I’ve used the clinic on several occasions, and the experience is overall good! The clinical staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to help.However, every time I’ve used this clinic the phone staff are quite rude and short. I’m a nurse at another facility, so I 100% understand the stress they’re under, and the rudeness is just not acceptable.This last visit was no different. I had called several hours ahead of time, arrived early for my check-in time and called and sat on hold for over 15 minutes. I could see the front desk staff walking around so I called using my sons phone and she answered right away. I informed her I was on hold on another line and I just needed to check-in, at this time it was past my schedule time. She was very rude and informed me I would not be checked in and I needed to wait my turn. What?!? I shouldn’t have her told her I was on hold on another line. She then abruptly hung up on me and several minutes later finally answered my call and told me now I’ll be put on the schedule. Wait, what? I’m already on the schedule. I went with it and proceeded to wait another 25 minutes to be seen. I’m wondering if she even checked us in or decided we had not waiters long enough for “our turn”.I get being short staffed, I work In the same environment, and I too may feel burnt out at times, but I do not appreciate this kind of behavior under any circumstance.Normally I would never even rate a clinic like this, but since this is the fourth time I’ve had a similar bad experience with the front desk staff I’m assuming many more may have the same experience and I would hope a manager would review the calls and Re-train on customer service.

This is not a walk in place for COVID testing, as it says on the website. You have to wait in your vehicle and attempt to get through to someone who will schedule you (I called nonstop for almost 30 minutes, but was also competing with EVERYONE else in the parking lot). I ended up leaving. Im not sure why people couldnt leave their information with someone and be put on a list to be called when registration was ready. It was very disorganized.

This place is a joke, I called when in parking lot they told me a couple in front of me should be not to long 45 min….. ya 3 hours later sitting in my car what a joke. Horrible communication. If they had been honest I’d never stayed. I absolutely would not go here!

I went in to urgent care for an appropriate urgent care reason, a rash (some people dont really know if they should call their doctor, go or UC or be at the ER ... ). I had a bit of a wait but the staff was doing what they could with the large influx of patients lining up. I was treated with care and listened to and felt respected by all staff.Give your health care team a break and be kind. They are all over worked with no end in sight.I even got a follow up call at the end of the day to give me some labs I had to go elsewhere to have done but doc made sure to touch base with me before she left with the faxed results.I have been to this location 4 times in 5 years. There is a reason I go back, I appreciate the care offered here.

Youll be waiting 2+ hours to get any attention to your medical needs. Staff seem unorganized with their own processes. Save yourself from going here and find another urgent care service provider who will respect your time and medical needs.To the owners: You keep saying in follow up for reviews that youll use the feedback to help your business, but that doesnt seem to be case. Your staff made up excuses and lied for the poor processes in place. Also, you should let whoever manages the COVID-19 information for the state to update that you need an appointment here to get a test. False information, poor processes, and mismanagement across the board.

It took 30 minutes just to register. 30 minutes. We ended up leaving and taking my son somewhere else. We were in and seen by North Memorial urgent care in minutes. They had no problems registering us. It took 30 seconds. Ill never go there again.

Got to this place over 1 hour before closing time. I called (as directed on the signs of their doors) before entering, a woman asked me what my issue was, (i am dying with a probable UTI right now and i am desperate because these are so painful, (I expressed this) she then put me on hold, then after putting me on hold told me “due to Covid and influx of people we cannot see you today you can come back tomorrow” i asked her “you really can’t see me today i got here early enough to treat a UTI (takes ONE SWAB) AND THEIR PARKING LOT IS EMPTY. So much for med “express”. This place is garbage and so are the employees. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OR IF YOU ARE SUFFERING. Don’t waste ur time coming here. Zero stars.

I have a very bad experienced today with the staff from the receptionist to the HP. I took my son for sport exam at around 0830 they told me it full with morning registration and the receptionist refused to tell me time to come back. So I waited in the parking lot for 3 + hours . when I called to register, I was told again that they are full with afternoon registration. I told them this is unfair. They finally got me but then the Health Provider (HP) was very unprofessional, did not talked or ask us any question he just used stethoscope to check my son LS less than a sce after that he told us he needs to stamp the forms and bring them back. He returned with the forms and there were no stamps only his signature not his name as the form indicated. I personal will never go to this place again for any care. Hope this issue will resolve. Thank!

