Just purchased European crutches from the sweetest most informative girl at Letournose. Letourneaus in Andover is head and shoulders above other medical supply stores. Theyre professional, helpful, and responsive. My first experience was renting a knee walker, aka scooter. When I went in, there were three staff members helping four of us, and they somehow managed to greet me individually and ask how they could help while simultaneously tending to those who were there before me, answering questions, making adjustments, letting people try to make changes on their own, etc. Amazingly, everyone seemed to get personal attention. Later, I was looking everywhere for a splint that was hard to find. I finally thought to check in with Letourneaus and sent them an email. They wrote back very quickly to say that they had it, and asked about size when I didnt even know they came in different sizes. They set it aside at the counter with my name on it, and all I had to do was come and and get it without having to look around. They were quick and responsive with our email exchange, and in both this and the scooter experience, they were polite, unhurried, and professional in a way that gives you confidence that you got exactly what needed. Very highly recommended.

Today Luis and Frankie delivered a power lift chair to our home. They arrived well within the two-hour window which had been previously arranged with us. Both young men entered our home wearing masks, introduced themselves, and were very polite and efficient. After placing the chair, Luis gave an overview of the operation of the chair using the hand control and offered to answer any questions we had. We were very pleased with the delivery and the young men who provided the service.

Just had a delightful experience with a new girl by the name of Laura. I had no idea what I was doing and I came to get a wrist splint and she was so helpful. She was fairly new and was so eager to help me. She even went out of her way to help me adjust the splint to my needs. Go Laura!!

Change is difficult - for most of us- and as we grow older it becomes harder to accept the loss of abilities that we had taken for granted our whole lives. It became clear my elderly mother would benefit from a power recliner/lift chair. As I began my research I happened upon the Letourneaus website. I gave a quick call, explained the situation, and Dan immediately sprang into action by providing descriptions of the recliners that he had available in the showroom. He quickly sent me a link to the manufacturers website and sent me photos of the chair that he thought was right for my mother. We went back and forth about a variety of issues and his eagerness to research my questions and provide speedy answers was unbelievable. He greeted my parents as we entered the store and sensed, at once, my mothers hesitation about making a purchase. He explained everything to her in an incredibly kind and understanding manner and guided her through the operation of the chair as she sat nervously beside him. As we left the store he said he would personally deliver it to their home, and in less than 30 minutes it was in and ready to go. When I spoke with my mother a day later the first thing she said was, This new chair is the most comfortable thing I could imagine. Trying to find an ultra light rollator made by drive was frustrating. The companys knowledge of its products is very out of date. Somehow Letourneaus name popped up on my computer screen. This is the ONLY place to go for personal service and high quality medical equipment! They are extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to deal with. We purchased a wheelchair from Letourneaus about 20 years ago (from Sean, who was very kind, funny, and brilliant in helping my cousin pick out her first wheelchair. ) We just ordered another - and Seans son, Dan, provided the same caring, excellent attention that his father did all those years ago! I went in with a script for a Nebulizer, but they could not submit a claim with my mothers insurance (its definitely covered under her plan). I dont fully understand why, except, to my knowledge, some pharmacies are not set up to submit Part B Medicare claims. (Complicated and lengthy bureaucratic paperwork, most likely.) After a couple of phone calls and internet searches, I found Aeroflow Inc. and submitted all the information online to receive a shipment at the pharmacys recommendation. Aeroflow has a super user-friendly, quick online process. I kind of wish the pharmacy knew about the company beforehand to save me the headache of inquiring with Medicare. 😕Edit: thank you for your reply, Dan. Im always curious, and you helped me to understand fully. Thank you for taking the time to reply. It was very thoughtful of you.

I’ve been looking for a medical supply store in my are for a while that had some sort of display of mobility scooters. I found Letourneau’s on yelp and saw the pictures posted of their store and decided to give them a shot. I’ve been on the hunt for a mobility scooter for my father for the past 8 months and it’s really been difficult to find a store that had more than 1 or 2 on display. This store exceeded our expectations. Their store has a lot to offer and items on display without being too overwhelming. We were helped by a gentlemen named Luis M and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My dad was allowed to test drives the scooters around the store and Luis explained the differences between them and showed us how to take them apart for traveling. With such a large display my dad now has tough choice to make. Luis was the best and we will definitely be back this week to purchase his new mobility scooter. This store was definitely worth the drive from Lynn, MA.

Purchased a lift chair for my mother. The experience, from the beginning, was amazing. Dan is a complete professional, following-up with me regarding the order and throughout the process. We recently needed a lift chair to allow my husband a comfortable sleep. The folks at Letourneaus were wonderful - patient, knowledgable and very attentive. We went back several times to try out different chair models; they gave us an option to try renting a chair for a month. Then they called the chair manufacturer for us to find out when the newest model was coming out and called us when it came in. Back we went, and we were able to purchase and get the chair white glove delivered in 48 hours. My husband has now had a comfortable nights sleep on his new Golden EZ Sleeper for 6 weeks! Dans help in securing the documentation necessary to for our insurance company was invaluable beyond expectations. This required a lot more than the average documentation including multiple doctor statements, a home visit and other follow-through work. We recently purchased a Buzzaround Extreme scooter. Luis was the individual who took care of us. He was knowledgeable, patient and took very good care of us through out the whole process. My wife was very impressed with his attention to detail when explaining the use and care of the scooter. He was the reason we decided to make the purchase at Letourneaus.

Came in to rent a regular wheelchair for the weekend and was completely delighted in the service. Luis answered all my questions thoroughly, and asked some in return. Result: I left with a chair that does everything I need and weighs 1/2 of a regular chair, for the same price. Definitely a fan of Letourneaus!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Dan McKalliget for helping me to purchase a pair of Cathwear Briefs. I have had a superpubic catheter for a few months now and I was very depressed about using the leg bag.
