Very pleasant folks. And even with this pandemic, they treat everyone with respect and do their best to accommodate their patients with prompt care.

Went in this afternoon & received great care. The staff were super friendly. The doctor was attentive & funny. I was in & out quickly! Would definitely recommend care connect!

I waited about an hour, but the staff gave me updates several times. The doctor even apologized for the wait, which wasnt necessarily. I expected it. Staff very friendly, polite and professional. Clean facility.

They was super nice, even though it was late they never got in a hurry or made me feel rushed. Dr. Wise was awesome and very knowledgeable and the whole team made it look easy. GREA JOB !!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Came in extremely sick with many symptoms. Hardly waited at all. Dr. Baker took one look at me and my results and said EMS is on the way. Im going to call ahead so you go straight to a room. He probably saved my life. The rest of the staff was just as amazing. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back. So nice to know there is some where like this so close to home.

I reserved my appointment online which allowed me to avoid a long wait time in the waiting room. Also, I did not have to wait a very long time on the doctor. All staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very concerned and empathetic staff. I feel that the care I received was outstanding. They provide care as it is should be. I feel that CareConnect sets the standard and I recommend them without reservation.

It was so easy to set up an appointment time online on a Sunday of all days. I had to wait a little bit after my appointment time but I don’t know a doctors office that you don’t have to wait at. Once I was called back the nurse saw me immediately then the NP saw me right after that. Got the medical attention and prescription I needed and was on my way.

Dr. Weise was wonderful! My daughter and I were both seen for strep symptoms and she was super knowledgeable and personable. The nurse, Stephen, was also very friendly and professional. Felt very cared for and will definitely return next time we’re sick (which hopefully will be a while!).

Had to see Doctor for bad case of poison ivy. Was working today so at 8 this morning I scheduled for 3:20. They are great. Communication is great, staff is great, Dr. Baker super. Was in and out within an hour total. Scheduling appointment is way to go!

The staff is very friendly. I was seen very quickly and the staff was very thorough with asking me my ailments to find a cause for my visit this morning. The doctors and nurse practitioners were very considerate during my visit to answer all my questions and to get me sent home and on the road to recovery..

I couldnt get seen by any Urgent Care yesterday due to all of them having a 4hr wait and werent accepting any more walk-ins or reservations. I called 8 am this morning to several more snd they were all at a 212 min wait as soon as they opened. I was able to reseve a spot foe almost 5 pm at about 830 this morning. But, even though I was 10 min late and the place was packed they still got me in and out fairly quickly. Plus all of the staff were super nice and Dr. Baker was amazing as well.

I went in with trouble breathing and a rash that was spreading rapidly over my whole body due to an allergy (unknown) to amoxicillin. I was seen immediately, quickly diagnosed, and given meds/injection to counteract my bad reaction. The doctor and nurses were kind, compassionate, and reassuring while I was frightened and feeling horrible. I know that most medical staff are exhausted and overwhelmed and I appreciated the care and concern I received while I was there. Their demeanor helped calm me down. I would definitely go back if I needed urgent care.

I made an online appointment for my daughter. We arrived a few minutes before her appointment time and didn’t have to wait but a few minutes. The staff was very kind and professional and we were in and out quickly.

The physician and ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The male LPN not so much. I have been a nurse for 38 years and still practicing. He came across very cold and uncaring……. Almost to the point of being rude. All others were great. First time using an urgent care type facility. Would return if needed. Maybe the male LPN was having a bad day. Hopefully he isn’t a nurse that just went into nursing for job security and wasn’t truly called. Nursing is definitely a calling. Thank you

Those are The most professional caring people in the medical field that I’ve ever dealt with I will recommend anyone go there they are on top of their game. The lady that waited on me told me while I was there she was my best friend and wanted the best for me thanks!

All staff extremely polite and kind. I was quickly seen and had xrays done right there to rule out if I had a fracture. Luckily did not, was wrapped and offered appropriate care. Dr Baker is a genuinely nice Dr. His heart is in his work and it shows. Lauren, RN very sweet and efficient. Front desk personnel was also kind and could tell they loved their job.