Drove in looking for urgent care on a Saturday night around 1730 at the advisement of a Virtuwell Clinician. Had to call in to the clinic from the parking lot. I could tell right away the person who answered was not in a good mood, gave me the usual greeting and from there on was very short with me. I tried explaining my situation but was cut off mid sentence and told they were too busy to see me right now and to come back at 1930. Sure, I could have gone back, but I felt the care I would receive may be subpar. Obviously this clinic is not staffed appropriately if their employees are stressed enough to behave this way. Due to unprofessional nature of this encounter I believe I will not be attempting to go here in the future.

Where to start.....go anywhere else but here for COVID test.....2 hours plus.....then they also tell you they need to check your vitals.....MAYBE STATE THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE AND INCLUDE THAT IN YOURPROCEDURES WHEN PEOPLE CALL

Came for a covid test (yay negative) and had a great experience. The staff were so nice and I have so much respect for frontline workers like them!

Do not go here for a Drug test for a new job!!!! I had to sit and drink which was fine, but then when I finally had to use the bathroom after an hour, for the test I waited over 20 minutes while they took someone else in front of me for his test, so I was almost in tears just waiting to use the bathroom for the test! I had no choice but to wait otherwise it was an automatic fail. Super unprofessional, and the one older woman was very rude! Also the MD wasnt even wearing a mask at the computer station! Sitting and charting without a mask. Ive heard and read several bad reviews about this Andover location and I just got confirmation that its all accurate! Im in the medical field myself and understand things are busy but there needs to be better management of patients and their time/needs. If you are under staffed, then figure it out.

I called the night before to see if there were any appointments available and I was told it was walk-in and first come, first serve. When I got there, right before the doors opened, the parking lot was full and I started calling. I couldnt get through to an actual person for 25 minutes and I didnt see a single person get helped/covid tested; although when I walked in to talk to the woman at the front desk she did answer the phone RIGHT at that moment, so I suppose someone did get helped. Very poor communication, I left after 30 minutes and got an appointment somewhere else.

Just went in for a simple drug screening and the lady preparing my test was talking so quickly and demanding as if she hated her job. Also felt accused as if I was going to cheat my screening test. She talked so quick I didn’t even understand most of what she said. Although Front desk, lady with the strong accent was very nice and helpful.

Update: Changed from 1-star to 5 due to a call from the doctor explaining the situation. Turns out they were having technical difficulties with connecting to Zoom with their iPads. They called my home, and were able to find a device to reach out to me and do the virtual appointment.A bit disappointed. Called to make an appointment at 2:00pm, waited on hold for 10 minutes. After that, all seemed to be good, and had the virtual appointment scheduled for 3:00pm. Was in the virtual waiting room at 2:50pm. Got a call on my cell confirming my 3:00pm appointment at 3:15pm. Now 4:15pm, MedExpress is closed, and the doctor still hasnt shown up for the virtual appointment. I have no way to contact them to see if they are still showing up, as each of the numbers provided are now stating that they are closed.I typically do my best to not give negative feedback, but this time I it really needed to be done. No one should have to sit in a waiting room for close to 90 minutes, without someone reaching out to them letting them know whats going on.

I would not recommend going here. The wait was terrible! The staff was incredibly slow. Even delivery of test results took way too long.

Sent here for simple 10 panel drug screen..went in to register and was told wait time was around 1 hour..went to festival food and sat in car for over two hours..not acceptable..never told what extra delay was.. definitely would not recommend that s MedExpress in Andover to anyone.

Says no appointment required for covid tests but when you arrive you have to call a phone number that is always busy.

