Dr Ryan DeSantis is awesome! He listens and explains what he is doing and why he is doing it. So glad I chose to go to him and I trust him completely.

I have been to several Chiropractors in my long adult life, but hadnt been to one in several years and I was in bad need for help for especially my Siatica, pain and numbness down my right leg and into my foot! I had put of looking for another Chiropractor for several years due to other health issues and surgeries! I heard about Dr. Jamie and called in desperate need of pain relief! I went in barely able to move without pain! My first treatment was great relief and he was very gentle with this old body! Very kind, caring and listens to my gripes and complaints at every visit! And when he was gone a couple of times and Dr. Ryan did his magic, although different to me in a way was still very helpful! Both are very knowledgeable, very helpful and very caring about your every needs! The staff has been very pleasant and helpful in all our dealings! Im very grateful to everyone there!

This isnt necessarily a review for the center itself but for the administrative staff. Through an unfortunate google mix-up I made an appointment at the Andover, KANSAS spine and health center rather than the Andover, MASSACHUSETTS spine and health center. The folks at the KS center though were very helpful and responsive about appointment set-up and insurance, and were also quite good sports when I realized my very large geographic error. If I ever find myself in Andover, KS and needing chiropractic care, I know where Ill go!

10/10 Very professional and personal at the same time. Dr. Jamie reviewed my health history and taught me about my conditions more than previous doctors. My back and TMJ is improving significantly and I would recommend this place to anyone.

The people in this clinic are very caring and helpful. Dr. Steinmetz is the best. He is the only one that has been able to help me keep my back from putting me down.

I always get the best treatment! I usually see Dr. Jamie, but when he’s unavailable, have also seen Dr. Ryan. Both are very knowledgeable and efficient. I also like that they both have a great patient rapport and take the time to get to know the individual as well as the issues they’re having.

I have been to many chiropractors in my day and this is the only one I’ve been to where my condition has improved. Dr Jamie gives direction on things to work on daily to help support adjustments and make progress in improving overall health. I would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Andover Spine & Health! After reviewing my records Dr Jamie informed me of my 2 bulging disks not previously identified. He immediately started decompression therapy & it was the best relief of pain for my scoliosis & bulging disks that I ever had! Dr Jamie & staff are very friendly, always cheerful, & always right on schedule. Dr. Jamie gets to know his patients & is very personable.

My entire family has been coming to see Jamie for the last couple of years for acupuncture and chiropractic services. He has rehabbed us from car accident injuries, sports injuries, realignments, built a preventive maintenance plan and administered acupuncture. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in detail making you feel comfortable. The staff is very accommodating in getting you in for appointments. I originally visited Dr. Steinmetz seeking help to reduce/eliminate the excruciating and debilitating pain between my neck and shoulder blades in July 2017. With his expertise, he not only reduced but eliminated my pain completely. I am still seeing Jamie monthly for preventive and general spine maintenance and alighnment.The professional, curteous and friendly attention is wonderful and makes for very pleasant appointments.

Not your average turn and burn chiropractor. Very professional, informative, thorough and caring. Dr. Ryan brought some things to my attention that I wasnt even aware of. Dr. Ryan gave me a workout plan for the next month so I dont injury my back, neck or knees. Adjusted neck, upper back, ribs, hip and knee. I highly recommend going to see Andover spine and health. 10/10. I’ve been seeing Dr. Jamie Stinemetz for about a year, and in all the chiropractors I’ve seen in my life, I have never met a chiropractor I would recommend as highly. Dr. Jamie was surprisingly, deeply knowledgeable about my medical issues (beyond usual chiropractic needs) and has understood my body’s needs in light of that. He has helped me many times when I was desperate for relief. He’s also answered many questions and advised on next steps for best care. The office help is always nice via phone, email, and in person. And the space itself is clean and bright.

This is a pleasant looking establishment. The front staff was courteous, Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the arrogant and inconsiderate chiropractor.I would like to warn anyone concern with Covid-19 or any other contagious disease to BRING your own sanitizers for the exam tables and counter tops. Also bring an xtra mask for the chiropractor as he will NOT wear one unless you provide it for him.He doesn’t believe in Covid-19 prevention nor the science around it. Frankly this surprised me since his profession is supported by the same science he denies.I witness no sanitation after clients exited the exam room nor were we screened for symptoms.My concerns come from loosing family and friends to this disease. Please keep this in mind should you choose this establishment.

