Absolutely loved my experience here! It was only my second time getting my nails done and I asked for acrylic with a specific design in mind. The guy, his name is Aaron (or Erin, whichever way it’s spelled) told me that it was going to be expensive and even helped me find a much cheaper alternative because my nails were already long and healthy. That already showed me he wasn’t trying to be greedy for money like some other businesses.He was very careful and caring about how my nails came back and made my time there enjoyable. He got done fast but did not rush messily. Overall, this place will definitely become my go-to, definitely deserves the 5 stars!! 😊

If you go there, only ask for Aaron. While hes a true professional, his other technicians are obviously not well-trained. Just got a new set of acrylic nails yesterday that are so ugly Im embarrassed to show my hands. Shape is flat, wide, thick --cheap and fake looking-- even though I kept telling the technician the shape was not good. I wont be back!

Made an apt. thinking I’d have a better chance of not having as much of a wait. Forget it! 45+ minutes waiting & still no service. Canceled & left. Will try another salon for future apt.

I visited a week ago after searching for a place to get my nails done - Id driven by other places and they would look too crowded or they wouldnt be open. I appreciated Tip & Toes light-up window sign that said walk-ins welcome - it made me feel welcome!I got a set of acrylics done - my technician was very nice and answered all of my questions. He was also funny and clearly knew lots of the customers coming in as he would greet them very warmly as he worked! As someone with anxiety - this put me at ease. I thought the store was very clean and fairly peaceful. Masks were worn by everyone. I was in and out quickly.Want to read more? If you were wondering what my questions about acrylic nails were - it was mostly about the best shape for short acrylics. I work with pre-school aged children during the day and dont want to accidentally injury someone. I was getting my nails done because of my role as Ms. Scarlet in Muncie Civic Theaters production of Clue coming up in October and the production photos that were being taken (my normal nails are in horrible shape).

Decent price, very nice ladies during pedicure. Got my nails done, dried them 3 times and no one came over to check on us .... got ready to leave and my big toe was messed up. Couldn’t really understand them too well, they were busy and I decided not to bother them. When I got home and took off my socks and shoes my other big toe was messed up... I didn’t realize how thick she put it on... and I don’t know if I should go back and ask them to fix my toes :(

Aaron and his team are the best. I drive all the way from Fort Wayne to come here. Aaron always does a phenomenal job and has a great personality. All the services are great. I love the pedicures and dip sets the best.

This was my first time getting my nails done by a professional and Im very happy I came here! We had arrived 15 minutes earlier than our appointment was scheduled and the wait was less than 5 minutes. I wish I had known the technicians name because he was very friendly and did a wonderful job! I had shown him a photo of the design I wanted and he politely told me that they couldnt do certain things, so he offered me an alternative and it turned out even better than my original idea! And the price was very worth it. Ill definitely be coming back!

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! Went there once and never again. Debated storming into the salon and yelling to get my money back. Worker had a coke nail! And asked where I lived! Paid $40 for this trash.

WONDERFUL! I moved a hour and a half away from here, and I still drive there to get my nails done. I ride horses, therefore my nails go through A LOT. I have always had problems with nail breaking or coming detached, and with here I have NEVER had that issue. LOVE this place. Also, the main guy speaks wonderfulEnglish which is a huge bonus to me.

I absolutely love this place and refuse to go anywhere else. They are always so friendly, remember who I am, and remember what I do for a living. Theyre reasonably priced and I never mind the wait if there is one.

