We’re in for a sinus infection and they tried to force me to get a Covid test done when I refuse the coven test she dismissed me after yelling at me because I don’t want a COVID test so I went somewhere else and the test me for A sinus infection with double ear infection in that place and there was no need for a covid test. This place is a joke.

Wait times are very long.. came in for my 3 year old to get checked a week ago and the wait time was 1 hr and a half.Came again today because he still didnt feel better and wait time is 2 hours now.. ridiculous because there is hardly anyone waiting to be seen.

I do not recommend this place and will never go back. Beware on how long they give you antibiotic. Had a UTI and was put on antibiotic for 5 days and 2 days after I gotten it back. Talked with another doctor they said it should had been 7 days on the antibiotic! I had gotten charged twice over $1,200 a piece! I called about the second bill and they reviewed it. A guy called me back and said that their medical Director said that he “believes” they did the right thing. I repeated back he believes? Not that they did the right thing! From now on I will drive to Auburn walk-in or Fort Wayne!

Tokyo my wife in today.n.p.scheiber and nurse jan were fantastic.the whole staff is great .have been there alot over the years and have always been great.

No one here works go somewhere else or you’ll have to set up a tent on how long you’ll be here

Waiting over an hour now, after waiting a previous 30 minutes to talk to someone. My kid has a ear ache should be a simple 30 minute visit. This is ridiculous since cameron has taken over it all cost 3 to 4 times more money and the same for time spent to be seen and taken care of. A real failure.

I was in pain...hobbling. The medical staff was great... the Dr. took my pain seriously too. It turned out to be a nerve and back problem that resolved within a few days with meds and some exercise. So glad youre here!

Went in with a very sore wrist for now it’s diagnosed as a sprain. They had me in & out quickly. Each person I spoke with was so caring and helpful. Thank you PN Howe and the others.

Worst place ever. It took me over an hour waiting in a room for the doctor.

Took my wife in with posion ivy. Treatment was spot on. 24 hours she was feeling much better. Office staff was pleasant and thoughtful. There was no wait, NP was knowledgeable. Very pleased.

I took my one year old to the respiratory clinic with a fever and runny nose. The staff was so kind and understanding as she cried the entire time. The dr did her examination in a very timely manor, addressed my concerns, and we were in and out within 40 minutes. Thank you to the urgent care/respiratory clinic staff!

Had to take my husband there twice this month May 2019 for a back issue. Extremely pleasant check in, prompt service, great nurses and great Doctors that took their time, listened and was very thorough. Great service. Thank you so much.

Went there on weekend with excruciating pain from a failed root canal infection. They failed miserably in their duties and did not provide any pain relief. I lost a lot of sleep and they think a topical pad is adequate for a deep tooth infection. Idiots. If you aren’t going to do your job find a new career scumbags.

Other than the reception needing better people skills, I thought the staff was awesome! I wasnt being the best patient and they were very patient, kind and understanding. The Xray tech, nurse and Dr. went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and an accurate diagnosis!

Needed medical care for sinuses and conjunctivitis! After reading reviews of this place I was concerned! However, nothing else was available! I’m glad I went! All employees were very pleasant, warm, welcoming, professional and even fun! I saw Tammi McCoy, PA, ! She was amazing! Her assessment was very thorough. The staff was friendly and professional. They got me in, for stitches, in a reasonable amount of time. The nurse, and Doctor, were informative and so friendly. They explained everything they were doing and that helped to relax me. Great all around experience!

I have to rate this urgent care a 5 star, the min..we walked in dr the frt receptionist sign in was friendly an fat the nurses an staff friendly and knew what they were doing...an now the nurse practitioner Dr. Diane Howe came in the room, an she recognizes when someone is sick, an when she does her check on you an says I can have you feel better in 3 days my days

Great care.I am on vacation so I’m not from around here and a poison ivy type rash got the best of me and I was experiencing dizziness on the drive there. The Dr on duty, Dr Tammi McCoy, was fantastic. She listened and was not rushing into prescribing a host of meds. She saw fluid in my ears and was able to drain them which relieved my dizziness pretty much immediately. Then we discussed how to keep ears clear without taking a barrage of meds that aren’t necessary.Poison Ivy - unfortunately that was starting to intrude all over and a steroid shot was necessary for that before it created further problems.Very pleased with the cleanliness, staff and Doctor.

Took my wife in for a severe rash and the wait time was reasonable for the number of people. Nurse and doctor were great and she received quality care and diagnosis. Highly recommend.

I will never use this Urgent Care again. I went in because I was experiencing crippling lower back pain. I was just hoping to get something to ease the pain until I could see a doctor for a more long term fix. I was treated rudely by a person that wasnt even a doctor and left with nothing but a $75.00 bill. I give one star because the nurse that checked my vitals was very kind and professional.

Longest wait ever, 1 hour waiting in the lobby and 1 hour waiting in the room waiting for doctor but no doctor instead they send nurse. What the heck! Never again!

Went to the urgent care earlier this week with severe abdominal pain. I didnt have insurance and figured this was the most economical way for me to figure out what was wrong. The receptionist was coughing throughout my registration, while there was a sign next to me with hand sanitizer and face masks, telling patients to wear one if they have a cough. The pain was so terrible I couldnt sit, my pacing seemed to irritate the staff and they closed the door to the hallway. When I got into see the doctor I let him know of a history of gallbladder issues and he assured me that my pain was in the wrong spot. Told me to get mylanta and sent me on my way. This was my vacation week and I continued with our plans thinking the doctor was right. The pain continued and I ended up in the ER in Michigan. I had severe swelling of the gallbladder and large gallstones. I had the operation yesterday at Cameron and am doing much better. Cameron hospital was great, I just wouldnt go to urgent care for anything more than a cough. I really hate to complain, I just feel I didnt get any sound advice or care.

Understaffed so I arrived to a full waiting room. I took a number and a seat only to realize 30 minutes later that they weren’t really using the number tags. Ended up leaving frustrated and without being treated. I would not recommend

I gave it a two because receptionist and nurse were very nice. I have been in the last three years, once per year (usually sick once per year) and I have always got the same thing. Now I get treated like a junkie, and practitioner is unwilling to help and tells me to go spend 50 or 60 dollars on otc stuff that doesn’t help. That’s why I have insurance. What a joke! Thanks negligent doctors and stupid junkies.

Disgusting, humiliating, the doctors should be ashamed and have their licenses revoked. The single worst possible experience at a doctors office possible. And they didnt even care. Looking into how to report these people to the authorities.

Avoid this place like the plague! Dont go into urgent care if you have any severe pain whatsoever because you might get the Female DR. That doesnt believe in medication and will tell you take take tylenol. And will let you leave while your suffering. Never again what a joke if I knew they were gonna tell me to take tylenol and send me home with nothing I would of never came to this place!

Theres usually quite a wait, but its usually when waiting for results. The last time it was a wait for the doctor to even come in.The receptionists Ive had, so far are really nice.

Friday and waiting 30 min to just fill out paper work. Only one receptionist. I’m afraid of the next wait