Sure you can go here for your covid test but save yourself 2 hours of wait time and schedule at cvs or Walgreens drive through on-line. Nothing went smoothly. The phone wait time was 34 minutes just to register, we watched people arrive after us and leave before we even got to get into the lobby, finally after calling 1 hour into the wait time in the parking lot- we finally had a phone triage. Then we were allowed to come in and wait in the lobby and then finally got roomed. 1:39 minutes later finally in a room. Got the swab. Now 15 minutes for the results and the provider update. From the arrival time to check out time it was 2 hours and 10 minutes. I think they are good at what they do but the process is very inefficient. Perhaps having additional people at the front desk to register people or just plain more organization would be very helpful in getting the bad review scores up.

The best costumer service ever!! Today was absolutely packed but they had the best attitude. We were treated so kindly. Thank you staff! If you want to get tested I recommend showing up very early & get a good parking spot.

Horrible!!! Rude staff. Told to wait in my car to get registered but I waited in my car for an hour and a half and watched multiple people drive up and walk in and be seen and leave before I was even called to check in. I called multiple times while waiting and was told some one will call me and I have to wait.Also, the first time I went there 2 weeks ago, I called ahead of time to ask if they do covid testing and they said yes just be here by 6pm because that’s when we take our last covid patient. I got there at 5:30 pm and called and they said “Im sorry we just seen our last covid patient for the day”. Don’t know why I tried this place a second time.

Very unprofessional and their hours posted are only for certain services. I called and was told I had to be there by 7:30 in order to have my test done, arrived before 7:30 and they told me it couldn’t be done, after I told them I had called they finally let me take the test

I would highly recommend this place me and my family got our Covid test done and the staff was kind and friendly. They had our results back within 20 minutes. It was our first time and I was extremely nervous and the nurse was patient and understanding and told me not to worry we will be fine. we are Covid free and grateful for the nurses and the doctors for dedicating their time to serve the people.

The staff is great but the process is ridiculous and upper management needs to correct this. There should be testing in the vehicle or right in the entry to minimize exposure AND efficiency. We have been waiting over an hour for our appointment and the staff apologized and said positive covid rooms need to be vacant for 45 minutes. Can someone in upper management explain why they run it like this? Why don’t you listen to the staff working and stop changing the process everyday so they can do their jobs efficiently???

Very disappointing, I was sent here for a drug test I was told to call from the parking lot to let them know that I was there, no appointment was necessary to make. So I did call and I was told that one person was ahead of me, but I saw like 10 people went in before me, I couldnt understand how this work... in the meantime I had to wait more than an hour outside almost pissing my pants and I was never called...until I couldnt hold it anymore so I decided to call them to ask when was my turn and the lady told me that almost there, this was the usual waiting time for drug test..... (I have done this test in other clinics thousand times in my life and the most I have spend in the process is 15 minutes with/without appointments out of the door)This place should be called MedDelays instead of MedExpressDrug Test Suggestions: be ready to dont pee anytime time soon.

I went here to get COVID tested after 3 people tested positive at work. I waited maybe an hour total, but the staff was INCREDIBLE! The nurses were incredibly polite and helpful. The doctor walked me through what the test would be like and assured me I would be okay even if I tested positive. Overall the bedside manner was so kind and comforting. I would go here again, and recommend it to anyone!

Very rude and unprofessional staff. I called and asked to confirm their hours and was told if I couldnt make it by 7:30, they would not administer the test. I showed up at 7:20 and they said they still couldnt do the test because it was too late. After telling them I called, they asked if I had to pee in front of the whole lobby, then told me to wait for two people ahead of me (apparently they can only take 1 at a time for testing) and repeatedly yelled from the back asking if I needed water. Very unprofessional

Would have given one start if it werent for the fact that MOST of the staff (with the exception of one) was very nice. However, a lot of their advertising for Covid testing is false. You DO need and appointment (you wait in line in the morning for a time slot), it is NOT a drive through testing site, they will treat you like an urgent care visit, and they advertise testing for all patients yet I could hear one of their employees criticizing my choice to get tested to the other employees while I was in the next room.

Very very long wait, can be over 3hours. Bad client services, long long wait and they never call their client to apologize for the long wait! Do not get your drug test done here.

Unacceptable wait times. Told 45 minutes and turned into 2 hours and each time i called they said a few more minutes.

