I and many of my family members have received excellent care with Geri Rupp. She is very thorough and easy to talk with about any questions we might have. The staff at the Angola office is always friendly.

I was greeted promptly and friendly. Once I completed the paperwork, My wait was less than 5 minutes, once I was tended to in the patient room it was only a few minutes until the NP saw me. She was professional and courteous and seemed like she knew her profession. I was pleased with the speed and care given.

My appointment was scheduled for Monday June 1st . When I got here at 2:15 the receptionist said your appointment if for June 2nd . I had my appointment card that said it was on the 1st . They managed to get me in , without delay . Thank you

Good place to go if you have skin issues.

Everyone was very tentative and kind. We were seen in a very timely manner but I never felt rushed.

Katrina in the angola indiana office has handled all of my needs since I relocated to Indiana. She is from the Battle Creek office of Dr Latour, highly trained, pleasant and most of all I trust her.

The staff was excellent, a very brief wait. Dr answered questions. Was not rushed. I would recommend.

Went in for issue with inflamed finger nail. Was told they need to do full body exam to look for cancerous growths. Of course they found something. They did a pinch sample and said it was an atypical mole so had to have surgery to remove it. Everything was good after that until second 6 month check-up and they did another pinch test again. They wanted to do surgery again but I decided to go elsewhere. New place got biopsy of pinch test and said no surgery was needed at that time. This place cuts people up for no reason and they make sure to scare you of the possible cancer risk when the risk is low. Do not go here. Anyone needing skin care I would recommend going to Fort Wayne dermatology instead. The extra drive is well worth it compared to this place.

I accompanied a nursing home resident to a follow up appointment last week. The front office staff was very courteous and pleasant. The nurse practitioner was caring and highly considerate of the resident, communicating right on their level.

Son seen Gerri the NP, she prescribed Acne medicine and after months of his acne getting worse I mentioned at appointments I was concerned and thought maybe he could be having allergic reaction to it. She was very adamant that she ‘’knew what she was doing’ and prescribed him stronger dose! I began to realize that maybe she wasn’t as knowledgeable as she acted...his face should not be getting this bad ( when you go to doctors for mild to moderate acne and end up with severe acne) I took him off medicine and immediately, literally within days you could see the redness and bumps and just overall inflammation go away.

I would really give no stars. I went for 1 visit and got the run around from them for 2 months. Newly diagnosed psoriasis and after 2 months.....I never once received any treatment and the medication they wanted to prescribe was not approved by my insurance. I received a call from the pharmacy telling me that not the dermatology office (pharmacist told me they had sent everything to dermatology office and never heard back). I called the dermatology office to ask where we would go from here....they called me back and said they could not help me because the medication my insurance wanted them to try was a med they dont prescribe!! How very frustrating.....so I find another dermatology office in Fort Wayne (Three Rivers Dermatology). A friend told me about this one.....Who got me in in 3 days....went today for my apt...wonderful people...can not say enough good about the entire office staff. I also learned today that the medication that my insurance denied....is free if it gets denied! How crazy is that and I didnt hear that from Angola Dermatology! Not impressed at all and would never recommend their services.

This place is an absolute joke. They just want to milk your insurance and waste your time. The surgery technique is rediculous and over done. My mom has stitch scars on her chest that turned out horrible. My advice, go elsewhere

Billed for procedure that they cancelled due to blood pressure concerns even tho I wanted to go thru with it. On blood pressure meds from family doc & no anesthetic was even involved! Family doc agreed it was ok to do! Still billed for cancellation! Its all about the money at this place. Also billed Medicare for cancelled procedure.

I agree that they are all about money and scaring you that if you dont cut out every little irregular skin spot that youll get cancer. I quit going after every appt. cost me a few hundred. I think they cut just to cut and get paid.

Called me on phone said you have cancer make appointment for treatment NO Compassion for me outta there!!!!!