Normally I check in online but today I felt so bad I forgot after I called to make sure it was ok to walk-in with possible Covid. I was treated very well by the Doctor and all staff members. I had a minor but necessary procedure performed a week ago. Today, I needed to have stitches removed.The doctors, at both visits were excellent.I am not impressed with the lack of enforcement of the mask requirement. A high percentage of the patients seen at this location are Covid patients. Yes, I actually asked both doctors if its really mostly Covid patients they are seeing. Both said yes. So, on both visits, in a medical setting where most patients are Covid patients, I am seeing people with masks below their mouths. Even when its pointed out to the front desk staff, they shrug and say nothing They must see this all day and they are probably tired of the fight. I walked in without Covid. I dont want to walk out with it. Yes, I am vaccinated. Yes, I wear a mask. I still dont want to breathe Covid germs because people wont wear a mask in a clinical setting.If you have a mask requirement, enforce it.To me, it matters. I counted on that clinic being the one place I wouldnt have added stress because of anti-maskers.THE SIGN SAYS.. Masks Required. Please, require them! Some of us are vaccinated and less likely to die. We still dont want to get Covid and spread it to those who are more vulnerable.If it werent for this, I would have rated my visits a 5.

I love the fact that I can reserve a spot online! I went in yesterday due to a really bad cough, couldnt talk much because of it. As well as other breathing and sinus issues. I was treated by Dr. Weise and the staff there with great compassion and care. I highly recommend Care Connect when you cant get in to see your PCP or if you dont have one.

Since I preregistered, I only had to wait about 10 minutes. Once back in the room, everyone quickly attended to me. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Since I was dealing with trauma to my foot, they helped to treat me with kindness and compassion. Every time my Wife and I have to come in, we are treated this way. Thank you all

Im not sure why i was to mak a reservation cause it has be a 1hour and 15 minutes till the original time. Only one person has went back and that is just terrible! This is a Doctors office! People come because they need help! Get more doctors here! Hope you all get more help bc it is clearly needed!

Nurse Catherine was so sweet and accommodating. She tried to keep me as comfortable as possible while I was waiting for treatment. Dr. Weiss was very thorough and covered all bases pertaining to my history and physical presentation and offered treatment for my symptoms. They were both very caring and competent and I appreciate having an excellent visit while being in a lot of discomfort. It made a tremendous difference.

This place is amazing! I am new to this state and know nobody or any places and going to this facility was a great experience. I saw Dr. Karen Yax Weise M.D and she basically saved my life! I went there for something I have been putting off because of anxiety and she stepped in and took me under her wing (like the mother that I needed) and connected me to the specialist I needed and put the URGENCY needed for this even with my anxiety she reassured me that its important and did exactly what needed to be done even though I didnt know it. That Dr and her nurse were amazing not only medically took care of me but emotionally took care of me and I cant thank them enough,they saved my life. I would recommend this place because its a connection to the doctors that make a difference and their staff is amazingly caring and sympathetic and I would be proud to be a part of their team. I cant thank everyone enough.

I came in with extreme pain from my thumb.. on Sunday morning nothing was easing it up.. had been having issues for over a month and went to my primary the previous Wednesday only to be told to use a brace and orthopedics would be calling to make an appointment.. they did for 2 weeks out.. well I was miserable and in tears by Saturday from pain.. made appointment Sunday morning and the staff and dr were amazing and caring.. did an X-ray to make sure I didn’t have fracture in hand .. had the readings and and then started me on some prednisone to see if that will calm down the inflammation until I get in to see orthopedic.. I’m appreciative that they took the time to listen and check me over so some relief is in sight..

The staff was kind and helpful, but in the end I had to go to the ER to complete my visit.

They got me in late on a Friday afternoon... had to wait a few minutes and the NP apologized but it wasn’t long and I was honestly just thankful to get in. Everyone was friendly and personable from the front desk to the nurse who took me in to the nurse practitioner who examined me. Questions to me were thorough and suggestions offered were helpful. I came home and told my husband it was the best urgent care experience I’ve had. Definitely won’t hesitate to return when I can’t get into my PCP.

