I was in and out in less that a 1 1/2 with two crowns and one filling. This was my second appointment, I am amazed how quick and easy the appointments have went. Aspen dentals team is a well oiled machine and work incredible together… thank you. The dentist and dental hygienist worked seem less together to keep me comfortable and informed… thank you

I called yesterday to make an appt. For tooth that needs pulled. Gave me an appointment today. Go in to find they arent doing anything with my tooth and I have to wait 9 days to get them pulled. What a joke! If they had told me I had to wait and werent going to do anything I would have went somewhere else.

Go somewhere else. They dont even do root canals at this place. They wanted to send me an hour away to get part of the work done then go back to them. There are other dentist in my area that can do what needs done without having to travel an hour away. I dont care if they are the only one who take my insurance. My insurance is worthless anyway. This place is a joke.

Aspen dental has the friendliest staff. They actually care about you and your dental health. Going to the dentist seems scarry and painful sometimes. But with aspens friendly staff and excellent painless care it makes going to the dentist enjoyable.

Aspen Dental in Angola is awesome. They explained everything to me in laymans terms so I understood what they were going to do and they also worked with my insurance company to make sure I could get everything done that needed to be done. And then staff were professional and very kind and caring. Great place to go for any dental work.

Wasnt to happy. I have a medical exemption from wearing masks even have a note an as soon as they took copy of note i sat down then was told to go wait outside yet i have an exemption!!! Discrimination at its finest....

I had to pay over $100. for a consultation exam with Aspen Dentals oral surgeon. I stated my insurance pays for exams. I was told my insurance probably wouldnt pay for it. When in the car I called my dental insurance and was told consultation exams are covered 2 times a year. Aspen Dental could have called my insurance and they give answers immediately on what is covered. I called Aspen Dental and was unable to talk to the right person. I left a message to call me and I want to pick up my check. Over 24 hours and still no call back. Another call to DD and still unable to talk to the person. This really concerns me about their integrity.

I recently moved to Indiana and found out that my insurance coverage out here is extremely lacking. Not many places take my plan. I was honestly very skeptical when I found out that my only option if I wanted to be covered was to go to an Aspen Dental. I had a preconceived notion that “chain” dentist offices would be some of the worst of the worst. I could not have been more wrong. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Their office was clean and I felt super safe given the current COVID-19 pandemic. The staff was friendly and courteous and didn’t make me feel bad about anything (which I know is a tactic other dentists have taken). I was seen on time and everyone I encountered was absolutely lovely, helpful, and explained everything to me clearly. I came out with a treatment plan that I could understand and feeling confident that I was being taken care of. All of their equipment was top of the line and high tech which made me feel confident that I was receiving advice that centered around my health. It’s nice to not have to feel anxious or worried about my next appointment.

During my first visit, they only allotted enough time to determine the expense of my treatment plan even though I came in needing help. I was told that they do not perform all services and, at any rate, I would have to schedule a follow-up appointment if I wanted anything other than xrays.Comparing bills, they seem to charge 250% the amount charged at another dentist in town. Staff is great but the dentist was not.

I was extremely impressed with the speed of service I received!! Do to my health issues, I couldnt have been happier with everything and everyone. Thanks again for being outstanding.

Ive been going here since Nov of 2018, it has been a great experience until today! Ive paid them over 9000.00 in those 3yrs and walk in today for a cleaning to be told I owe 138.00 from the last cleaning 7 months ago on top of todays visit for a total of 241.00. I NEVER received a bill, a phone call, text message or email and its not even on the app that I have a balance. I was beyond furious, paid what I owed and left. I wont be returning. I definitely felt like I had been scammed and taken advantage of. Its sad cause I really liked the hygienist and Dr Terry! Maybe their billing department needs a overhaul, extremely unprofessional!!

Been going there since they opened up in Angola, have had a few teeth pulled, cleanings, regular work. I went in today for a two teeth that needed that had some cavities, i was informed that i owed part of the bill on my last appointment (first ive heard of it. In 5 months) the doc looked in my mouth, refused to fix anything. Was told to have them all pulled and get a full set of dentures. Worthless and pitiful

The staff, beginning with the front desk, the hygienist, Dr Terry and the young lady that helped us with our insurance coverage were not only professional but very personable and down to earth.It was an absolutely great experience and we look forward to establishing a long lasting relationship with this fine company.

