We were able to bring my 98 y/o grandmother home with the help from Home Sweet Home. She was brought home on hospice, and was able to pass in the comfort of her own home surrounded by family. We are so thankful for their help and their amazing staff

Compassionate - Caring - Flexible. My mother had a problem and needed care quickly. I was home for a week to get home care established. Every day I reassessed needs, and I met with HSH staff three times that week. Jody listened and made suggestions. We finalized a plan for days/times, and arranged her assistant to drive to PT twice weekly. I was so confused about needs, as those needs seemed to change daily as Mom did improve. I praise Jody and staff for adapting to the schedule we requested, and being flexible as needs changed. The staff worked diligently to match the right assistants to the client. HSH has been a God-send to my family.

They just told me and my mom that they would not help her due to pyoderma gangrosa, a wound that my mother has. If she was able to help herself she wouldnt need anyones help. My mother is 74 years old and now has to find someone who can help her. If these people aint here to help as far as cleaning the house and such what are they here for? If this culture loves to cancel everything else they should cancel companies that refuse to help the elderly when thats their purpose. Also the owner of this company decided to spread a lie about my mother that caused family turmoil.(as my aunt Sue has said)

Very slow to return emergency phone calls. Test sat across the street made a phone call all office people ignored it, big windows! This is unacceptable fix it. On duty Jody, Anna, Renee, Mary, Sarah and 3 other people!!! Happens again she will be leaving singed concerned family member.

As a caregiver in home health care, you have to know what comes along with the job. I have been a caregiver for over 10 years and am SO happy I started working with Home Sweet Home 2.5 years ago. They are the best agency I have worked for. This job DEPENDS on the health of their clients, which means things can change within a matter of minutes because of changes per client, so you MUST understand that part as a caregiver and be FLEXIBLE to work with, which makes a huge difference for the office staff, and the rest of us caregivers working together. The girls in the office are fantastic, and truly work day and night to make sure their clients and caregivers are receiving/giving the best care possible. This company puts more heart into their work than I have EVER seen in the past from working with other agencies. I love what I do knowing Im a reason someone can stay living and thriving in their own home, instead of disappearing in a nursing home. this job is extremely rewarding, but nothing compares to changing the lives of the clients we care for, especially when it is the little things that count the most, and make the biggest difference for my clients!

Home Sweet Home is wonderful! They were quick to find us help and their staff is very caring and attentive! The office staff was very helpful, they helped guide us while working with out long term care policy as well as helping us get a program though the State that helped pay for the first 3 months of services. This gave us enough time to adjust to getting help in our home and not have to pay out of pocket right away!! Wonderful company to work with and we couldnt thank them enough for helping get our Mother home!!

Home Sweet Home made bringing my mother home from the nursing home possible. Home Sweet Home started the same night mom was admitted to the nursing home, their caregivers stayed with her through the night at the nursing home until she was able to come home with home care. We are still receiving care from Home Sweet Home and have been so happy we made this decision! I dont think my mother would have made it out of the nursing home if it wasnt for this company and their staff!

I have been with Home Sweet Home for 10years. Home care is not an easy business to maintain due to constant changes relating to clients conditions/needs, family dynamics and the constant need for high quality caregivers. This company is family owned and is family oriented which is in my opinion is the only way to run a successful home care business because at the end of the day its a business of caring for family.

My clients enjoy me. I love working here. I enjoy my job over all helping the clients. The office staff treats me well and they are flexible with my schedule. I could not ask for a better company, only thing I do not like is no insurance benefits. This company is working on getting insurance and we get supplemental insurance helps.

The office staff are not very efficient. Several times they have forgot to schedule someone to come to take care of my sister. Very seldom will return your phone call. The workers are pretty good I must say. I would rate the office staff as a 2.

Home Sweet Home is an upstanding company! They were able to get us help right away and have been a huge relief for our family. I don’t know what we would do without them!

When the staff showed up they were great. I spoke to the manager Anna over the last few weeks and was promised better service and was delivered nothing. This agency doesnt care about the people and the reviews here show and prove it. I gave them many chances and got let down.

Just a number and training is a joke...

This place is the most unprofessional, most unorganized business I have ever worked for. They dont give paystubs, you better keep track of your own hours, they change your hours and client times without notice or even notification, they dont tell you when they dont have coverage coming to relieve you when youre at a 24 hour clients home, leaving you at their mercy. Very sweet and nice ladies in the office, but unorganized, understaffed, yet clients are paying them for services they dont have staff to provide.