Dr Jamie is a great chiropractor. He is knowledgeable and empathetic. I always know I will feel better instantly. He has a great love of his profession and of his patients.

Dr. Ryan De Santis Is a very pleasant and highly skilled doctor of activator method chiropractic. I’m comparing him to my brother who has 25+ years of experience with activator. He is thorough and efficient with the activator method which is very effective at diagnosing and treating the specific alignment problems in the spine and other parts of the body as well. I have only been to see Dr Stinemetz twice and I believe that there is already some signs of improvement. I was a little hesitant having never been to a chiropractor before, but he explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood what he was going to do and why before making any adjustments. The office personnel were also extremely professional and very helpful in getting the appointments setup and in resolving an insurance question that arose.

Customer Service skills lacking at best.I contacted this place looking to possibly find a chiropractor that was a little bit closer to me since mine is in a different city but great and almost ready to retire. I contacted this office and the lady that was talking to me on the phone set up a new patient appointment for the following Monday. She then told me to go out to this web site and fill out a bunch of paperwork beforehand.I asked the lady to hold on and repeat the address so I could make sure that I got to the page correctly and was typing it right. She told me I needed to hurry up because she wasnt even supposed to be on the phone. This was irritating to me.I looked and was basically filling out all of their patient profile information for them, which depending on your feelings of internet privacy can be either good or bad.In the mean time, I contacted a different chiropractor almost next door to this one and they had no problems getting me an appointment for an even earlier date, and seemed genuinely glad to welcome me as a customer period. It was not like I was a bother to them.I decided at this point that I was going to go to the other chiropractor instead so I called this one back to cancel my appointment. When the lady (I am not sure if it was the same one or not) answered and I told her that I was cancelling my appointment and gave her my name; I expected that they may ask me why a new potential first time patient was cancelling and was trying to figure out a polite way to tell them, but she did not seem to care and just was like Ok, it is cancelled.So I guess that me as a potential customer to them is not a big deal. I dont suppose that they will miss me, and they may be the best in the business, but I guess I wont know.

The atmosphere of this office is exceptional! Dr. Ryan takes the care, welfare and well-being of his patients very, very personally. I have seen and continue to see Dr. Ryan. He makes it a point to thoroughly explain every aspect of my physical situation, including images and Xrays, explained in terms that I can understand. He also thoroughly explains every aspect of what he is doing and why before he does it.I am a VERY active 48-year-old man, and to be honest, I went in with fairly low expectations as to how it would affect how I feel and address a couple of issues I was facing with my arm, shoulder and back. I have felt better than I have in a few years, and I never imagined a Chiropractor could fix what was going on with my arm & shoulder, but is now PERFECT! I had no idea how many physical issues can be helped AND prevented by a good, professional Chiropractor! Andover Spine and Health has completely changed my mind about this profession!I absolutely recommend this practice to anyone! I love the atmosphere, the support staff and the docs. The environment is also warm, welcoming and disarming (if you come in with any nervousness about treatment).

I was in pain for 3 years before finding Dr. Ryan. I had been to another chiropractor and medical doctor and physical therapy. After 3 or 4 visits, I was completely out of pain. I cant say enough good things about him!

This part of the review is for the BIG & TALL patients and former athletes. Dr. Jamie is hands down the best. Ive had three other Chiropractors work on me, which is no easy task. Im 64, 300 lbs. Its hard to find a strong enough chiropractor to work on you. Dr. Jamie does so with ease. Or at least he makes it look easy. I walked out of his office and noticed a huge difference immediately in my neck and back.Review for all: Friendly receptionists. Short wait time. Free coffee while you wait. Welcoming atmosphere and smiles all around. Dr. Jamie and Dr. Ryan are both great and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable about the body. They can pinpoint exactly where you are in pain, tell you why its causing you pain, and help you understand how to make wholistic changes on a path to fix the issue as well as better overall health. Though wholistic health takes time, you will notice a difference immediately.If you try these guys first you will quickly realize there is no reason to go anywhere else.