My son gets his earaches in threes. Same symptoms every time and we were trying to avoid the fever stage. I knew he had the beginning of an ear ache, but by the time we decided not to wait many places were closed! We found Med Express! It was 7pm on Halloween and everyone was so nice, and I didn’t feel like a total inconvenience! Dr. Syrjohn was education, compassionate, and caring. I even got a follow up call two days later asking how my son was feeling! This will be where I go from now on!

Rude staff. I called first thing in the morning to see if I needed to make an appointment, the lady who answered was laughing when she answered the call. I was told I needed to call them while I was in the parking lot to get my spot in line. When I got there I called, they said it would be a 45mins to and hour, which was fine. I started noticing them letting people in that got there well after me. So after waiting for an hour already I decided to call them again, they said I’d be next. When I got in I had to deal with a rude staff member who told me they tried calling be a couple times, which was bs cause they would have left a voicemail. If you’re given the option to go here, go somewhere else.

Would like to review but been stuck in a holding loop for 30 minutes, couldnt even get away from the initial greeting. Then listened to a message saying they have a high call volume for a while, now Im bounced out and cant get transferred back.Finally go though to someone and the line was immediately disconnected. Went back on hold for over a half hour and was told they only had one test left at 7:30 PM.I get it, but please expand your capacity and fix your systems. The demand is really high. Also update your site please, drove 30 miles yesterday to be told your website was incorrect.

Would be 0 stars if possible. Im at the parking lot right now and called ahead for an appointment. The recording informed me that I should refer to the website for the protocol for testing and admission. The website for this location stated that drive in COVID tests were available. Once I got here and called, I was rudely informed that appointments were required and none were available. I asked about their website and they said, yeah, thats wrong and abruptly hung up. So here I am with a sick 4 year old with no clear next steps.

Website states no appointment needed for COVID testing so I missed work to bring my daughter to get tested. Called when I got in the parking lot and the lady on the phone asked if I had an appointment. I stated No as the website says you do not need one. She said they were aware of what the website said but that it was wrong and they were unable to test my daughter today. Very frustrating as I drove an hour to be tested here and am out of work until the test can be completed. Please fix your website as it looks like many people have had this issue.

This is a Fantastic place to seek care in a time of need. The clinic is quick and a great value over going to ER or many of the other urgent care options out there and they have a full team unlike other pharmacy clinics. The facility is clean and bigger than you would expect on the inside. Thanks for the great care!

I called 43 times trying get through to get an appointment for a covid test. I finally was able to talk to someone and they said they were on a pause and to call back at 2:00pm. Called precisely at 2 and was told they were full for the day and I would have to call back in the morning. When I told the lady that I had called earlier and they said to call back at 2 she said they were full. Then she hung up on me when I was talking! This place is terrible!

Checked website for covid testing, and it says no appointment needed, same day testing etc.. showed up, called # to register on building and they say I have to show up early next day. I get that this is new, and demand is high, but the website needs to change, and perhaps set up appointments VS first come first serve. Itll be more organized.

They tell you to drive in and follow the signs for covid testing on their website. You get there, their phones don’t work. Then they tell you that you need an appointment. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a med express.

One of the worst place to try and call. Tried to call at 8 right when they opened. Called 50 times with a busy signal or “phones are busy.” response. They either need more people working the phones or a better phone system.. TERRIBLE!!

Wanted to get a Covid test, talked with them the night before and they said I could call from home in the morning and get scheduled. When I called the next morning (after waiting on hold for 40 minutes), they told me I needed to call from the parking lot. So, drove to the location, and tried calling in. An hour and 15 minutes later I FINALLy get through to talk to someone and they are booked up for the day.Complete BS and a ridiculous way to run their operation. I wouldn’t go back to this place if I was bleeding out of every orifice and puking my guts out. Stay away.

This clinic is a JOKE. Was called in at 2:11. Swab took all of 5 minutes then I was told just wait here and your results will be ready in 15 minutes, it has now been over a half an hour Im still waiting, but I can hear all the staff talking about playing words with friends.Edit: I wrote this while still waiting. I was called in at 2:11 and didnt leave until 3:20, not sure why something that takes 15 minutes took an hour. Maybe if the staff actually worked this would be an alright place to go.