I had a toothache that woke me up at 4 in the morning and i was desperate to find a dental office that could take me in on that same day. Close to impossible, i know! But Aspen Dentals online scheduling service saves the day! I was able to secure an appointment and get in at 8:15 a.m. that day before they even opened. It was such a relief on my part.Scheduling was SO EASY and convenient. The staff was very friendly when i got there and they took the time to explain to me everything that was going on. I am SO glad I found them! Will definitely recommend to everyone i know!

Overall a well maintained place. Clean. Nice people. Just wish they could have given me something to help with the pain that is coming from 2 broken teeth. Said Tylenol and aspirin on rotation every 3 hours. It barely helps the pain

This was a new experience for me. I have used to having a more personal, one on one interaction with my hygienist and Dentist. With a corporate dental office I didnt feel like I mattered much and the fact that I still didnt get my teeth cleaned was very upsetting to me. Now I have to wait another 2 mos unless there us a cancellation. I also felt as though my working hours were not important to the office staff which made scheduling more difficult.

I switched dentists due to being a college student and I loved it. Prices were cheaper than my previous dentistry. I loved the options of payment and the staff was so friendly and helpful. If I were trip advisor, I would rate a 10/10.

The staff at Aspen dental in Angola, IN are so welcoming. My entire visit was very pleasant. I had my children with me, and they have a small T.V. room for my children to sit and they put my in an exam room right across the hall! Very family friendly and very helpful and kind staff. They have also input a number of safety procedures to help with the spread of covid-19. I felt safe and comfortable in thier facility.

One staff member kept taking her mask off. She touched her nose and her mouth, put the mask over her mouth only, then under her chin, then covering her face appropriately back and forth throughout my entire visit. Completely unacceptable during this pandemic.

I made an appointment to have a cleaning and when I arrived they took xrays and dental history and then I had to make another appointment to come back for the cleaning.This is not easy for me to do since I live 45-50 minutes away from any Aspen Dental office.They did offer me an appointment that day. after waiting 35 minutes in the parking lot I was able to get my cleaning.

My husband went here with a bad toothache as first time patient. Usually they do just an exam on first trip then another day get you back to extract but they were so understanding they managed to squeeze him back in in the afternoon and extracted two teeth so he didnt have to go all weekend with toothache. Would definitely reccommend

I had a tooth pulled, the most painful part was the numbing shot. I didnt feel any discomfort at all when the tooth was pulled. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because I felt it was a little impersonal. I would almost compare my visit to getting my oil changed. The staff was all knowledgeable and professional and I did receive the care I needed.I will continue to go there as my dentist of 35 yrs was no longer providing the level of care I needed. My visit was during the COVID-19 pandemic so that may contribute to the sterile interpersonal atmosphere. Overall I am pleased with my experience.

This specific office we felt discriminated. The Manager kept asking my name and they refused to provide a cleaning and kept forcing us to choose a plan even after my dental insurance had been approved! Very odd behavior.

I had a great experience as i received a new patient consult. The assistant was new so needed a little more practice with impressions as we had to take them several times receiving average results. The hygienist, lab tech,and Doctor were great. Everyone had an upbeat and professional demeanor. I am happy to receive treatment here and look forward to having my implant procedure done here.

The only reason I didnt give this 5 was because of some billing issues. They left some information out when billing insurance so I had to make some calls.However the staff is great. They care about the patients comfort. Dr Warner is the best dentist I have ever had. Really awesome he called me after minor oral surgery to see how I was doing.The office is very clean, quiet, kind, and professional. I have not met one negative person there yet.

My daughter ( she is 7) was going in for a new patient appointment. She was absolutely thrilled. They were so nice and caring she is ready for her next cleaning already.

The people seem to care but they only want your money up front and they dont really care about you! I have an infection in my tooth but instead of giving me antibiotics, the dentist said I need to have my tooth pulled or have a root canal! Obviously get the tooth taken care of, but cure the infection first..

Took my 98 year old father to Aspen in Angola, IN for new dentures. The entire staff was very kind and Dr. Warner developed a rapport with my dad such that he was amenable to treatment. I appreciate their expertise and their attitude.

This is the best Dental office I know. Had a really good experience at my appointment yesterday. I also volunteered to give up my spot to another patient that needed something fixed so he wouldn’t miss seeing his dad. First health place I know that the staff cares about there patients. I mean they called me to remind me of the appointment plus sent me a text message the day of the appointment that said they couldn’t wait to see me back in the office. What a blessed dentist to have in the community .