Brows ruined and so many excuses were made. The first time I went I outlined my brows to ensure I received the shape I wanted, the brow specialist wasnt friendly however my brows were nice. Well I made an appt. 4 weeks later get to the shop only to be told she left. They placed me with another specialist who ruined my brows. I told her I didnt like them and pointed out the areas. The original lash specialist came in the room and asked what did I do? I stated the lash specialist made the mistake. I paid and left treated unfairly. I went to the car and couldnt believe how terrible my brows looked. I went back inside after I removed the outline completely. I showed the specialist how bad they were. She told me to come back in the room instead of waxing she tweezed so that it would hurt. Showed me the mirror and they were still as bad. I will never go here again!!!!Response: the outline showed what hairs should be waxed if the outline was a problem I should have been asked to remove it the 1st time and the 2nd. The specialist exact words weredid you bring your brow pencil next time bring it with you because she wanted the area filled in since my brows were messed up. I was not an hour late I called 2 hrs. Prior and was told a timeframe to come between. She left but magically appeared when things went bad... ok

Wont be returning.. Poor service & they over charge. I came in the day before thanksgiving.. The owner did my nails ( a younger fluent english speaking guy in a hat). I was getting a full set of short acrylics (im a mom of 2 toddlers & i run a small farm so I just wanted fresh wearable nails for the holidays, they seemed to push for gel nails.. Im not sure if my choice made him think i was cheap or what but he was short & rude the entire time. My thumb was shaved too short because he was going so quickly - the acrylic was burning my nail bed & he acted like I was messing it up & told me its trying to cure then causally asked how often i get my nails done... Uhm long enough to know it should never burn....& not frequently enough to have thin nail beds. No attention to my cuticle not even oil before I washed my hands. No top clear coat of polish either my glittery nails were so textured. The polish smudged as soon as I sit under the fans, yes fan no uv lights. I then waited 30+ mins to get my eyebrows waxed.. I was originally impressed with how quickly he worked but the quality was bad some nails were thick some thin- cuticles were untouched causing immediate grow out.. there were a few fingers i felt pressure on so bad I popped the nails off a few days later because my fingers literally hurt... If you want coffin nails or longer nails they charge double.. I overheard crazy pricing and constant pushing of gel nails. They also had no matt nail colors and charge $5 for matt top coat LOL. Theyll also say those are our only colors with full crates of polishes sitting next to them. A man came in asking about gift certificates & they ignored him. He left without purchasing anything. Needless to say Ive never experienced this at any other salon, not sure if thats just how Anderson nail places are or what but this place as close as it is to my house wont be getting my money.Edit; their reply seems to take the direction that i wanted cheaper services?! Obviously didnt fully grasp the issues of their salon. If you fixed the issues youd stop getting 1 star complaints. Certain employees/owner rushes and does a poor job ontop of 0 customer service, burnt my nail bed up.. Those are the issues you should of replied about!!!

I was going to get my nails and toe nails done UNTIL i witnessed one of the employees rudely telling a customer that they werent going to do their nails today, for whatever reason. The lady was not even rude or anything ,until after he said that. But extremely rud3 and will not be getting my business.

Went in yesterday to get a full set, after they had already messed my nails up once before (my first time ever going) I thought Id give them another shot. I walked in-no one greeted me, there were only 3 customers, 2 getting a pedicures, 1 actually getting nails done. I went to the wall to pick out the colors I wanted and the gentleman doing nails simply said what do you want in an extremely rude tone. I just said a full set! And he said well itll be 45 minutes so... Like he definitely did not want my business. So I plan on never going back, thats the worst customer service Ive ever had at a nail salon. It may not sound like what he said was awful, just simply the way he said it and the looks they gave me as if it were stupid that I wanted to get my nails done is what really bothered me.

They don’t wash their hands between customers, just put on new gloves. Nail tech took another customers $ w gloves on then came to do my nails without changing them. I didn’t let him. They didn’t clean the tubs well between pedi’s either. I left w no pedi Bc it wasn’t worth the risk.

Never again!! Kids of the owners running all over the salon. Broken pedicure chair. Rushed and rude service. Definitely not a relaxing experience.

They do really good. They took their time in fixing my nails that another nail salon messed up on. They did exactly what I wanted them to do. Very professional and clean. I will continue to go back to them as they have won me over, and is a closer drive from where I live.

WORST pedicure Ive ever had. Not worth it at all! If I could give 0.5 of a star, I would. It was done by an impatient older gentleman who was rough with my feet and trimmed my nails back painfully far. Scratchy lines on my french tips and paint on my toes!
