Many people from Coldwater choose this place because of their high rating. They are rated one of the highest Nursing and Rehab services in Indiana with a five star rating and are deficiency for four years straight. Their rehab is amazing. The staff there have worked hard to achieve such a high level of care.

My grandma was there for 2.5 years. They are a very loving home away from home. The food was great, it smelled good and had skilled nurses and CNAs. Many of the staff are long term and they strive to give good care. I can see why they have been a 5 star rated place for years.

When we arrive to see mom she is usually laying in a pee soaked bed at 11:30 in the morning or she is sitting in the dinning hall staring at a wall alone. They do not seemel to be worried about her 15 pound weigh loss in two months. We clean her room because it is never done. Have to request clean linens because the bed was made with soiled bedding. She has a wound on her ankle that is ordered to be kept cleaned and bandaged which we have to remind them to do. This is suppose to be a high rated nursing home. It is not. There are a few staff that truly care however they can not work 24/7 and the residents seem to pay the price. I truely feel sorry for the residents that do not have family coming regularly because there is no one around to make the staff do their jobs.
