I highly recommend Jan for massage. I had a one hour deep tissue with her and a 30 minute foot massage. She focused on all of my areas of concern And also showed me some stretching techniques to help my tight muscles. She is highly skilled in neuromuscular therapy ,reflexology and many other modalities. I cant wait for my next massage !
