Andover Electrology has been exactly what Ive been looking for! Wish I had started treatments long ago. Sue and Elaine are great! Office is clean and a very relaxing environment. Thorough in explaining what to expect and how laser works. Highly recommend. Even the office staff is great :-)

I’ve been coming to her for the past 4-5 years and have been amazed by results, hospitality and just the simple fact that there are still good people out there who care and puts your best interest first! She is the best in the business and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

This is the best place to go for anti-aging services. The laser facials are wonderful. I saw results right away after my first and second facials. Cant wait to go again!! Susan is incredible! Love this place!!

I purchased a tattoo removal service from this shop as a gift for my dad. They took great care of him, made him very comfortable, and most importantly provided him excellent quality service. In one session his tattoo is significantly faded. He is going back in four weeks for a second session. I initially came to Andover Electrology because I bought a Groupon for very inexpensive tattoo removal. I was super excited because I had a ghastly tattoo on my left upper arm that I wanted removed and the price met my budget.Now mind you, I am giving this a one star review because after having come here for a total of 6 treatments, during one of the sessions, the technician used too high of a setting, causing my skin to burn and as a result, I now have a raised scar on my arm. See picture.With that said, my experience at the studio itself wasnt entirely terrible. They were friendly enough and always prompt with getting me in for an appointment, however, the results of my tattoo removal were sub par. There was some fading of my tattoo, but it was minimal and considering I had already spent 6 appointments here and not seeing the results that I was expecting, I started to explore tattoo removal closer to where I live.It was at a different facility that I learned that the mark on my arm was actually a scar and was permanent. Sure, you get an inexpensive tattoo removal at andover electrology but if you get a scar like I did and you want that removed, its going to be a lot more money, which is the boat Im in right now.Re: high setting. After the the tattoo removal, the skin bubbled up and blistered, which up to that point, hadnt happened before. I was worried naturally but I just thought it was part of the process and several weeks after I showed up for another appointment and explained what happened. The technician never acknowledged that this was a mistake and that I would have a permanent scar. Indeed, she carried on like it was completely fine and proceeded with the appointment.Ive had 5 additional treatments at a different facility and Im happy to say that Ive seen much better results of tattoo removal. The results I was really hoping to see at andover electrology. Unfortunately, this was not my experience and I will now have to have laser treatments for the scarring.The picture attached with this review was taken after my 6 treatments here but before I went to the new facility. Not only does it show limited fading of the ink, but it illustrates the raised, white scarring. Again, this is not what good tattoo removal does.I am sharing this review because I really feel that people should be informed when it comes to the quality of tattoo removal here. Given that this scarring took place over a year ago, I can only hope that they have learned from their mistakes and now take every precaution to ensure this doesnt happen to anyone else.

I should have written a review a long time ago. My boyfriend was burned by Sue doing a laser is removable I was seeing Sue’s son Bryan for laser on my face for brown spots my skin is in absolute mess and has been since I left there not sure I will ever get my skin straightened out also not sure if Brian was even licensed to do laser I did about eight treatments my skin is worse than it ever was I’ve been told the ladies it was too high and people with all of the skin can be tricky and only someone with experience should do it. Funny when I called Sue to find out what kind of laser exactly they did on my face and she insisted I called her back and not leave a message letting me know as I didn’t really want to speak with her. I am planning to see what my recourse is after meeting with a specialist today I’ve been dealing with skin issues because of this for four years tell me how one gets licensed to B and electrolysis when they’ve spent 10 years in jail Big mistake letting him do the laser or even going there to begin with

Susan Ellis is hands down the best in hair removal and tattoo removal I have ever seen(Im sure her other procedures are a 10 out of 10 this is based on my experience with what I needed done). I had shopped around. I talked with other MedSpas when I had moved back here to Andover after a long time with what I thought was the best spa in California for laser hair removal. Im a male that just hates shaving daily so Susan performed laser hair removal on my face to end it.Besides a laser whiz, she genuinely cares about your concerns not dollar signs and a factory like ideal image, you feel good going there. Her equipment is the best available too. Results were on par with our treatment and I would never, never think of going to anyone else coast to coast.One day while I was waiting for my appt there was a medium-dark skin man with a black ink tattoo to be removed and it was his first session. No not racist, if you know anything about laser procedures, it can affect your skin due to the amount of pigment it naturally has. I saw the before, and then he walked out with it barely visible.Her prices well undercut the competition for the same results if not better. If youre in the area, this is THE place to make your go-to.

I bought a coupon on Groupon for a laser facial , my first time buying on Groupon !!It was the best thing I ever did!! I love the owner Sue and Elaine , they are so nice and professional , they actually care about my face and how I look !!They are honest and very accommodating, they understand sometimes life gets in the way and I have to change appointments , they will fit me in when I ask for a specific time , they go out of their way for their clients !!!! I will never stop going there !!!Also I get a lot of compliments on my skin and I tell everyone about them !!Thank you Sue !!!!

Susan messed me up bad on a tattoo remover, after around 10 appointments and hundreds spent she decided the ink looked like it changed color and she was going to use a different laser, she totally destroyed my skin, left me with one big scar, then when she bandaged me up she put tape all over the area she just worked, when i took the bandage off i ripped layers of skin off which left even deeper scaring, she used the wrong laser and had the machine up too high and couldnt even put the bandage on properly, and the whole time she was commenting on how she was having difficulty seeing.In response to Susans reply. Going somewhere else is about the only thing i couldve done to avoid the problem

I have seen Susan at Andover Electroloy and Lazer for multiple treatments. Her and professional and knowledgeable approach in explaining the risks and benefits of each procedure was impress.However it was Susans kind and gentle manner that put me most at ease.I highly recommend this center.
