I was referred there from Orthopedic Dr. after MRI showed i had Mild to moderate levoscoliosis . No lumbar fracture . Multilevel disc space narrowing is most severe at L3-4 with prominent anterior osteophyte formation at this level . Only had the pain in lower back and was able to walk but with pain.Had a total of 11 visits with Piedmont Comprehensive Pain Management in Anderson . First was Epidural 2/21 did not help then they recommended COOLIEF lumbar Cooled Radiofequency (SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAD IT DONE ) In order to have that treatment they have to do 2 sets of nerve blocks on you and you wait 2 weeks in-between 3/9/21 & 4/5/21. After second nerviest block they told me i was ok to have the COOLLIEF . First one on Left side 4/19/21 and after that was done i now had pain running down the back of my Buttocks and back of legs (I NEVER HAD PAIN THERE BEFORE AND STARTED TO HAVE TO USE A WALKER) and Right side 5/4/21 . As of now i have NEVER gone back to them and will not. I got my records and many areas in my records do not reflect what i said to the Dr J and to the APN.RX . Since then i have tried Acupuncture no help Chiropractor & 22 visits to Physical Therapy . The only thing now i can walk short distance around home with out walker (But still in pain ) but i can not walk a short block my legs give out .I have found a Dr in Las Vegas NV a Dr. Tim Tollestrup i believe that can help check him out on YouTube . I have family members in Las Vegas who are Doctors and have known of his work . My records and MRI are on there way for him to review my problems . I hope he can help me

Since. Dr Burnette has stopped treating patients with chronic pain the whole office has went down. Dr Brian. Until you have the intelligence to fix people who suffer from chronic illness like mine. Dont. Judge them. You are in. Pain. Mgt. Right? I. Raised a. Dr. She passed away with asthma in 2000. I know what I am talking about. God bless you and keep you safe from harm and chronic pain because it can happen to the healthiest people like it did with me. I have documented proof. Social security administration and several major physicians know that I hurt. But you judged me. After meeting me. One time n. Prescribed medications for me and said that I was worse. 2nd visit you say that I was what ? Ive Never. In my Entire life. I mean with in 54 years of living. Have I ever had any doctor who was so mean and. In compassionate and arrogant. You dont even know one thing about me. Except for the medical records at this office. Where I was treated for 13 years with dignity and compassion and respect by dr. Burnette and I have found out that you have put something in my record. Deflamation of my character. After seeing a. Neuroseurgeon. I would. Not. Recommend this place. Its. Gotten. Too. Wishy washy. You may be treated. And. If the dr has a bad day. You are. Out. In. Pain. For. 0. Good reason. That was my experience. Here. Dr. J. From. New York. .. I am really. Praying for you.. and your attitude towards people. Ps. Brush up on the fundamentals of. Compassionate.. bedside manner.. toward people who have pain. You caused me alot of unnecessary pain. Emotional and physical after that 2nd day. I mean Alot of agony. Physcololgical. And emotional. Stress. You had no reason why you were so rude to me but you did. While I cried. 100 percent better off. Now. Being away from here. Praying for you. 🙏🙏🙏 that was just. Inhumane treatment by a physician toward anyone... other doctors know I did nothing wrong here. You just wanted to pick on somebody n I guess that was me. Huh? God knows that is the truth

The receptionists at the front desk are the rudest people I have ever encountered. This is the second time I had brought my dad and both times they were the same rude ladies. The first impression you get is always the receptionist. They can make or break your practice. They definitely need some people skills.

Dr Loudermilk is a caring good doctor but staff around him is terrible. The staff does not call back timely or at times not call back at all when something is needed for a prescription or follow up. Always have issues with the staff being respectful and prompt with any matter. Several are rude. Recommend the doctor but not any of the staff around him.

Dr Grier does my back injections and he is wonderful. It is always quick, easy and relatively painless. He’s also very sweet and informative. For regular appointments, I see Nurse Practitioner Chris Broome. He’s very personable. He’s great at what he does and is very knowledgeable. He’s easy to relate to and very nice. The only complaint I would have is with the office staff with answering phone calls. We end up playing phone tag a lot. Other than that, this pain management office is wonderful!

My pain has gotten so bad and they will not give me back what I was on, only decrease cause of new law, which is bs you can be on more than 90 mme as long as theres a reason. They lowered me after 10 yrs I can barly walk. Its a shame. They usto be very good now I wont recommend to enemy.

As far as my doctor, I am 100% satisfied. The accounting & front desk associates are far from being friendly. When I call to speak with someone, you ALWAYS have to leave a voicemail and they say they will call you back in the next 48 hours. This rarely happens. PCPM Group has more than adequate staff to speak with you at the time of the call. I personally have witnessed some of the staff members discussing non-related work during the time I check out. PCPM Group has two checkout windows. Many times one of the associates will tell me to wait on the next window with a line of two or more patients trying to checkout. In my line of work, this would be totally unacceptable. The customer should always be taken first. I am totally disgusted with the the front-end staff. As far as the back, they are always most polite & helpful. I believe those who work front should have the goals of creating a friendly environment. No one just loves going to the doctor, and getting hit negatively from the moment you walk in the door makes it even worse. Do unto others has you would have them do unto you!