Highly recommended if you have dental anxiety, they treat you like family and they are very careful when they work on your mouth, so there is as little pain as possible. The office I went to was very clean and all the staff seemed very welcoming. Also they have TV’s right in front of you to watch while you’re getting your teeth fixed. I look forward to my next visit. :)

I have been very dissapointed with Aspen dental in Angola, Indiana. I have contacted them on several occasions. They agreed to have a meeting to discuss the issues and after several weeks, have not gotten back to me after enduring so much pain & exexpense

I am only going to give it 3 stars, the dentist and actual care is great ..The front of house could use some work. Single receptionist spent more time on the phone than actually dealing with the line of customers.FIRST time I walked in I was told things that actually oppose the emergency policies that are stated by the company.I stood for actually 10 minutes before the receptionist got off the phone to talk to me. It is unacceptable for the face of the company not be able/willing to multitask.

I was very pleased with Aspen Dental. They were very informative and let me know step by step what I would be experiencing when they were working on my teeth. They told me the pros and cons and were upfront with me. They were very kind and understanding.

The ads say $399 each but my mom was told over $900 for set. Doesnt add up. Very quick in and out. Not very personable. Watch the billing.

It was clean. Had a restroom. They like to share your personal information with everyone very loudly. Push you through like a slaughterhouse. Wish McDonalds could move at that pace. The dentist never spoke to me directly. Didnt even make eye contact. Quick to shove his gloved hands right into my mouth and push around where I just had surgery. Wanted a soft reline he just poured goop in my plate slapped it in my mouth and left. Poor assistant didnt know what to say or do. Got to account manager where I was told that my insurance doesnt cover implants yet not more than 3 hrs before my insurance said 60%. Was highly disappointed since my husbands friend said they were awesome. I looked for it.........didnt find it. No compassion......no manners. If you go here, expect cut and dry and check the billing closely.

The employees are super friendly from the time you sign up to the time they help answer any questions and everything is taken care off and out the door. They make the process fast comfterbill and easy. Also so you understand everything they are going to do is very clear. Plus the service is very thorough.

For someone who hates to go to the dentist. I highly recommend aspen as in all of my 32yrs they are the most gentle with how they do things. I felt no pain at all till after the numbing wore off. I never felt anything even the first needle prick. I give a big shout out to these guys for the willingness to work with me and I felt they cared about me as well. Unlike other place I have ever been to. Good job guys you have my business.

I went in with an abscessed tooth. I was in and still am in great pain. I had an appointment for 9am. I was told to show up at 8:45. So I did, but the doors were locked and they didnt open until 9. So I waited to be let in. I wasnt taken back until nearly 10am. Xrays and exam went well. However I had to wait in the chair for well over an hour after I was done before I was let go (had to make a new appointment to get the tooth extracted). After I was already in immense pain from the broken/abscessed tooth, and was in more pain after the exam. The dentist refused to prescribe any pain medicine. I have another week before I can get the tooth pulled. Still in immense pain, still pissed about my visit.

Where do I begin... Some of the staff are very unprofessional. My dentist didnt use a mask while hovering, breathing, and talking over my open mouth - rude and disgusting. I went there for a root canal and crown. Several months later I had a growing infection at the root. I suffered the worse pain Ive ever experienced for several days before I could get in to get it diagnosed after the weekend. I eventually found that my vital chewing tooth had to be pulled. Now Im paying for a $4,000 implant because of Aspens $1500 botched root canal and crown.On another occasion they diagnosed me with 8 cavities so I decided to get a second opinion at Angola Dental Center and they said I had ZERO new cavities with just one that needed redone. Unfortunately, that was after I had already let Aspen drill on two of these eight cavities. Ive never felt so violated!! Its clear they dont make money by telling people their teeth are healthy. I am going to contact a lawyer and see what my options are because they need to be held accountable and pay the price for their half-assed work and malpractice. I paid for all services upfront yet months later received a mysterious bill with no explanation of services rendered.I am also not the only person I know who has encountered these circumstances as friends and family members have had second opinions by other providers that all predicated a pattern of GROSS MISCONDUCT by Aspen dental and associates.Aspen essentially cost me over $5,500 in dental work, a week of unbearable pain and no sleep (Vicodin didnt touch it), a trip to the ER, time off work, and several dentist appointments from ONE botched molar. The fictional cavities just topped off my anger and frustration as the ones they did drill are now sensitive and painful to this day.Its been months since all this has happened but Ive decided something needs to be done to rectify the situation as these are very costly and disturbing actions by Aspen. Ive never known a soul who had a root canal get infected a few months afterwards resulting in a loss of the tooth.Do whats right Aspen and cover these expenses youve caused me and refund the shoddy work!! I think my case will hold up well in court if it comes to that!!

