Excellent customer service

What can I say? This is a great little Asian spa. The staff has always pleasing, to the eyes at least. Always friendly, never rushed or overtly greedy about tips. You wont leave disappointed unless you just hate pure pleasure for some reason. I highly recommend.

The therapist did an amazing job and helped me so much. And the young lady at front desk was amazing as well. The staff was so caring and concerned. I was totally impressed. I assure you this was by far the best experience. I will not be going anywhere else! Thank you wonderful staff!!

I was visiting Anderson for my business trip. I had a spare time so I want to get massage. So I called first spa but someone answered very weird. So I tried second one was Willow spa.Someone answer very nice smooth voice so I stop by. Was very good massage and I am very satisfied and very relaxed. Definitely I will repeat recommended.

I have had a couple different massages, all from different places and Jennifer was by far the best I have ever had. I have a shoulder problem, and she was very attentive and spent a lot of time inu2028that area. The massage was awesome, I am definitely planning on going back and its a good price too!

Never again am I going to come here and wasted my money. The MMS at the front have a very horrible attitude. The staff always talk even when you ask them nicely to stop but theyll continue..If you guys want great service and great massage go to Bella Hotstone Therapy !! There you wont feel like your throwing money away!