My vaccinated cat bit me last week near the end of a business day for my physicians office. They suggested CareConnect for care. I set up an appointment on line, easy peasy. I was eventually seen by Dr Karen Weiss, who was an absolute pleasure! Dont go there if you have a serious health problem or you are a high risk patient. The doctor we saw ignored most of what we said and now my husband is very sick in the hospital. She was also very curt and smart aleck and made erroneous rude statements. When my crisis is over I will be filing a complaint. If he dies she and his family doctor (who refused to see him) will be featured prominently in a lawsuit. Just go somewhere else if you want proper care.

I could not find a place ANYWHERE to get a quick covid test done. I looked everywhere! Finally I came across this wonderful place and it was God who did it! The front desk was super nice and the nurse and the doctor and x-ray personnel was absolutely the BEST! They not only tested me for covid but also the flu and x-rayed my lungs. I was there at 950 this morning and got my NEGATIVE covid test just now!!!! They tested me rapidly for flu type A & B there and I was negative! This is one of the best doctors office Ive ever been to in my life! Thank u Anmed care center so so much for all your amazing help!!!

The NP was amazing, so sweet. Listened to everything I had to say. And the nurse Candy was great as well. She gave new a shot and didnt even feel it. Great experience.

As a veterinarian, I know just enough about human health to be dangerous. Had a visit last week (fell of my tractor) and I also get a good bite every other year or so and I cant sew up my own hands, ears, or head, and I need it done right since my hands are my part of my livelihood in surgery. I went to get my first Covid shot and with all my allergies I was worried . The nurse didn’t persuade me she just listened and was very attentive to my issues . She even got the doctor and they watched me for 30 min after . I would recommend CareConnect because this isn’t my first visit and I have had many great visits here and been cared for here . Gotta love technology. After dropping a heavy implement on my toe, I used the online check-in and waited at home for a text. Once received, I headed to CareConnect and checked in, waited a minute or two before getting called back. Nurses and doctor were excellent and thorough. I needed an X-ray (broken toe), a couple stitches and buddy bind. In and out in about an hour. Thanks AnMed!

I went to Care Connect today because I could not be seen by my family doctor. I fell outside on concrete so I needed to go get checked out instead of waiting next week to see my family doctor. I received excellent care from Doctor Weise and she is a outstanding doctor. I had no broken bones but did have mild contusions to my ribs, thumb, and lower leg. Thank you Doctor Weise and staff for taking such good care of me today. I definitely recommend AnMed Care Connect.

This place is by far the worst healthcare facility i have ever been to! We had to wait FOUR HOURS just to get my fiancee checked out for an ear ache! And the staff were extremely rude and outright disrespectful! Ill never come here again even if my life depends on it.

Dr. Karen Weiss is the best doctor ever! I paid $125 cash today to see her, far more than the other urgent cares in town but she is totally worth it. Only 1 other person in the ER waiting room (during a world wide pandemic) 15 minute wait. Shes the best!

The staff at the front desk was great!!! The wait time was a little long. The nurses and nurse practitioner was very friendly and easy to get along with. The only complaint I have is the length of time it took to get in and get out. They were truly there to help and make sure they did everything possible to resolve the problem you were there for

This place and staff are fantastic. They are not judgemental and they actually listen to your concerns and clarify things that were done and why and what the plan of action will be. They make you feel like a part of your health care team. I have never had a problem with anyone at any of the campuses.

I have used this office quite frankly more than I have used my PCP just because its more convenient and when me or a loved one needs a doctors attention it never seems to be during 9-5.Ive always been just in and out...directly dealing with the issue at hand and moving on! They always follow up the following day to see if everything is going well, which is a very nice touch....Its a great option VS. the ER for sure!!

Drove all the way from powdersville to get my 6 month old seen. Called and spoke with someone earlier that morning to make sure they would take her for me to get there and them to tell me they dont take children under 2. When i spoke to the woman 8am this morning i told her my childs age and she assured me we would be seen. A waist of time.