Had such a great experience here. I was in the Rogers area and needed to be tested for covid, I tried calling a different place and was on hold forever, then called MEDExpress and they answered right away. I drove over, got checked in and everything went really smoothly. They were all super kind too, I highly recommend going here! Thanks again!

I was hopeful because the people I had talked to on the phone, and the nurse who came to my car to take my vitals were all very kind. Idk the position of the woman who came out to talk about my diagnosis and treatment. She was so rude, I am still appalled. She implied I was lying that I always get fevers with sinus infections.. even though I do. She was mad that I would “disregard that my symptoms were Covid” ummm no! That is your job, I was only telling her what I thought it was. Nobody that works in health care should be so condescending towards patients. I will never be back.

Called told me covid test was pull up park in line and u would get a number to be tested. Showed up at 630 am waited in line. At 745 people got out of their cars lined at door not 6 feet apart for covid testing and all of us in our cars in line got nothing. When I questioned it I was told to leave or they would call the cops. When I called they hung up on me and would not answer my questions I called corporate and was told computers r down call beck in 3 hours will never use them again

Ive been here 3 times total. We never found anyone to be rude, maybe like quick and efficient, and very busy, but not rude.

The advertised convenience is not as posted online, the cube side service is subpar, the staff is rude over the phone, I have ben waiting over the suggested timeline to receive my test results back with no word, and there is no way of contacting any one from LabCorp to help.I would not go this is clinic if you need timely convent testing completed.

Waited 1hr 40 mins was told it was a 45 min wait for a drug test that. Only took 5 minutes to get the drug test pee done and I was off. Wasted my time. Dont recommend go to another place for drug test

Went to this clinic this morning and I give it high marks. The test were taken properly and they were very thorough. The facilities were very nice. All in all a pleasant experience.

Similar to other reviewers, arrived on site at 9am for the drive up covid testing and called the number once in the lot like instructed. Was on hold for 20 mins before getting transferred to a line that didnt exist, then called back and waited another 25 mins for the lady to say I need to come back in the morning and make an appointment. Waiting 45 mins to say they are booked is unacceptable. They need a better way to communicate to people looking to get tested. Website is unclear on what to do. I understand they are busy but communication and direction there is terrible.

Rude staff, came there with a broken leg, went in to grab a wheelchair and get in because it was icy out and didnt want to fall again, met with a rude staff telling me I cannot be in there without calling first.(I was only sitting in the divided enterance piece Even when I had a mask on. I thought urgent care was to help people.

I have called 15 times trying to schedule a covid test and each time the voicemail says after 3 seconds that no one has picked up. The website is very unclear on how to make appointments and clearly based on these reviews they don’t take walk ins.

Got to the Andover facility about 4:15 and was done with mywmy covid test in about 30 minutes. There were 3 other cars ahead of me. The staff was very thorough and friendly, and very informative. Great job!

If you are a health care worker in need of covid test....DO NOT go to med express. It took 9 days to get results.I had a frustrating experience. Test was done wrong. I wasted my time, my money, and potentially exposed people at home and work while I waited 9 days for my inaccurate test results.With all that said , after the second time I called to speak to the manager with my concerns , he was very kind, listened, and was pro active to fix the problem.

Best healthcare staff I have experienced in such a long time! I came in for covid testing and starting with the lady on the phone my experience was great- she answered in one ring both times and i called and was very upbeat, helpful and friendly. Then I come in to get the test done- and both the nurses that came out to my car (in 90 degree heat In head to toe PPE mind you) were in such good spirits and so nice and helpful. They didn’t make me feel rushed or like I was an annoyance at all. All in all their covid testing process was so easy and fast and the staff were so nice and helpful despite the conditions they have to deal with. Thank you for your service and care, you all are GREATLY appreciated :)