Had some dental work here in the past made an appointment to have more work done, took off work and show up for my appt. Receptionist tells me I dont have an appointment and the girl that was there the day before doesnt remember speaking with me. Then asks if Im sure this was the place I talked to. Showed her my phone and length of conversation, she replies with thats weird, we can get you in in 2 weeksIts one thing to make a mistake byt to ly and say you dont remember a conversation and setting an appointment for a patient less than 24 hours ago its a real problem. Horrible customer service. Ill find a different dentist

I was happy with aspen until I started getting bills for a service that was already paid for. When I called them out on it I was told the insurance under paid. I was then told by the insurance that this is fraud as they never received the claim. I called aspen back and was told oh ok disregard the bill. A month later I get another bill for the same service only higher this time!!!! WTH is wrong with this place!!! I then got in contact with the regional manager who acted as though this happens all the time and told me not to worry about the bill she is writing it off. If I get one more bill you can take me to court because I’m sure the judge would love to hear about the insurance fraud/ scam. This sucks because Dr. Warren is amazing but because of the incompetence of the office I would never EVER recommend anybody go here. I can’t describe how angry I am with these CON ARTISTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of the workers were good 2 I would never let in my room again . I know what teeth I have had pulled dont treat me like Im dumb and dont. If I tell someone I cant do something dont think you have tricks to use have had them all used and it doesnt work.

This was easily the worst dental office I have ever visited. The staff tries to rush you through the appointment, zooming from room to room. Then you sit down expecting the service you made an appointment for only to be explained what they would do, and then get ushered in to an office to pay your bill. I didnt even get the service yet!!! They then want you to make another appointment to get the treatment at a later date. What a joke of an office. I have never been seen by such a pushy staff, nor have I seen a dental office ran this way. When the services are finally rendered it was done very half assed. Nobody here seems to care about the quality of work, they just want to get that next appointment and the next amount of money that will come from it.Seriously, the walmart of dentistry. Avoid this place like the plague. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

I would honestly leave zero stars if I could. I was a patient here in december 2016 and had a routine cleaning. I was told that everything was covered under my insurance and I owed nothing. Fast forward to February 2018, I get a call from a collections agency stating I owe over $300 to Aspen Dental in Angola. I promptly called the office and was told that most of the charges were incorrect, and a manager would call me the following Monday. I never received a return call, so I called back on Tuesday. Still unable to talk to a manager, the front desk receptionist talked me through the issue. Most of the charges were incorrect and were being removed from my account, and I actually only owed $38 for the oral cancer screening. One bill was sent to the WRONG address and I never once received a call or voicemail stating I owed money (even though their policy is to call the patient three times prior to collections). I paid the $38 immediately, and was told that they would not do anything to help dispute the charge from the collections agency, except notify them that it had been paid. The receptionist even suggested that I had incorrectly filled out my address on the new patient form (and used the word Mill instead of Snow), which definitely was not the case. I know that mistakes happen, but this company lacks in customer service and making right their own wrongs. I now have to dispute this charge from the collections agency which in turn has affected my credit. I will never return to Aspen Dental, or refer anyone I know to them.

OMG!! Best care EVER.... broke a tooth and it got to the point where i couldnt handle the pain anymore. i couldnt drink, eat, sleep, or even breathe because it would increase the pain. Dr Warner numbed me with some gel and I didnt feel a thing after that. Total time involved was like 45 minutes from numb to pull.. awesome

This will be a long one, but please read. My wife had her bottom teeth pulled and dentures made. A month later and 3 visits later they have pulled 3 bone spurs and tooth fragments. Today we go in 1 more time her whole right side in pain again. Now they look and say you need a top tooth pulled and because its in your sinus area it will be $1031 to pull. Mind you he knew this without an xray. So we go across the street to angola dental. Took an xray. Said nothing wrong with tooth. You have another bone spur from the bottom extractions. $80 later 5min no shot pulled a piece out and instant relief. Aspen wont even repay me for what I paid on work they should have done for free.

Everyone there was very nice to me and did a great job. Even though I have not been in for awhile.Got me back on track.

Room was not clean. Found blood on an instrument while daughter and I waited in a room for 25 min waiting to talk to someone about the financials. I was disgusted by this. I will not go back to the Angola office.