I recently visited this group in Greenville, SC and am painfully disappointed. First Dr. Hensley recommended a TENS UNIT and a provider. The provider, EMSI, was just awful. Paperwork not submitted, delays, etc... I finally cancelled the order with them and went back to Dr. Hensley for assistance finding a new supplier. She wanted to jump right into injections and was not at all helpful in locating another TENS UNIT. How does a medical provider go from lets try pain mgmt. straight to injections just because of poor customer service from supplier??? Seems to me she was more interested in generating revenue than treating me....

They will not answer their phone and you have to leave a message no matter what department youre calling! Dr.. Grier told me more information about my problem than any other doctors I have seen but injection did not help, made it worse as a matter of fact! Now what?! Just found out these injections are not recommended for people with cirrhosis of the liver, diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, everything I have and was not told about adverse side effects nor given any paperwork about what to expect and when to have concern! Needless to say I did end up at the emergency room the very night I got the injection! I called again to reschedule And the supervisor Ember is completely rude and will not answer none of your questions and talk a completely over you! Instead of hiring someone to answer the phone she said its rude to answer the phone when somebody is there in front of them! Is this a joke? Its a joke to them but it is not to me while Im hurting tremendously why I even went to the stupid pain management! And she didnt even reschedule my appointment! I will be filing a complaint with LLR and the medical board!!! And when I asked Amber the supervisor where my paperwork was she said it was when I signed the paperwork is what I got which is not what I got , it was what they give you to sign and they take it back. They gave me absolutely no paperwork on these injections whatsoever! As a matter of fact I got no paperwork of nothing! She was laughing and being a smart aleck but thats okay because theyre fixing to get reported Im in the process now!! 11 update: I found out Amber is not even the supervisor she is only over.billing! I will be reporting her to the new supervisor because she wouldnt even reschedule my appointment and Im hurting bad! New update the office supervisor wouldnt even call me back! Would not recommend! In the process of finding a new better pain management! And I think some or most of the 5 stars are from workers families!?!

My mom went there, they gave her a cortisone injection, it made the pain worse, when she called about it, they where rude and banned her.Edit: I seen people where liking this so I wanna clarity for anyone who hasnt been here: They do not check side effects, they do not check contraindications, they do not acknowledge mistakes. My mom had to go to the hospital that night. She still has some issues with the area injected into a whole year later, and I know this wouldnt have happend if they had payed attention to her medical conditions. Simple mistake, complex result.

Now let me start by saying that I get extensive drug testing by hair follicle every month for my job working on an oil rig. So my first visit the gave me a urinalysis. They gave me a cup with a temp sticker on it and sent me to the bathroom there was no one there to take my sample when I came out they told me to put it in this little box on the wall that had 3 other samples with no labels or seals on them. No one ever sealed my sample nothing. The most unprofessional I have ever experienced. So when I came back for my injections I waited 2months to receive I was told I was released from the program because I tested positive for drugs I was not prescribed and the ones I am were not in my urine. I wanted to laugh in there faces but I was so infuriated by the fact they waited to tell me this. They obviously had the wrong urine and could not produce the test results for me. The staff is very unprofessional my doctor had to send over multiple referrals the staff kept losing them and it took 60days to get my appointment and the doctor did not care about the level of pain I was in. I highly recommend if your in a lot of pain and work in a physically demanding job do not go here.

If you have an appointment at 10am you are leaving by 10:30. they are fast and do a great job to try to reduce your pain. I have been going to see Dr.Loudermilk for approximately 18 years, after getting hit by a drunk driver. He has made my life better. I will have pain for the rest of my life but he has made it where i can tolerate the pain.

My 89 year old mother in law just returned from Piedmont Comprehensive Pain office with Dr. Han’s office in Greenville. They were closed! They never took the courtesy to call her to say their offices were closed. They were not listed on WYFF 4 or Fox , 21 as being closed. Nor did their website nor any recording indicate they were closed today. There was a voice message , but it was saying their offices were closed for the holidays. And today is no holiday. They have been very poor to return past phone calls. My mother in law had to be off her heart medicine for 5 Days before getting a pain shot. Today was a reschedule appointment because they failed to communicate with her cardiologist from last week to coordinate being off from medication. Being off of that medicine for too long is life threatening. For them to be so careless as to not even call defies common sense. It seems a little courtesy would have gone a long way in at least leaving a voice message saying their offices were closed due to snowy roads. We will be finding another pain management doctor.