If I could give negative stars I would. I went in with a few concerns and Dr. Wade Crews was quick to tell me I had the flu and overlooked the rash I’ve had and now it is worse. Go into allina today and they are almost certain it’s chickenpox. They actually cared and did tests on me unlike this Dr.Crews did and that is unfortunate because i felt rushed thru the whole thing and he’s was quick in and out and told me it’s the flu. And ITS NOT

I was just about to wait 90 minutes at the Minute Clinic and remembered MedExpress. It was very clean and everyone was very professional. There as no wait. I was taken care of right away. I was very impressed. My only negative to say was my prescription was given to me. Most prescriptions that are not narcotics are sent electronically. I had to wait in line at the pharmacy for an extra ten minutes versus it just being sent over electronically. Hoping they will go electronic:) I would recommend this place. I was able to get my flu shot at the same time so it was nice to get it out of the way.

Always quick and efficient. I love the staff and service. Stop waiting so long at other drop in clinics. These guys are the best.

Was pleasantly surprised with this urgent care! All the staff I encountered, front desk, nurse/medical assistant and CNP were excellent communicators, cared for me well and we were of good humor. I was offered a wait time expectation without asking (which was cut in 1/2), had a nurse with high EQ —Elsa for the win, her quick white and fun personality helped take my mind off my ailments and appreciated how intuitive and helpful the CNP was. He took time to talk through symptoms, asked about other symptoms that he noticed just based on my body language and appreciated all of his offerings of ways we could tackle my care. I felt empowered, heard and, as I said, cared for well.I drove 20 mins extra because their reviews had 1/2 star more than others near me that were open on a Sat night. Based on my experience, should be a 5 star rating.

I drove over from another clinic that had an hour wait because I was told there was no wait here. I was the only patient in the clinic when I arrived yet it took an unusual amount of time to finally be called back and be seen. They said they were having problems with the computer. Staff was very professional and nice though.

From the phone call, to the front desk, to the RN, to the doc, all stars! Seriously, I was in and out so fast and these people seemed like they’ve known me for years; super friendly, caring, concerned, explained everything great. If I could give more stars, I would.

Stayed open late when I was short of breath. NP was professional, quickly diagnosed my issue and sent me on my way. Entire staff was pleasant and professional and didnt show the least annoyance when I kept them all there after hours. Will definitely be back. Dont listen to the whiner reviews, if someones not happy with this places services theyre impossible to please.

Only waited 30 mins to be seen, went in to the room to be seen by the doctor, he came in didnt wash his hands, came right up and started touching my face. when i told him that there were spots on the back of my throat (thinking strep) he started arguing with me saying he didnt see any, pretty much making me feel dumb. He made a big seen about it before i finally just agreed with him so i could leave. probably wont be going back.

They tell you to call in the morning to schedule an appointment but then they dont answer. If you do manage to get through it will ring until they hang-up on you.

Always in and out quickly. Kind staff. Have not used my clinic urgent care since I found this place. I have 4 children so this is my go to.

It was Christmas eve and my son had a fever and was sick. We went to our normal urgent care in Andover first and it was a 3 hour wait and FULL of sick people. Yuck. I remembered med express and was hoping they were open, and luckily they were! I was impressed immediately at the place. It was very clean and every staff member we encountered were very nice and caring despite it being Christmas eve and probably wishing they were with family instead! I will not hesitate to go here for our urgent care needs in the future. Thank you!

When in yesterday for a drug (5:45)was told by the receptionist that it would be a 30 minute wait which would be acceptable only problems is I set waiting to be seen until 7:00 with a total of 3-4 people in the waiting room. Needless to say it was the worst experience ever. I feel bad for the people who are sick going there. You will be seen quicker going to the ER on a Friday night.

Total waste of time to go to this place. 1st time I went in with tonsillitis the doctor told me I had acid reflux. I tried to explain why that wasnt possible, and she literally just spoke louder than I was able to(with my throat in poor condition) and stomped out. I had to go to an actual doctor the next day.

I have never seen place like this, I went for drug test, they had note that you can’t enter call first, I called busy busy finally I get their automatic service I select my selection do it again and again and they hung up on me trouble place

Always go here for urgent care. Wonderful staff. Fast treatment.
