt rush or take short cuts to get the job finished . In my estimation, a great company to work with and Ill recommend them in the future.

Nate communicated clearly what was needed. He and his crew were punctual, worked quickly and quietly and cleaned up everything nicely when they were finished.

AJ was great. He came out to prepare a quote and he was on time and personable.The only odd things was that his quote seemed high to me. He immediately offered to run it by his boss and said that sometimes the initial quote can be cut by as much as half.I dont do this sort of thing very often, but that sounded strange. If it can be half that, why not quote that to start with?

Lazer was excellent, fast, and very professional. My sewer main was plugged/backing up. As most would agree this was somewhat of an emergency situation. I spent awhile calling around and was met with rude and impatient receptionists and no luck scheduling for at least a week. Until I called lazer, I felt very important and the woman spoke to me as if I was a number one customer. I was scheduled for the next morning and was even able to schedule Nick, an electrician, for a quote on some repairs during the same time. He was very kind and professional. Dave, the plumber, was fantastic as well. Very professional and made an effort to save me money. I’m impressed with the service of Lazer overall. I never felt pushed to spend any money not needed. I made sure to get business cards to recommend Lazer to anyone I can. Well done.

I would have appreciated an email or a follow up letting me know and making sure that I did know that they weren’t coming for another two days. Then when the techs were left alone in my bathroom, they stole my back pain medications that I cant get refilled since they are a controlled substance. This place needs to get it together!!!

I recently purchased a security system and the company installed a thermostat that linked to their system. I assumed it was the thermostat wiring that was causing my recent issue with both furnace and air running at the same time. Jerry checked everything in the furnace to make sure the other company didn’t cause underlying issues with the furnace before putting on the old thermostat he had installed a few months prior. I’m so happy Jerry and the rest of the Lazer team has my back and will fix all the things I “break” in my home!!

Don’t make the same mistake I made! Ask what their per hour rate is? (Over $350 per hr.) Ask them only do the job they came to do! Letting them check your house over as a courtesy inspection is costing you lots of money!I should have known better to pay an up front $70 fee for them to check the problem out first. After that they show you what it will cost! You feel kind of trapped. I wish I would have paid the $70 fee and said sorry your price is way out of line! I feel I am being very polite in this review.

I continue to be impressed with the technicians from Lazer Home Services. I have had Nick an electrician 3 times in the past month. He has installed new switches, a video doorbell, under cupboard lighting. wired together pull chain basement lights, and upgraded the GFCI outlets. He has provided solutions for all my electrical concerns. I would recommend him highly.

My hot water heater quit working in the morning, and they were out the same day to look at it. They’ll have it replaced in just under 24 hours. Very polite and thorough - they gave me several options and answered all my questions.

We came home after a week to find our water heater leaking from the tank, and it was old so we werent really surprised, but it added the pressure to get info and make decisions now. I called Lazer at my familys suggestion. Robin scheduled to get someone out same day, and also shared about her similar experiences, I immediately felt relieved. Nate arrived, assessed, answered our questions, provided multiple quotes for the available options to choose. The work completed by Nate and Nathan was prompt and professional. I now have hot water and I am so glad that we called Lazer.

We experienced a backed up sewer and called Lazer Home Services and Dave, our service tech arrived the same day and was very thorough in his explanation, exploration and evaluation. He gave us several options, along with the price break down and the one we chose was to allow the backed up water in the lines to drain and Dave was willing to come back on a Saturday to take care of it for us along with his co-worker AJ. Lazer has been great to work with. We recently purchased a home and the seller was less then honest about some preexisting plumbing issues with the home. We have had two techs from Lazer out to our new home Nate & Walker both were great and willing to take the extra time to address the issues we had. Great to know there are local companies out there that still want to help people and not just go through the motions.

I decided to try these guys for a sewer smell I was having in my home. They showed up the next day and while they were inspecting things they went from needing a wax ring to “you need a new toilet and water heater”. All because they are “builder grade” which I found to be very disrespectful and my home is just about 7 years old. It felt like they were there to up sell and pull these sell tactics on those that don’t know any better.
