This was a pre op visit. Dr Andriola discussed what to expect, and a decision was made as to where the surgery will take place. As usual he was clear, concise, and took the time needed. I have been a patient of this practice for some years and will continue to be a patient for all future needs.

The process moved very efficiently leaving very little time waiting, which I appreciated. The people were friendly and professional throughout.

I went to Dr Andriola for a knee injury that did not get better after months of PT. He spent less than 2 full minutes with me before dismissing me and deciding nothing was wrong during my initial appointment, prior to any scans. I insisted on an MRI after he dismissed me. At my follow up appt after the MRI, Dr Andriola didnt even glance at the MRI until 45 mins after my appointment was supposed to start, and within a remarkable 30 seconds decided nothing was wrong with me and there are no next steps. All in all he got to charge my insurance and my copays twice before deciding my pain wasnt worth his time and waving me off.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Andriola. He was friendly and efficient. We reviewed my x-rays and he clearly explained what should and could be done to restore mobility to my knee.

Dr. Andriola knows what he is doing, but dealing with his office is like working with 3 stooges. They are disorganized and dont communicate well. One time I waited for almost an hour for a 5 min follow-up. Another time I came for injection only to be told they failed to obtain prior authorization (for second injection).Dr. Andriola is efficient though some may find him a little brusque. He knows his stuff. I wish his staff were up to par.

I have had several Surgeries by Dr.Andriola. In fact other Drs at this Facility all of them great Doctors. Dr. Andriola is a very compassionate Doctor. All surgeries were successful.
