Everyone in her office is super nice. Ive been with Dr. Duffy for 18 yrs and she is one of the easiest people to talk to.

Dr. Duffy is the most compassionate, caring doctor that I have met in a long time. Being gay, its been hard to find a PCP who is not judgemental. If you have a question and she does not the answer, she will research it and find the answer for you.

Ive been a patient for a few years but mostly go to an emergency room for care because she is terrible. Dr. Duffy has given me the wrong diagnosis multiple times, clearly doesnt listen when you tell her your symptoms, and will not return any calls for days. Even urgent matters, or test results, this doctor could care less. Im shocked shes still able to practice medicine. Run really fast from anything involving her care. How is this woman able to provide medical advice?!!!

Dr Duffy is a terrible doctor. If anyone gave her more than 1 star she definitely told them to. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Dr. Duffy has been my PCP for less than 1 month at Comm. Med. Ctr. on Haverhill St. in Andover MA, and I refuse to go back. Dr. Duffy insisted I come in for an appointment despite me having an appointment with a specialist the following week; that was scheduled to do the same exact invasive procedure that she wanted to do today. Dr. Duffy tried bullying and then shaming me. She gave me no other options or medical advise besides this appointment will be noted as a cancellation. As I left the consult room she slammed the door similar to child having a temper tantrum. BUYER BEWARE for those so called medical professionals that do not respect their patients concerns and lack professionalism when they do not get their way.

Every time I go in, I end up waiting an hour after my appointment time before I actually see the doctor. Then, when I actually see her she has no idea why Im there even if shes the one who asked me to come in for a follow-up. Overall, they give patients the impression that they just dont care. If you have better insurance than I do, go somewhere else!
