Unless you like a doctor where the staff is not reprimanded for mistakes or simply not doing their job in a reasonable time period it will do. They have forgotten that the patient is their true boss (without patients and their insurance company paying for service they will not make money after all they are only treat is people for medical issues not selling anything else) if the office is treating people with dignity and respect and the staff does their jobs properly it will increase revenue. People dont go to them because they feel they will get great treated with dignity and respect from every employee they may go to the ER where AnMed makes money anyway. The problems started after the practice was bought by ANMED. They are some very great people working there but if you have a few rotten apples they tend to ruin the whole bunch giving the perception that no one does their job well which is not the true. If the staff treats you like they appreciate your business theyd make more money. Im sure this review will be removed because they dont allow complaints.

Dr. Kyle is a very smart doc he does his research and values patients opinion
