I’ve never been to a chiropractor in my life, so being educated about what was happening and why my body hurt was extremely helpful and appreciated. My first appt only took 20 min. We talked about what hurt and when it hurt worse and what made it better. Then he got to cracking and popping things back where they “should be”. I felt like a new person walking away!

Pleased with my adjustments. It has been about 20 years since I have had this type of adjustment. Since it has been so long, it is taking time to get me to feeling better. First time I had ever had a massage. He was able to find all my tight, aching spots. I am looking forward to another massage when I am not hurting as much.

Ive been going to Dr Reed for chiropractic adjustments twice monthly for like two years now, and Parker for deep tissue physical therapy for a bit over a year or so. Great work from them both for a reasonable price! I used to be crippled by horrible lower back spasms and general bad knots in my muscles, the spasms have been gone since about the first month of chiropractic adjustments and the knots are so much better (theyll never truly stop due to bad posture and high stress and anxiety), I cant recommend them enough!

Started going to Dr. Reed about a year ago. It has made a world of difference in stopping my back pain.

I was please with how quickly they were able to get me in. Still working through the pain, so will wait until next appointment to see how I feel. Dr Reed was really great to work with!

I was able to use a Groupon deal and the place did not disappoint. The massage was amazing and necessary. I was able to communicate comfortably with them as to my needs and pressure type. It was also a guilt free/no pressure environment in terms of they didnt make me feel like I had to come back yet welcoming enough to where I will be coming back of my own choice. Also very informative and answered my questions and providing me with economical and cheap ideas to help should I choose not to get a massage for a bit including a rolled up t-shirt or theracane to get tough to reach spots. Again amazing service and kind hearted people.

I have been going here for about 1.5 years now. The staff is courteous and fits me in with my crazy schedule. Dr. Reed is the BEST chiropractor I have had in 25 years of adjustments and I would recommend him to anyone.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Parker did a great job on the massage. If I did not get a deep tissue massage at least once a month, I would not be able to do my job.

Dr. Reed and staff are super nice. We’re new to the area from Chicago and were referred from a family member. Super quick in and out and easy to book at anytime. Educational as well about what’s up with your body, I find that as key. Dr. Reed is literately “hands on”. I’ve never found any success with Docs that use the muscle gun... if that’s what it’s even called. Price is right as well. Groupon people, understand as a consumer that small businesses don’t make money when you come and use your coupon. It’s a loss leader to get you in the door. The staff is friendly and have great package prices. When using a Groupon for anything medical I believe if you had a great experience you should continue to now go direct to the business. Although I have only been there once, so far, I can say that the staff are very courteous, professional, and Iowa Friendly. Dr Reed is great with kids! Our daughter was chronically constipated. We were at our wits end trying to figure out what we could do for her. If only we would have brought her in sooner! She was flowing within an hour after her visit and has been regular since! She hasn’t even needed the laxative she’d been on for months. We’ve got our confident, happy girl back!

I used a groupon here and got a massage plus one adjustment combo. Great deal and the massage was great, but the day before my appointment they called and said the doc was sick so I would only be able to do my massage so I rescheduled my adjustment despite needing to be seen. I ended up seeing him the following week and it went fine. I set up a second appointment about a month later for another adjustment and about an hour before my appointment I got a call saying the doc went home sick and they needed to reschedule me. It was a Friday and I really needed to be seen but I went ahead and rescheduled for the following Monday. Monday game and 20 minutes before my appointment I got yet another call saying the doc left and went home sick and I needed to reschedule. I never rescheduled and haven’t been back. Disappointing because it seemed like a good place but it is not reliable.

Overall I have had great care at Reaet. Dr. Reed is a confident, personable Dr. He listens and does not make the appointment feel rushed. The staff is always friendly. The massage therapists are amazing....overall very satisfied with the service and care at Reset.

I started with reset in ankeny years ago, switched to the downtown location then they closed that address and went out to Clive on 100th then now on 124th. I live on the Eastside and was going to switch on 10/30 at 9 :15. I went doors were locked called from my car no answer left message, waited to see if someone would come to door. Nothing so I left called later that day had to leave another message and nothing no call back at all they didnt care. Dont know what to do with my membership dont like going to Clive.

Dr Reed is the best! Im 60+ years old and have had chiropractic care from different chiropractors since I was 15 years old (after an accident). Dr Reed is my favorite chiro....ever! He always takes the time to listen and uses different techniques to give me the perfect adjustment. Recently I hurt my hip and he worked with me with adjustments and easy exercises to get me back in shape. Im now painfree. I highly recommend Dr Reed!

Great experience! Got adjusted yesterday. He noticed something strange with my hip. 2 weeks ago I had some strange hip pain but was never mentioned in the appt. Said my pelvis was out of line and that caused pinching of the nerves. Totally recommend!

I first started coming to Reset in Ankeny after I came across a Groupon for a massage. It was the best decision I have made in a long time when it came to treating my body right! The staff are all very friendly and are very easy to work with. They offer great plans that help keep the cost down as well as help me feel better overall. The doctors who have helped me have all been very knowledgeable and have helped me live a healthier life, not just provide a quick fix. I have seen the team at Reset in Ankeny and Ames (Ames is no longer open) and have had no issues transferring my information between the two. There are multiple locations if you move you are still taken care of. Massage and Chiropractic care go hand in hand and the fact that they offer both services for so inexpensive is really amazing! They do not accept insurance, but the rates are so low, it is comparable to the prices you would expect elsewhere with insurance. I highly recommend Reset in general, but my heart belongs to the team of Ankeny!

I have been a member at RESET Ankeny for years and enjoy the massages and pricing, its not a bad place, the people are very nice but Im not sure I will renew my membership again because 2 things are getting to me. Music in the rooms & Lobby noise! The music in the rooms are awful and weird, its not relaxing at all. Its this same short electronic clip of music that plays over and over again and you can hear an odd pause when it restarts itself. I am surprised no one has mentioned this before. And the noise from the lobby is really bad. You can hear the front door from your massage room, you can hear the receptionist and customers talking and all the footstep traffic of either other massage therapists or customers going back and forth down the hall (the bathroom is in the back down the hall so people constantly walk past your room and the flooring is very noisy). The other day I had a massage and heard a baby getting adjusted and crying for a good 5 mins and no one shut the door in the middle of the hall to block it out for us in the back trying to relax. Reset is great if you are on a budget, but I dont like being locked into 1 place all year on contract, you will pay a little more at a spa but its a more cozy, with a private, quiet feel with super relaxing music and nice warm thick blankets AND you have the flexibility to try other places and not be locked in every month.
