Ive only been seeing Sarah for a couple of months, but the change I have seen is amazing. I feel more in touch with my body, and I feel more relaxed and unstuck. Sarah has a talent for creating a safe, welcoming space, and she finds pain areas I didnt even know I had. Her work has been a big part of my healing process. Thank you, Sarah!!

I have been going to Marya for Myofascial Release for almost 2 years. She is an amazing healer and person! I highly recommend this treatment. It is extremely relaxing. You will love Marya and the way you feel when you leave after a session! 10 stars!!
